本発明は、一度だけ書き込み可能で追加書き込み不能なディスクアットワンス方式で音楽データを記録媒体に書き込む書き込み手段を備えた音楽用装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、PC(パーソナルコンピュータ)で個人用の音楽アルバムを作成し、これをCDに書き込む際には、先ず、音楽CDからCDに書き込む曲データをPCに取り込む。次いで、曲を聴きたい順に並べ換え操作を行い、音楽用プレイヤーで聴けるように設定操作を行い、最後にCD−Rに音楽データを書き込むという手順を踏んでいた。このCD−Rへの書き込みは、一度だけ書き込み可能で追加書き込み不能な、いわゆるディスクアットワンス方式で行われる。また、従来技術として、ビデオデッキより再生された再生データを所定区間に分け、この分けた所定区間を選択するためのボタンを画面上に設け、所要の所定区間のみを取り出すように編集し、編集後のデータをDVDに書きこむ再生データ装置が提案されていた(例えば、特許文献1参照。)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、これら従来の装置にあっては、追記不能な方式でデータを記録媒体に書き込んだ後に書き込み対象となったデータを確認できるだけであり、書き込み前に音楽データを再生することはできなかった。そのため、所望の状態で書き込みを行うことができない場合には記録媒体を廃棄することが余儀なくされていた。

そこで、本発明は、このような従来の課題を解決するためになされたものであり、ディスクアットワンスで書き込み前に音楽データを事前試聴可能な音楽用装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、本発明は、一度だけ書き込み可能で追加書き込み不能なディスクアットワンス方式で音楽データを記録媒体に書き込む書き込み手段を備えた音楽用装置において、
前記書き込み手段による書き込み対象とする複数の音楽データに関する情報を入力可能な画面を表示する入力画面表示手段と、
操作部の操作によって前記画面上に入力された情報を受け付けて、前記書き込み手段による書き込み動作前に前記複数の音楽データをプレ再生するための情報を登録する登録手段と、
この登録手段の登録情報を参照して、前記書き込み手段による書き込み動作が行われる前に、前記書き込み対象とした複数の音楽データを再生可能とするプレ再生手段と、を備え、前記複数の音楽データに関する情報には、音楽データの再生順序、音楽データに対するプレギャップ時間、音楽データに対するポストギャップ時間とが含まれることを特徴とするようにした。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照しつつ説明する。以下においては、音楽用装置の一例とし音楽データをファイルとして管理し音楽データを複数トラック同時再生可能なマルチトラックレコーダ1を例に挙げて説明する。

(構成)
図1は本発明の実施の形態であるマルチトラックレコーダ1の構成図である。図1に示すように、マルチトラックレコーダ100は、CPU110、ROM111、RAM112、USBコントローラ120、HD130、操作部140、液晶ディスプレイ150、入力端子161に接続される楽音信号入力部160、出力端子171に接続される楽音信号出力部170、CD−Rライタ180、データ入出力端子191に接続されたPC I/F(インターフェイス)190を備えて構成される。CPU110が、ROM111に記録される制御用ソフトやHD120に記録される全体制御プログラム等を実行することによって以下の動作が実現されるように構成されている。

また、CPU110は操作部140の操作による指示を受け付けて所要の動作を行い、必要な情報を液晶ディスプレイ150に表示するように構成されている。また、液晶ディスプレイ150には情報の表示部と情報の入力部としてのタッチパネル部(図2の表示ボタン群152に対応)とが形成されていて、タッチパネル部のタッチ操作によって所要の情報を入力可能に構成されている。また、詳細には図示しないが操作部140はミキシングやイコライズイング調整等の多数のスライダースイッチ、指示選択操作を行うための押下式ボタンやダイアル等の種々の操作用部品で構成されている。さらに、PC I/F190はCPU110の管理下のもとで、データ入出力端子191を介して装置外のパーソナルコンピュータ等と必要な情報(主にデータファイル等)を通信する。

操作部140の楽音信号記録指示操作に応答して、CPU110は入力端子161を介して入力される楽音信号を楽音信号入力部160に入力させる。楽音信号入力部160は入力された楽音信号をアナログデジタル変換して、これがデジタル楽音データとしてCPU110に渡される。CPU110はこれを一旦RAM112に記憶させておき、次いでこれをファイルにしてHD130の管理領域に格納し、更にユーザー領域にアクセス(読み出しや書き込み)可能に格納する。一方、操作部140の楽音信号再生指示操作に応答して、CPU110がユーザー領域に格納された複数のファイルの音楽データを楽音信号出力部170に渡すと、楽音信号出力部170は複数の楽音データを同時再生しながらデジタルアナログ変換し出力端子171に出力する。かくして、マルチトラックレコーダ100では複数トラックの楽音データのそれぞれをファイル管理しておき、複数トラックを同時再生した楽音信号を得られるようになっている。

また、CD−Rライタ180は、挿入されたCD−Rに対して、一度だけ書き込み可能で追加書き込み不能なディスクアットワンス方式で音楽データを書き込むように構成されている。なお、この書き込み指示は例えば、前述したタッチパネル部を操作することによって行われるようになっている。

