BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an accelerator device having an electronic engine control sensor. Even if there is a variation in accuracy of components or an assembly error, a resistance force always acts on a resistance cable, and a resistance that can improve assembly workability. The present invention relates to an electronically controlled accelerator device having a cable.

As shown in FIG. 8, in order to correctly assemble the electronically controlled accelerator device 1a, it is necessary that the dimensions a, b, c, and j shown in FIG. However, these dimensions vary considerably depending on the accuracy and assembly accuracy of each component of the accelerator device portion 2a and the
[0007]
On the other hand, as known techniques related to the present invention, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Nos. 6-74458 and 6-49734 are cited. Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-74458 discloses a “full-stroke detection switch mounting structure for pedals”, even if there is an accuracy error or assembly error of each structural member constituting the pedal operating mechanism, It has a feature in a structure in which the relational position does not go wrong, and is similar to the object of the present invention, but is completely different in the configuration of the main part. Further, the “accelerator pedal overload prevention mechanism” disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-49734 discloses that even if the accelerator pedal is full stroked and the throttle valve is closed, the pedal force of the accelerator pedal is further applied to the throttle valve and the throttle valve is destroyed. The wire connected to the accelerator pedal is provided with a leaf spring, and the leaf spring is bent near the full stroke to prevent overload on the throttle valve side. Thus, it does not complement errors in component accuracy and assembly accuracy, and differs from the present invention in the overall structure and purpose.
[0008]
The present invention has been invented in view of the above circumstances, a resistance cable that eliminates the effects of component accuracy and assembly accuracy error, can stably maintain the resistance force applied to the resistance cable, and can improve the assembly workability. It is an object of the present invention to provide an electronically controlled accelerator device having the same.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an accelerator device having an engine control sensor that electronically controls engine rotation in response to the rotation of the accelerator, and moves with the rotation of the accelerator. An electronically controlled accelerator device comprising a resistance cable and a resistance device portion having an urging means for applying a predetermined resistance force to the resistance cable, wherein the resistance device portion rotatably supports the accelerator. The resistance cable which is attached to the pedal side bracket side holding the engine control sensor so that the mounting position can be adjusted, and one end is connected to the accelerator side and the other end is connected to the urging means is constant when the apparatus is assembled. It constitutes an electronically controlled accelerator device having a resistance cable connected to the biasing means in position. The resistance device section includes a bracket connected to the pedal-side bracket, a resistance cable body fixed to an upper portion of the bracket and guiding and holding the resistance cable, and one end side engaged with a lower side of the bracket. And a tension spring that is one of the urging means, and the resistor is fixed to an intermediate portion of the resistance cable having one end connected to the accelerator side and abutted against one end of the resistance cable body. The cable is characterized in that the length to the other end of the cable is constant. Further, the bracket is mounted on the pedal side bracket so as to be adjustable along an arcuate locus or a linear locus.
[0010]
A resistance cable main body is provided at the upper end of the bracket of the resistance device portion, and the lower end of the tension spring is engaged with the lower end side. On the other hand, the resistance cable has a certain length, and a stopper is provided at a certain position from the enlarged diameter portion connected to the accelerator pedal, and this stopper abuts one end of the resistance cable body. Therefore, the dimension from the stopper to the other end of the resistance cable is always kept constant, and is connected to the tension spring in this state. Therefore, a tension spring is already attached when the resistance device unit is assembled, and a certain spring force is applied to the resistance cable. The resistance device part in this state is assembled to the already installed accelerator device part. In this case, even if there is a dimensional variation between the enlarged diameter part of the resistance cable and the accelerator pedal side to which it is connected, the bracket of the resistance device part Is attached to the pedal side bracket of the accelerator device section so as to be adjustable along an arcuate locus or a linear locus, and the dimensional variation can be eliminated, so that the resistance cable is smoothly and easily connected to the accelerator pedal side.
