Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an electrode of an electrode type water level detector in a submersible pump.
[0002]
[Prior art and its problems]
Conventionally, since the electrode of the electrode-type water level detector in the submersible pump is a rod-like rigid body, there is a drawback that the electrode is easily damaged by a fall or a collision at the time of transportation or use.
[0003]
As an effective measure for avoiding electrode damage, it has been proposed to use a coil spring instead of an electrode. Since the electrode is flexible, it will not be damaged even when subjected to an impact. However, since the coil spring is composed of thin conductive wires and the water contact area at the leading end is small, when contaminants such as cement and dust are mixed in the water flowing into the pump installation tank, The contaminants adhere and the conduction action between the two electrodes is hindered, and proper detection at the set pump activation water level is not performed, and the detection function works at a higher water level than the set water level. If the lower part is formed as a large-diameter tapered coil spring, the water contact area at the leading end is slightly increased and the detection sensitivity is slightly increased. Since the diameter of itself is thin, the effect which can eliminate the above-mentioned problem cannot be expected.
[0004]
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The object of the present invention is that it will not be damaged even if it receives an impact due to a fall or a collision, and the water contact area at the leading end of the guide is large, so that cement, dust, etc. It is an object of the present invention to provide an electrode of an electrode-type water level detector in a submersible pump, in which an appropriate detection action at a set water level is performed without losing the detection function even when a foreign matter is mixed.
[0005]
[Structure of the invention]
In the electrode-type water level detector in the submersible pump according to the present invention, one end of a coil spring-like electrode formed by winding a conductive wire is fitted into an electrode socket provided on the outer side of the pump motor and guided downward. The water contact area was increased by fitting a plug-shaped, crown-shaped or annular conductor to the other end of the coil spring-shaped electrode.
[0006]
Thus, since the electrode is in the shape of a coil spring, an impact absorbing action is produced, and the water contact area is increased by the conductor at the guided tip, thereby enhancing the water level detection function.
[0007]
【Example】
Hereinafter, description will be made with reference to the drawings of the embodiments.
[0008]
1 is a submersible pump, and 2 is an electrode socket provided downward on the outer side of the pump motor, which is fitted in a short rod shape that fits with the inner peripheral surface of the end of the coil spring-like electrode 3 or the outer peripheral surface of the end The electrode socket 2 itself has a function as an electrode. The coil spring-like electrode 3 is made by winding a conductive wire, and is excellent in flexibility, so that it can be fitted into the electrode socket 2 in a compressed manner. Further, when the electrode socket 2 is formed in a short rod shape, a thread groove is engraved on the outer peripheral surface, and when the electrode socket 2 is formed in a short cylinder shape, a thread groove is engraved on the inner peripheral surface. For example, the coil spring-like electrode 3 can be screwed. It is desirable to prepare several types of the coil spring-like electrode 3 having different lengths. 4 is a conductor for fitting to the leading end of the coil spring-like electrode 3 to increase its water contact area, and the upper part is a plug-like fitting with the inner peripheral surface of the end of the coil spring-like electrode 3. Or, it is formed in a crown shape or an annular shape to be fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the end portion. The conductor 4 can be press-fitted to the leading end portion of the conductor using the flexibility of the coil spring-like electrode 3.
[0009]
If one end of the coil spring-like electrode 3 is fitted to the electrode socket 2, the other end is guided downward. If the conductor 4 is fitted after this is cut into an arbitrary length at the site of use and the guided length is adjusted, the control water level is arbitrarily set. It is possible to change the control water level in a timely manner by selecting one of the appropriate lengths from several types of coil spring-like electrodes 3... 3 having different lengths. Further, when the conductor 4 is formed in a plug shape, a screw groove is formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof, and when the conductor 4 is formed in a crown shape or an annular shape, a screw groove is formed on the inner peripheral surface thereof to form a coil spring. If it is configured to be fitted to the electrode 3 by a screwing structure, the control water level can be finely adjusted by screwing the conductor 4.
[0010]
When the water level of the pump installation tank rises and the conductor 4 comes into contact with water, the submersible pump 1 starts immediately and drains. However, even if the water level drops due to drainage and the conductor 4 is separated, the submersible pump 1 immediately It is set not to stop but to stop after a continuous operation for about 1 to 2 minutes, for example, by a known circuit configuration.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the electrode according to the present invention is in the form of a coil spring and has excellent flexibility, so that the electrode is not damaged even if it receives an impact due to a fall or a collision. In addition, the conductive tip of the electrode leads to an increase in water contact area with the conductor and the detection sensitivity is improved, so that cement, dust, and other contaminants are mixed in the water flowing into the pump installation tank. However, there is an advantage that an appropriate detection action at the set water level is performed without impairing the conduction action.
