Description

【0001】
【0006】

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, four embodiments of the invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In these descriptions, the same members are denoted by the same reference numerals.
[0007]
[First Embodiment of the Invention] (See FIGS. 1 and 2)
In this description, “front” refers to the left side of FIG. 1, “rear” refers to the right side, “left” refers to the front side of FIG. 1, and “right” refers to the back side.
[0008]
The handrail component 1 of the staircase includes a main pillar 3 (on the lower floor of the staircase) in which a handrail fitting hole 2 that expands in the vertical direction toward the back is formed in the upper part, and a handrail fit of the main pillar 3 And a handrail 5 which is fitted in the joint hole 2 and swings up and down with the upper and lower opening edges 2a of the handrail fitting hole 2 as fulcrums.
[0009]
The handrail 5 has a reference inclination angle of 43 °, and can swing about 7 ° upward and downward from this angle. In addition, an inclination angle means the angle seen from the side surface which the horizontal line and the centerline of the handrail 5 make.
The handrail fitting hole 2 that expands in the vertical direction as it goes to the inner part refers to a hole that expands in the vertical direction toward the inner part so that the handrail 5 can swing up and down within a predetermined range. Therefore, if the handrail 5 is a handrail fitting hole 2 that can swing up and down within a predetermined range, even if the vicinity of the back is narrowed up and down, the handrail fitting hole that expands in the vertical direction as the vicinity of the opening edge goes to the back. If it is 2, it is the handrail fitting hole 2 which spreads in the up-down direction as it goes to the inner part in this specification.
[0010]
The handrail 5 is squeezed by the upper and lower opening edges 2a (which are in contact with or substantially in contact with the upper and lower side surfaces of the handrail 5). As shown in FIG. Note that the left and right side surfaces of the handrail 5 are in close or close contact with the left and right side surfaces of the handrail fitting hole 2. That is, the handrail 5 cannot move left and right within the handrail fitting hole 2.
[0011]
The handrail fitting hole 2 is formed from the front corner of the main pillar 3 toward the rear.
[0012]
After completion of the construction, the handrail 5 is fixed to the main pillar 3 by a known fixing means such as a screw, a nail, or an adhesive.
[0013]
[Second Embodiment of the Invention] (See FIGS. 3 and 4)
The main pillar 3 has an ornamental quadrangular pyramid portion 10 in the form of a top portion removed from the upper part, and the main pillar 3 is viewed from the front inclined surface of the ornamental quadrangular pyramid portion 10 (the front means the left side in FIG. 3). A handrail fitting hole 2 is formed in 3.
[0014]
[Third Embodiment of the Invention] (See FIGS. 5 and 6)
In this description, “front” means the left side of FIG. 5 and “rear” means the right side of FIG.
The handrail fitting hole 2 is formed from the front side surface of the main pillar 3 toward the rear.
By forming a handrail fitting hole 22 opened rearward as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 5 in the main pillar 3 not forming the handrail fitting hole 2, it is connected to the main pillar 3 on the upper floor of the stairs. I can do it.
1 and the main pillar 3 shown in FIG. 3 (without the handrail fitting hole 2) or the handrail fitting hole 22 in the main pillar 3 shown in FIG. 3 (without the handrail fitting hole 2). Of course, they can be used as the main pillar 3 on the upper floor of the stairs.
[0015]
[Fourth Embodiment of the Invention] (See FIGS. 7 and 8)
In this description, “front” refers to the left side of FIG. 7, “rear” refers to the same right side, “left” refers to the front side of FIG. 7, and “right” refers to the back side.
[0016]
The handrail component 1 of the staircase includes a main pillar 3 (on the lower floor of the staircase) in which a handrail fitting hole 2 that expands in the vertical direction toward the back is formed in the upper part, and a handrail fit of the main pillar 3 And a handrail 5 having an end portion 5a that is fitted in the joint hole 2 so that the vertical position can be freely changed.
The end 5a of the handrail 5 has a tapered shape when viewed from the side, and the end 5a is fitted into the handrail fitting hole 2 with the handrail 5 in a predetermined inclined state (inclination angle 0 ° to 50 °). By inserting, the end portion 5a is brought into close or almost close contact with the upper and lower opening edges 2a of the handrail fitting hole 2.
Note that the left and right side surfaces of the handrail 5 are in close or close contact with the left and right side surfaces of the handrail fitting hole 2. That is, the handrail 5 cannot move left and right within the handrail fitting hole 2.
By forming a handrail fitting hole 22 that opens rearward as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 7 in the main pillar 3 that does not form the handrail fitting hole 2, it is connected to the main pillar 3 on the upper floor of the stairs. I can do it.
[0017]
