Claims (3)
- 可燃性ガスが吸気されねじれにより前記可燃性ガスの流量が変動しうるガス吸気パイプと、
空気が吸気される空気吸気手段と、
前記ガス吸気パイプからのガスと空気吸気手段からの空気とを混合するベンチュリー管構造を有する混合部と、
前記混合部の下流側に配置され混合されたガスのガス濃度を検出するガスセンサと、
前記ガスセンサの下流側に配置され、前記混合されたガスを前記ガスセンサに導くように吸引する吸気ポンプとを有し、
当該吸気ポンプは、ダイヤフラムを収縮拡大して負圧状態または加圧状態を生成し前記混合ガスを吸引しながら前記ガスセンサに導き、更に、中央に配置された単一の吸引口とその周囲に配置された第1及び第2の吐出口とを有する本体と、前記吸引口と第1の吐出口に対して設けられた第1のダイヤフラムと、前記吸引口と第2の吐出口に対して設けられた第2のダイヤフラムとを有し、前記第1及び第2のダイヤフラムが互いに異なる位相で収縮拡大を繰り返し、前記ガスセンサ側に前記吸気ポンプの吸引口が接続されていることを特徴とする可燃性ガス濃度測定装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記ガスセンサは、前記混合されたガスが導入され排出される第1の部分と、前記第1の部分とフィルタを介して隣接し前記第1の部分内のガスが拡散される第2の部分と、当該第2の部分に配置されたガス検出素子とを有することを特徴とする可燃性ガス濃度測定装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記ガスセンサは、前記可燃性ガスが接触し燃焼する温度を介してガス濃度を検出する接触燃焼式ガスセンサであり、前記接触燃焼式ガスセンサは、コイル線に触媒を混合した担体であって複数の貫通孔が形成された担体を付着させてなることを特徴とする可燃性ガス濃度測定装置。
