前記カム面213は、可動接触子220が固定接触子20、30に接触する位置で前記スライドピン231を収容する面であって、1つの円弧面(符号未指定)と、前記1つの円弧面と連結される他の円弧面(符号未指定)とからなる。
図10は、本発明の第2実施形態による配線用遮断器の可動接触子組立体の正面図で、閉回路状態を示す。

Claims (5)
- 限流動作時に可動接触子の独立的回転を許容するために両側面間に設けられる開口及び外周面上に設けられるカム面を有し、前記可動接触子を回転自在に支持する回転シャフトと、
前記回転シャフトの両側面間に回転自在に設置され、両端部に設けられる一対の接点及び一対の線形運動ガイド溝を対称的に備え、固定接触子に接触する位置と前記固定接触子から開離される位置とに回転自在に設置される可動接触子と、
前記回転シャフトの両側面を横切るように設置され、前記線形運動ガイド溝内で線形運動自在であり、前記可動接触子が前記固定接触子に接触した状態では、前記回転シャフトのカム面に接触した状態を維持し、前記可動接触子が前記固定接触子から開離して回転する限流動作時には、前記カム面から離脱して前記回転シャフトの外周面に沿ってスライドすると共に、前記固定接触子からの開離が加速される方向に前記可動接触子に圧力を提供する一対のスライドピンと、
前記可動接触子が前記固定接触子に接触した状態では、これらの可動接触子と固定接触子との間の接触が維持されるように、前記スライドピンに弾性力を提供し、前記可動接触子が前記固定接触子から開離して回転する限流動作時には、前記可動接触子の前記固定接触子からの開離が加速される方向に、前記スライドピンに弾性力を提供するバネと、を具備し、
前記バネが、前記可動接触子の一側面に1つずつ設置され、前記バネの両端部が、前記スライドピンに支持されることを特徴とする記載の配線用遮断器の可動接触子組立体。 - 前記可動接触子が前記固定接触子から開離して回転する限流動作時に、前記可動接触子の回転の最後位置で、前記回転シャフトは、前記外周面上に前記スライドピンを受け入れて、前記可動接触子の前記固定接触子に接触する位置への復帰を遅延させるか、または前記可動接触子の開離状態を維持させるための維持溝をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の配線用遮断器の可動接触子組立体。
- 前記スライドピンが前記線形運動ガイド溝から離脱することを防止するために、前記線形運動ガイド溝の深さは、前記カム面の深さより深いか等しく形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の配線用遮断器の可動接触子組立体。
- 前記スライドピンと前記回転シャフトとの間の摩擦を低減するために、前記スライドピンに回転自在に設置されるローラをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の配線用遮断器の可動接触子組立体。
- 前記可動接触子の中心に長孔が設けられ、前記可動接触子の長孔を貫通するように前記可動接触子の回転軸が設けられ、前記可動接触子の長孔を貫通した回転軸の両端部は、前記バネとの干渉が回避できるように、前記回転シャフトに形成された軸孔内に挿入されて、前記回転シャフトにより支持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の配線用遮断器の可動接触子組立体。
