In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, according to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a mounting structure of the kick plate 1 to the tread plate 2, the front surface 1a side or the rear surface 1b of the upper end of the kick plate 1 being provided.
One of the sides is formed as an inclined surface 3 so that the thickness of the upper end portion of the riser plate 1 becomes tapered toward the front end side of the upper end portion, and the front surface in the fitting groove 4 of the lower opening provided in the front end portion 2a of the tread plate 2 is formed. Either the inner wall surface 4a or the rear inner wall surface 4b is formed as the inclined surface portion 5 so that the groove width becomes narrower as the groove width goes upward, the inclination angles of the inclined surface 3 and the inclined surface portion 5 are made the same, and the tread plate 2 is fitted. The upper end of the riser plate 1 is fitted into the groove 4, and the inclined surface 3 and the inclined surface 5 are pressed against each other, and the back surface 1 b of the upper end of the riser plate 1 and the fitting groove 4 are fitted.
The rear inner wall surface 4b is adhered with an adhesive 6. By fitting the inclined surface 3 of the riser plate 1 into the inclined surface portion 5 of the fitting groove 4, a stronger fit can be expected while biting, and the adhesive surface is in contact with the back surface 1 b of the upper end of the riser plate 1 and the fitting groove. 4 can obtain a sufficient adhesive force even with only one surface with the rear inner wall surface 4b. Also, since the adhesive 6 is applied only to one surface on the back surface 1b side of the kick plate 1, even if a large amount of the adhesive 6 is applied and comes out to the surface without staying in the fitting groove 4, the back surface 1b of the kick plate 1
Since it comes out only on the side, when viewed from the front of the stairs, the adhesive 6 that has come out on the surface is invisible behind the riser 1 and does not impair the appearance from the front of the stairs.

FIGS. 1 and 2 show an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 2, a staircase is composed of a plurality of tread plates 2, a riser plate 1, and a pair of girder plates 7 provided on both sides thereof. Is what is done. The girder plate 7 has a mounting groove (not shown) extending in a horizontal direction with respect to the ground and a supporting groove (not shown) extending in a direction perpendicular to the ground with an inner surface thereof. Stepping plate 2 is front end 2
A fitting groove 4 opened downward on the lower surface of a is provided in the longitudinal direction of the tread plate 2, and both ends of the tread plate 2 in the longitudinal direction are fitted into the mounting grooves of the spar plate 7 and fixed with nails or the like. They are mounted at equal intervals in the vertical direction. Here, it is assumed that the step plate 2 has a certain thickness in order to suppress the amount of deflection. For example, in the case of the step plate 2 having a length of 850 mm in the longitudinal direction, 3 mm is required.
The thickness is 6 mm. The riser 1 is mounted between the treads 2, and the upper end of the riser 1 is fitted into the fitting groove 4 of the upper tread 2, and is fitted to the rear end 2 b of the lower end of the tread 2. It is attached by bringing the lower end of the riser 1 into contact with the surface 1a side end surface and joining them with nails or the like, and fitting both ends in the longitudinal direction of the riser 1 into the support grooves and fixing them with nails or the like. By providing the inclined surface 3 and the inclined surface portion 5 in the fitting portion in this manner, it is possible to expect a strong fitting such that the riser plate 1 bites into the fitting groove 4 and a nail. Since no fixture is used, generation of squeaking noise or the like can be suppressed. In addition, since strong fitting can be expected as described above, a sufficient adhesive force can be obtained only by bonding the back surface 1b of the riser plate 1 and one surface of the rear inner wall portion 4b of the fitting groove 4 of the tread plate 2 with each other. Is what you can do.
In this manner, by applying the adhesive 6 only to the rear inner wall portion 4b of the fitting groove 4 of the tread plate 2, the adhesive 6 is applied when the volume of the applied amount of the adhesive 6 is larger than the volume of the fitting gap. Even if it does not stay in the fitting groove 4 and comes out on the front surface, it comes out only on the back surface 1b side of the riser plate 1 so that it cannot be seen from the front of the stairs and a good appearance can be secured. Things.

As described above, in the mounting structure of the riser to the footboard according to the first aspect of the present invention, either the front side or the rear side of the upper end of the riser of the stairs is lifted. The upper end has a sloped surface such that the thickness of the upper end is tapered toward the top end, and the groove width is increased on either the front inner wall or the rear inner wall in the fitting groove of the lower opening provided at the front end of the tread plate. The inclined surface is made to be narrower as it goes to, and the inclination angle of the inclined surface and the inclined surface is made the same, the upper end of the riser is fitted into the fitting groove of the step plate, and the inclined surface and the inclined surface are pressed against each other. At the same time, the back surface of the upper end of the riser plate and the inner wall surface of the fitting groove are adhered to each other with an adhesive, so that a strong fitting such that the riser plate cuts into the fitting groove via the inclined surface and the inclined surface is expected. Therefore, even if the adhesive surface is one surface on the back surface of the upper end of the riser, The adhesive is applied only to one side of the back side of the riser, so if a large amount of adhesive is applied and it does not stay in the fitting groove and comes out on the surface, the riser When viewed from the front of the stairs, the adhesive that has come out of the front surface is hidden behind the riser plate and cannot be seen when viewed from the front of the stairs, and does not impair the appearance of the stairs from the front.
