Claims (10)
- 基部(14,30)と、該基部(14,30)に接続されるフレーム部とを備えており、前記フレーム部は、複数の受入領域(22)が各々1つの物体ホルダ(12)を受け入れるべく構成されるように配置されている、物体ホルダ(12)用の受入装置において、
前記フレーム部はセンタリング要素(16,18,20;38,42,44)として構成されており、
前記基部(14)は、連続する底部(14)として構成されており、
前記底部(14)は、少なくとも受入領域(22)において、透熱性の可撓性ダイアフラムからなることを特徴とする受入装置。 - 前記センタリング要素(16,18,20)は、受入領域(22)の方向に面取りされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の受入装置。
- 前記基部(30)はフレームとして構成され、物体ホルダ(12)を受け入れるための複数の受入領域(22)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の受入装置。
- 少なくともいくつかのセンタリング要素(38,42,44)はバネ要素(38)として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項3に記載の受入装置。
- いくつかのセンタリング要素(38,42,44)は、物体ホルダ(12)を位置決めするための停止要素(42,44)として構成されており、バネ要素(38)と協働することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の受入装置。
- 前記バネ要素(38)は、基部(30)と弾性接続された突起であることを特徴とする請求項4又は請求項5に記載の受入装置。
- 物体ホルダ(12)を支持するための複数の支持突起(34,36)が受入領域(22)に突出していることを特徴とする請求項3乃至6のいずれかに記載の受入装置。
- 受入装置の外側寸法がタイタープレートの標準寸法を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の受入装置。
- 少なくとも2つ、好ましくは少なくとも4つの受入領域(22)を設けてあることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の受入装置。
- 前記受入装置は一体成形部として、特に射出成形部として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の受入装置。
