Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an on-vehicle audio device having a detachable operation panel, and more particularly to a mounting structure for an operation panel.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Some operation panels of in-vehicle audio equipment are made foldable in order to open a recording medium insertion slot, and are removable in order to prevent theft. An example of such a conventional retractable operation panel attaching / detaching structure will be described with reference to FIGS. Arms 5 and 5 (only the left one is shown in the figure) are fixed to the left and right of a sub panel 2 attached to the front of the device main body 1 shown in FIG. (Not visible).
[0003]
Bearings (not visible in the figure) are embedded in the left and right side surfaces of the operation panel 10 in a movable state, and are urged in a projecting direction by a compression coil spring. This bearing is fitted to the shafts of the arms 5, 5, and the operation panel 10 is rotatably supported. When the operation panel 10 is turned upward while being rotatably supported, the operation panel 10 is locked by a lock mechanism (not shown), and covers the front surface of the sub panel 2 to be used. When the lock of the lock mechanism is released, the operation panel 10 is pushed by the lever 4 on its rear surface 10a and falls forward. The lever 4 is rotatably supported on the main body side as shown in FIG. 5, and is urged in a protruding direction by a spring.
[0004]
When removing the operation panel 10, if the operation panel 10 is pulled down and pulled forward, the bearing is pushed by the shafts of the arms 5 and 5, and the bearing is pushed into the recess of the operation panel 3 against the elasticity of the compression coil spring. The operation panel 10 can be moved away from the bearing and the operation panel 10 can be separated from the device main body 1.
[0005]
In the mounting structure of the retractable operation panel proposed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H11-126469, the arm 5 of the above-described conventional example is rotatably supported, and a spring is used in a direction in which its shaft projects into a recess of a bearing of the operation panel. The lever, which is biased and tilts the operation panel, linearly moves in and out of the sub panel.
[0006]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-11-126469 (page 4, FIG. 2, FIG. 6)
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As shown in FIG. 5, in the above-described conventional panel-retractable operation panel mounting structure, the switch 11 detects a state in which the operation panel 10 has been rotated, and the operation panel 10 can be smoothly rotated. Generally, the lever 4 is configured to protrude greatly from the sub panel 2.
[0008]
When the operation panel 10 is attached to the device main body 1 as shown in FIG. 6 with the lever 4 largely projecting from the sub-panel 2 in this manner, one of the operation panels 10 is engaged with a shaft of an arm to operate the operation panel 10. The operator pushes the lever 4 while the operation panel 10 is inclined with respect to the device main body 1 at this time, so that the lever 4 is pushed in the direction indicated by the black arrow and is indicated by a two-dot chain line from the position indicated by the solid line. In some cases, the lever 4 is moved to the position shown by the arrow, and the lever 4 is locked, which makes installation difficult. Alternatively, the lever 4 may be deformed or damaged.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a mounting structure of a retractable operation panel on which an operation panel can be smoothly and easily mounted. .
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The mounting structure of the tiltable operation panel according to the present invention is characterized in that the operation panel is rotatably mounted on the device main body, and a lever for rotating the operation panel by pressing a back surface thereof is provided on the device main body. In the on-vehicle acoustic device, which is detachable from the device main body, a rib is provided on the rear surface of the operation panel along a portion pressed by the lever.
[0011]
Further, in the mounting structure of the retractable operation panel, a notch is provided in a rib of the operation panel to allow the lever to pass through when the operation panel is removed from a device main body.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 to 3 show a mounting structure of a retractable operation panel according to an embodiment of the present invention. An operation panel 3 shown in the figure is, similarly to the operation panel 10 described in the conventional example, a shaft provided on an arm (not shown in FIG. 1) provided on the left and right of a sub panel 2 mounted on the front of the device main body 1. The lever 4 is rotatably and detachably supported, and is pushed by the lever 4 to tilt.
[0013]
In the operation panel 3 of the embodiment, a rib 3b is provided on the outer side along the pressing portion 3a pressed by the lever 4. Further, a notch 3c is provided in a part of the rib 3b.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 1, when the operation panel 3 is attached to the device main body 1, one of the operation panels 3 is engaged with a shaft of an arm and the operation panel 3 is pushed in a direction indicated by a white arrow. Pushes the lever 4 in a state where the lever 4 is inclined with respect to the device main body 1, so that the lever 4 is pushed in the direction indicated by the black arrow.
[0015]
At this time, since the distal end of the lever 4 and the operation panel 3 are in pressure contact with each other, the distal end of the lever 4 is locked by the rib 3b, and the displacement of the distal end of the lever 4 is suppressed. Then, the lever 4 moves smoothly relative to the operation panel 3 from the position indicated by the solid line in FIG. 2 to the position indicated by the two-dot chain line, and the operation panel 3 can be easily mounted.
[0016]
When the operation panel 3 is removed, the tip of the lever 4 is adjusted to the position of the notch 3c of the rib 3b by tilting the operation panel 3 as shown in FIG. Further, when the operation panel 3 is pulled out in the direction indicated by the white arrow, the tip of the lever 4 passes through the notch 3c, comes off the pressing portion 3a, and the operation panel 3 can be easily removed.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
According to the mounting structure of the folding operation panel of the present invention, the operation panel can be easily mounted on the main body without forcibly deforming the lever for tilting the operation panel. In the case where a cutout is provided in the rib of the operation panel, the operation panel can be easily removed from the main body.
