車載用音響機器の操作パネルは、記録媒体挿入口を開放するために可倒式とし、さらに盗難を防止するために取り外し可能とするものがある。そのような従来の可倒式操作パネル着脱構造の例を図4〜図6により説明する。図4に示す機器本体1の前方に取付けられたサブパネル2の左右にアーム5、5(図では左側のもののみ示している)が固定されており、アーム5、5には夫々軸(図では見えていない)が立設されている。

上記した従来のパネル可倒式操作パネルの装着構造では図5に示すように、操作パネル10が回動した状態をスイッチ11で検出させ、また、操作パネル10をスムーズに回動させるように、一般的にレバー4がサブパネル2から大きく突出するように構成されている。

このようにレバー4がサブパネル2から大きく突出した状態で図6に示すように、操作パネル10を機器本体1に取り付ける場合、操作パネル10の一方をアームの軸に係合させて操作パネル10を白矢印で示す方向に押し込むが、このとき操作パネル10は機器本体1に対して傾斜した状態でレバー4を押すので、レバー4は黒矢印で示す方向に押され実線で示す位置から2点鎖線で示す位置に移動され、レバー4がロック状態となり取り付けが困難となることがあった。あるいは、レバー4が変形したり破損する恐れがあった。

この発明の可倒式操作パネルの装着構造は、操作パネルの左右側面に可動状態に埋め込まればねで突出方向に付勢された軸受を機器本体の左右に取付けられたアームに立設された軸と嵌合させて、前記操作パネルを機器本体に回動可能に装着し、前記操作パネルをその背面を押圧して回動させるレバーを機器本体に設け、さらに前記操作パネルを機器本体に着脱可能とした車載用音響機器において、前記操作パネルの一方の軸受を前記アームに立設された一方の軸と嵌合させた状態で他方の軸受が前記アームに立設された他方の軸と嵌合するように操作パネルを機器本体方向に押し込むときに、前記操作パネルの背面に押されて回動する前記レバー先端の前記他方の軸受側方向の変位を規制するリブを前記レバーにより押圧される部分に沿ってその外側に設けたものである。