図3はHD130の所定エリアに格納された管理用テーブル300の説明図である。この管理用テーブル300は、ファイル名(ファイル識別子)とそのファイルが格納されているアドレス範囲とそのファイルの実演奏時間とを対応付けて記憶管理する。CPU110は新たにファイルが生成されると、操作部140から入力するファイル名を登録すると共に、このファイルの実演奏時間と格納アドレス範囲とを対応付けてこの管理用テーブル300に記憶する。図3の一例では、ファイル名「FA」なるファイルの実演奏時間は「3分30秒」でアドレス範囲「AD1〜AD2」に格納されていることを示している。かくして、このマルチトラックレコーダ1にて生成された各ファイルは管理用テーブル300を用いてCPU110によって管理されている。

図5(a)はHD130に格納されるプレイテーブル500の説明図である。このプレイテーブル500は、トラック(曲順番)とファイル名とプレギャップとポストギャップと実演奏時間とが対応付けて記憶されている。ここで、プレギャップとは音楽データの前に設ける無音(空白データ)部であり、ポストギャップとは音楽データの後に設ける無音(空白データ)部である。この両ギャップは後に説明するようにしてタッチパネル部を操作して設定することが可能であり、この設定値がそれぞれプレイテーブル500の「プレギャップ」、「ポストギャップ」の欄に格納される。また、音楽データ再生順番であるトラックもタッチパネル部を操作することによって設定可能であり、トラック設定順にトラック1、トラック2、トラック3、…に、選択されたファイル名が格納される。

このようにして、再生順位が最終番目の音楽データに対して、プレ再生用テーブルが構築されるまで上記のような動作を繰り返す。そして、CPU110は、プレ再生時には、プレ再生用テーブル510に示された再生開始時刻の経過に従って音楽データを再生する。図5(b)の例では、時刻「0分00秒」にアドレス範囲「AD1〜AD2」のファイルFAを再生し、次いで、時刻「3分34秒」にアドレス範囲「AD3〜AD4」のファイルFBを再生し、そして、時刻「5分37秒」にアドレス範囲「AD5〜AD6」のファイルFCを再生する。したがって、図6に示すように再生順番通りにファイルアドレスがマッピングされている必要な無い。換言すれば、ファイルを格納する際にはそのアドレスマッピング順番を考慮しなくても良いことになる。

さて、図2は液晶ディスプレイ150の表示画面151の表示例の説明図である。タッチパネル方式の各種のボタンを備えた表示ボタン群152が画面下方に形成されると共に、その上方にはディスクアトワンス方式でCD−Rに書き込み対象となる音楽データに関する情報を入力可能な入力画面153が形成されている。曲順ボタン204を押下操作するとその度にトラック(曲順)表示エリアに数字が「1」、「2」、「3」、…と増加するように表示される。その表示された曲順に対して、選択可能なファイル名の内のいずれかを選択操作すると、CPU110はファイル名欄にその選択したファイル名を表示し、これに対する実演奏時間を管理用テーブル300から索出して求め、対応する実演奏時間の表示欄に表示する。図2に示す例では、トラック1、トラック2、トラック3に対してファイル名FA、FB、FCを選択した、換言すれば、再生順番をファイルFA、FB、FCとして入力した場合を示している。なお、これに対応して実演奏時間の表示欄には「3分30秒」、「2分00秒」、「4分00秒」なる実演奏時間が表示される。

また、各再生順番の音楽データに対して、プレギャップボタン208を操作して入力画面153上でプレギャップを設定することが可能であり、また、ポストギャップボタン210を操作して入力画面153上でポストギャップを設定することが可能になっている。図2の一例の再生順番「1」番のプレギャップは「Pre1」、ポストギャップは「Po1」となるように設定されている。

そして、この入力画面153で入力された、トラック(曲順)、ファイル名、プレギャップ、ポストギャップの情報はプレイテーブル500に格納される。CPU110は、管理用テーブル300から当該ファイル名のファイルに対する実演奏時間を索出し、これをプレイテーブル500の対応する位置に格納することでプレイテーブル500が構築される。そして、先にも説明したように、このプレイテーブル500の格納内容と管理用テーブル300のアドレス範囲に基いて、プレ再生用テーブル510を構築する。かくして、CPU110は、CD−Rへの書き込み対象とする複数の音楽データに関する情報を入力可能な入力画面153を表示し、各種の操作ボタンの操作によって入力画面153上に入力された情報を受け付けて、CD−Rへの書き込み動作前に複数の音楽データをプレ再生するための情報を登録する。

(動作概要)
次に、図4のフローチャートを参照してCPU110が行う動作概要を説明する。先ず、ステップS400においてCDアルバム作成用プレイリストである入力画面153を表示する。ステップS405、ステップS410において、曲順やプレギャプ・ポストギャップを入力すると、これらを受けつけてプレイテーブル500に登録する。ステップS415において、書き込む曲がまだある場合(Yes)にはステップS405、S410の処理を繰り返す一方、書き込む曲がない場合(No)にはステップS420において、図3に示す再生ボタン200を押下操作して先に説明したプレ再生を行う。即ち、先に説明したようにしてプレイテーブル500を構築した後にプレ再生用テーブル510を構築して、このプレ再生用テーブル510の構築内容にしたがって、CD−Rに書き込む前に音楽データの再生を行う。

この他の実施形態では、図8に示すような一連の音楽データであるストリームデータ800を例えば2つのマーク位置M1、M2で分割して、自動的に3つのファイルMA1、MA2、MA3としてCD−Rへの書き込み対象ファイルとする点に特徴がある。
