Description
Claims (9)
- 複数のユーザ装置(UE)にデータを送信するシステムであって、
少なくとも1つのUEに対応するグループの識別を、前記グループ識別子に関連付けられたメンバUEとともに記憶するメモリと、
各UEの前記グループ識別子が1つのページングウィンドウで送信されるように、各前記グループ識別子の送信をスケジュールするスケジューラと、
少なくとも1つのグループ識別と、引き続くデータメッセージへの関連付けられたポインタの送信を各々のページングウィンドウがサポートする複数のページングウィンドウを有するページングチャネルと、
を含む送信機、
を備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記データメッセージは、前記グループ識別がすべて送信された後に送信されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記スケジューラは、割り当てられたページングウィンドウの通知を各UEに送信することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 各UEは、割り当てられた各ページングウィンドウで電源が入り、それ以外は電源を切られることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 無線リソースを最適化するのと同時にマルチキャストサービスを可能にする方法であって、
複数のグループメンバUEを識別するステップと、
UEが関連付けられたすべてのグループを決定するステップと、
各UEが1つのみのページングウィンドウにアクセスするように前記グループ識別子をスケジュールするステップと、
UEに割り当てられたページングウィンドウを通知するステップと、
を備えることを特徴とする方法。 - 各グループ識別子は、UEが属するグループに関連付けられたデータメッセージにUEを誘導するための関連付けられたポインタを含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 特定のUEに対するデータメッセージ間にスケジューリングの衝突があるかどうかを判定するステップをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- スケジューリングの衝突があると判定される場合は、UEに割り当てられたページングウィンドウを通知する前にスケジューリングの衝突を解消するステップをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- スケジューリングの衝突を解消する前記ステップは、データメッセージを再スケジューリングして、存在すると判定されたスケジューリングの衝突を回避することによって行われることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
