Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a safety device for an elevator in which a car and a counterweight are connected by a main rope to move up and down in a hoistway, and in particular, improves safety when the main rope is cut.
[0002]
[Prior art]
An example of a conventional elevator will be described with reference to FIG. In the figure, 1 is a main rope, one side is connected to a car 2 and the other side is connected to a counterweight 4 via a traction sheave 3. Reference numeral 5 denotes a pair of guide rails for guiding the raising and lowering of the car 2. Although not shown, the counterweight 4 is also provided with a similar guide rail.
[0003]
Reference numeral 10 denotes a governor pulley constituting a governor device, and a governor rope 12 is wound around a pulley 11 installed at the lower part of the hoistway, and this governor rope 12 is connected to the car 2 by a lever 13.
14 is an emergency stop device installed on both sides of the lower portion of the car 2, and when the lever 13 is pulled up, it operates to pinch the guide rail 5 and mechanically stop the car 2. The movement of the lever 13 is transmitted to the other side via the interlocking mechanism 15, and the emergency stop devices 14 on both sides are simultaneously operated.
[0004]
When the car 2 is lowered or dropped at a predetermined speed or more for some reason, the governor device is actuated to restrain the governor rope 12 and the lever 13 is pulled up. As a result, both emergency stop devices 14 are operated to sandwich the guide rail 5 and stop the car 2.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Depending on the installation position of the elevator, the lower part of the pit (bottom) of the hoistway may be used as a passage or a living room. In this case, an emergency stop device similar to the car 2 must be installed on the counterweight 4. Therefore, it is necessary to install a governor pulley 20, a lower pulley 21, a governor rope 22, a pair of safety devices 23, and the like, as indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG.
[0006]
In recent years, the idea of barrier-free has spread widely, and the number of cases where elevators are installed in existing station buildings has increased. In this case, space is required because it is installed in a limited place such as a platform. Therefore, in order to effectively use a small space between the car and the hoistway wall, as shown in FIG. 1, the counterweight is divided into two parts and is miniaturized.
[0007]
Even in an elevator of this configuration, there is a case where the lower part of the pit is used as a passage or a living room. In this case, as in the prior art, an emergency stop device is also installed on the counterweight. If it does so, one set of governor apparatuses and one set each for a counterweight will be needed, and a total of three sets will arise, and the problem that it becomes difficult to fit in the limited space will generate | occur | produce.
There is also a problem that it is difficult to simultaneously operate both counterweight governors. Furthermore, when one main rope is cut, the counterweight connected to this main rope can be prevented from falling by the safety device, but the other counterweight alone is lighter than the car weight, so There is a danger of the main rope slipping and the car falling. At this time, the car governor device does not operate unless the car falling speed exceeds a predetermined value.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has one car and a plurality of counterweights, and each car and each counterweight is connected by a main rope, and each of the car and the counterweight is provided with an emergency stop device. In an elevator that has a governor device that activates the emergency stop device and does not have a governor device for each counterweight, the interlock mechanism of the car emergency stop device and the interlock mechanism of the counterweight emergency stop device are located at the top of the hoistway. It is connected with a cable-like body such as a wire rope through the direction change pulley provided, and when the cable-like body is subjected to a force exceeding a predetermined level, the emergency stop device of the counterweight and the emergency stop of the cage are connected. The device is configured to operate.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In the figure, 30 is a main shaft rotated by a hoisting machine 31, 32 is a shaft receiver, and 3a and 3b are traction sheaves fixed to the main shaft 30. 1a is a main rope, one side is connected to the rope hitch part 2a at the lower part of the car 2, and the other side is connected to a counterweight 4a via a traction sheave 3a. 1b is the same main rope, one side is connected to the opposite side of the rope hitch portion 2a of the car 2, and the other side is connected to the counterweight 4b via the traction sheave 3b.
[0010]
40a is a safety rope, one side is connected to the interlocking mechanism 15 of the emergency stop device (not shown) of the car 2, and the other side is connected to the pulley 41a, 42a at the upper part of the hoistway and the other side is an emergency stop device for the counterweight 4a. Are coupled to an interlocking mechanism (not shown). 40b is also a safety rope, one side is connected to the interlocking mechanism 15 and the other side is connected to the interlocking mechanism (not shown) of the emergency stop device of the counterweight 4b via pulleys 41b and 42b at the upper part of the hoistway. Yes.
Although not shown, a governor device is installed in the car 2 as in FIG. 2. When the car 2 descends at a predetermined speed or more, the interlock mechanism 15 is operated by the governor device and the car is driven by the emergency stop device. 2 is stopped. However, although the emergency stop device is installed in the counterweights 4a and 4b, there is no governor device.
[0011]
In this configuration, if the main rope 1a is cut or loosened, the safety rope 40a is tensioned, and both the emergency stop device of the car 2 and the emergency stop device of the counterweight 4a are operated, and the car 2 and the counterweight. 4a is prevented from falling.
[0012]
Thus, according to the present embodiment, both the car and the counterweight can be stopped when the main rope is cut or relaxed without the counterweight governor device. Therefore, the space is saved by the amount of the counterweight governor device that can be reduced. In addition, a switch is arranged in the interlocking mechanism that is normally linked to the governor device, and the switch is also activated when the emergency stop device is activated. In this embodiment, however, the emergency stop device on the counterweight side is always activated. Since the device also operates, if there is a switch on the car side, there is no need to provide a switch on the counterweight side. Therefore, there is an effect that electrical wiring to the counterweight is not necessary.
[0013]
In this embodiment, even if one of the two sets of main ropes 1a and 1b or both sets of ropes are cut and relaxed, the car and the balance weight can be prevented from falling, but the balance weight is 1 as shown in FIG. The present invention can also be applied to the case of individual pieces. In addition, the safety ropes 40a and 40b need only have strength that does not require much force and can operate the emergency stop device of the car 2 and the counterweights 4a and 4b. Other cords such as made can also be used.
[0014]
In FIG. 1, an elevator of a system in which a traction sheave is driven by a hoisting machine is described, but other models such as a hydraulic elevator may be used as long as a car and a counterweight are connected by a main rope. Further, although the counterweight is two, that is, divided into two, the present invention can be similarly applied even when there are three or more.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, space can be saved while ensuring safety, and a safety device suitable for an elevator having a plurality of counterweights can also be provided.
