Claims (5)
- フッ化水素を含む混合溶融塩からなる電解浴を電気分解してフッ素ガスを生成するための電解槽であって、
前記電解浴を収容する槽本体と、
この槽本体の上方を閉鎖する金属製の蓋体と、
この蓋体を貫通するとともに該貫通方向に移動可能に支持される支持棒部分を有し、前記蓋体を経て前記電解浴に向かって支持される電極と、
前記支持棒部分が挿入される絶縁樹脂製の中空支持体と、
この中空支持体の途中に設けられた拡径部分と、
この拡径部分が挿入され、前記拡径部分の一端が当接状態で保持されるホルダであって、前記蓋体に設けられた螺孔と螺合している外ネジ部を有した金属製のホルダと、
このホルダ内の前記拡径部分の他端に当接するように前記中空支持体に挿入されるスリーブと、
前記スリーブの他端側に係合し、前記ホルダに対して離接可能に係合する押圧体とを備え、
この押圧体を前記ホルダに対して接近方向に係合させると、前記ホルダ内の前記拡径部分が前記スリーブを介してホルダ内に押し込まれ、前記拡径部分の中空部分がそこに挿入された前記支持棒部分に向かって膨張し、前記ホルダに支持された前記中空支持体の両端それぞれが、前記ホルダ及び前記押圧体それぞれから突出され、且つ、前記中空支持体が絶縁樹脂を用いて一体に形成されていることで、前記支持棒部分が前記中空支持体によって密閉状態で絶縁されるように構成した電解槽。 - 前記中空支持体を形成している絶縁樹脂が、フッ化カルシウム含有ポリテトラフロオロエチレンを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電解槽。
- 前記ホルダは、前記蓋体に螺合によって取り付けられ、前記ホルダと前記押圧体とは、螺合によって係合する請求項1又は2に記載の電解槽。
- 前記槽本体は、前記蓋体から垂下する隔壁によって陰極室と陽極室とに区分され、前記電極は、前記陽極室に向かって支持される陽極である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電解槽。
- 前記槽本体は、前記蓋体から垂下する隔壁によって陰極室と陽極室とに区分され、前記電極は、前記陽極室に向かって支持されるレベルプローブである請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電解槽。
