BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention Supply electronic components in electronic component mounting equipment The present invention relates to an electronic component supply device, and more particularly to a means for ensuring the safety of an operator.
[0002]
This kind of electronic component supply device Used as a component supply system for an electronic component mounting apparatus. In such a case, the electronic component supply apparatus conventionally has a safety cover that can be freely opened and closed for attaching and detaching the component supply unit, and this safety cover can be opened and closed by an operator at any time. If the operator opens the safety cover while the device is in operation, the control means detects the state with a sensor or the like, and controls each part in the device or the drive circuit of another device to be interlocked. By stopping abnormally, the worker's safety is secured. Further, as described in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 6-177581, when a component replacement switch is pressed before the safety cover is opened, the detection signal for safety is invalidated, and the corresponding electronic component supply device Some ideas have been devised, such as improving the operating rate of the entire electronic component mounting apparatus by stopping only the drive system.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, as is clear from the above, in this type of electronic component supply device, if the safety cover is opened due to the operator's omission, the control means drives each part in the device and other devices that are interlocked to ensure safety. The circuit will stop abnormally. In the case of such an abnormal stop, the motor operating in the drive circuit stops at a position where it is difficult to predict due to inertia, or the state value before the stop by the control means is saved for safety first priority. In many cases, various information is lost due to lack of time. For this reason, it is necessary not to restart the work from the state before the stop, but to return the supply stand to the home position and to redo the processing of the control means from the initial setting of each part. As a result, it takes time from the stop to the resumption of work, which causes a significant reduction in the operating rate of the entire apparatus.
[0004]
The present invention has been made to solve such problems, and provides an electronic component supply device that can prevent an abnormal stop due to an operator's omission and improve the operating rate and safety of the device. The purpose is to do.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, an electronic component supply apparatus according to claim 1 of the present invention includes a supply table on which a component supply unit on which an electronic component is mounted is detachably set; This supply stand stops A home position to which the component supply unit is attached and detached; The supply stand is stopped A moving means for moving the supply base between an extraction position at which the parts are taken out from the parts supply unit, and an openable / closable part for attaching and detaching the parts supply unit. In an electronic component supply device that includes a safety cover and supplies an electronic component with an electronic component mounting device, when the supply stand is not in the home position, Control means for outputting a lock instruction signal, and preventing the safety cover from opening according to the lock instruction signal Locking means, and the control means releases the locked state by the locking means when the electronic component mounting apparatus is abnormally stopped. It is characterized by that.
[0006]
In this electronic component supply device, Electronic component supply equipment During operation, the supply stand Not in home position , The lock instruction signal becomes valid, the safety cover can be prevented from being opened by the locking means, it can be prevented even if the operator accidentally opens the safety cover, and the electronic parts are mounted If an abnormality occurs in the device, it will be stopped abnormally, which will make it easier to ensure the safety of the operator, improve the safety of the device, and an abnormality has occurred in the electronic component mounting device In this case, the safety cover is unlocked and the safety cover is unlocked by the locking means, so that the safety cover can be opened for inspection of the electronic component supply device.

When the electronic component mounting apparatus MP is operating normally, the
Thus, the home position state signal HPS is invalid, the lock instruction signal SCL is valid, and the active signal ACT is valid. In the following description, the invalidity is assumed to be logic “0” and the validity is assumed to be logic “1” as in the above description.
[0021]
Therefore, in this case, that is, when the apparatus is operating normally, the supply table 11 is located at a position other than the home position, and the home position signal HP = 0 (invalid), so that the lock instruction signal SCL = 1 (valid) It is possible to prevent the safety cover SC from being opened by the lock solenoid (locking means) 32, thereby making it easier to ensure the safety of the operator and improving the safety of the apparatus.

Therefore, in this case, when the completion notification signal PB is input in a state where the safety cover SC is closed, the operation performed by opening the safety cover SC by enabling the active signal ACT. After the completion, the safety cover SC is closed and the operation of the apparatus is started after the completion notification signal PB is input thereafter. Therefore, there is an effect that the safety of the worker can be further ensured.

The present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above, and can be implemented in various modes. For example, in the present embodiment, the electronic component supply device TU is applied to the electronic component mounting device MP. However, the supply stand 11 on which the component supply unit TC on which the electronic component is mounted is detachably set is removed from the home position. And the electronic component of the present invention can be used as a component of the apparatus regardless of how the extracted part is handled thereafter. A supply device TU can be applied. Further, the moving means may be a means for moving up and down, for example, instead of sliding. Further, in the case of the present embodiment, there are two pairs of

【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, the electronic component supply device of the present invention is provided with a locking means that prevents the safety cover from being opened according to a lock instruction signal, thereby preventing an abnormal stop due to an operator's omission, In addition, when an abnormality occurs in the electronic component mounting device, the safety cover lock state by the locking means is released, so the safety cover can be opened for inspection of the electronic component supply device, etc. There is an effect that the operating rate and safety of the apparatus can be improved.
