【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a tilt / vibration sensor, and more particularly to a normally closed tilt / vibration sensor.
[0002]
[Prior art]
This type of sensor is known, for example , from Japanese Patent Application No. 5-128287, Japanese Patent Application No. 8-352087, Japanese Patent Application No. 10-377753, and the like.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention is not only a level, but also a safety device for earthquake detection of household appliances such as combustion equipment, an automatic lighting switch for bicycles and motorcycles, an earth leakage breaker for earthquake detection, gas, water, electric meters, etc. It is a main object of the present invention to provide a normally closed type tilt / vibration sensor suitable for use in the above.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, an inclination / vibration sensor according to the present invention includes a disk-shaped lid (1) and a substantially conical recess (1) projecting on one surface thereof and opening in a widened manner on the tip surface ( 2A) and a pair of electrodes (A1, A2) having the same configuration comprising a cylindrical insertion portion (2), conductive spheres (C) contacting and leaving these electrodes, and the pair of electrodes in the cylinder A rectangular non-conductive case (B) for attaching the shape insertion portion (2) in a manner facing the axial insertion portion leaving a predetermined circular gap (3), a circular shape penetrating inward in the horizontal direction And a non-conductive case (B) having a cylindrical hole (B1), and the pair of electrodes are fitted and locked by press-fitting the cylindrical insertion portions into the circular cylindrical hole (B1) from both end openings, respectively. Thus, the conical recesses of the cylindrical insertion part (2) facing each other leaving the circular gap (3) (2A) forms a vacant chamber, and the bulb (C) is slidably accommodated therein. When the sensor is horizontal, the conductive ball (C) is always at the bottom of the vacant chamber. It is characterized in that the electrodes (A1, A2) on both sides sandwiching the circular gap (3) are brought into contact with each other so that the electrodes are electrically connected.
The sensor set according to the present invention is characterized in that the two tilt / vibration sensors are arranged in a set case (D) provided with required electrode terminals (E) .
[0005]
When detecting a tipping inclination in the X-axis direction on a horizontal 360 degree plane, in the Y-axis direction, vibration is detected as a chatter signal that repeatedly repeats ON and OFF.

[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Examples will be explained with drawings. Some solid lines are omitted to avoid complexity of the drawing. FIG. 1 is a vertical sectional view parallel to the X axis of the sensor. The left and right electrodes A1 and A2 have the same diameter and are fixed with a minimal gap through a non-conductive case B, standing in a wrinkle with a dish-shaped disk. An arbitrary inclination angle is given to the peripheral wall surface of the dish-like shape, and the same light bulb C is placed in contact with the two inclination angle faces, whereby the electrodes A1 and A2 are electrically connected.
[0008]
In either of the two directions along the X-ray, the conductive sphere rolls at an arbitrary inclination angle, whereby the conduction between the electrodes is released and the conductive sphere is turned OFF. The vibration repeats it. If you design an arbitrary tilt angle small, it is a spirit level.
[0009]
The vibration in the X-axis direction is also a tilt sensor in which the conductive sphere C can emit a chatter signal that repeats ON and OFF by going up and down an arbitrary tilt angle of the electrodes A1 and A2.
[0010]
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view parallel to the Y axis. Only vibration is detected in the Y-axis direction. In other words, this sensor placed horizontally is an omnidirectional vibration sensor and is a normally closed normally closed type. Due to the vibration in the Y-axis direction, the conductive sphere C runs up and down the V shape formed by the electrodes A1 and A2 and repeats the chatter signal.
[0011]
FIG. 3 is an explanatory view of
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, according to this, as a safety device for earthquake detection of household appliances such as a spirit level and a combustor machine, an automatic lighting switch for bicycles, motorcycles, etc. A tilt / vibration sensor suitable for use in a breaker, gas, water supply, electric meter or the like can be obtained .
