Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a packaging cushion, and more particularly to a packaging cushion that is assembled by folding cardboard.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When various kinds of articles are packed and used for distribution, the article may be damaged due to an impact by an external force in the distribution stage. Therefore, conventionally, when various kinds of articles are used for distribution, these articles are stored in a packaging box. Then, a foamed polystyrene resin buffer is disposed in the gap between the packaging box and the article, and the shock from the outside is absorbed by the buffer, thereby protecting the article from the impact.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
A conventional buffer using such a foamed polystyrene resin does not have a natural disintegration property when discarded after use, and therefore remains as it is for a long period of time, causing waste pollution. If incinerated, the foamed polystyrene buffer will generate high heat and damage the furnace, or it will emit black smoke and cause air pollution. Due to such environmental problems, the use of a foamed polystyrene resin buffer tends to be limited.
[0004]
Therefore, it has been proposed to assemble a shock absorber using corrugated cardboard having a natural disintegrating property. Corrugated cardboard is made from cellulose, so even if it is discarded, it will eventually be decomposed by bacteria to become water and carbon dioxide, which will not cause environmental damage. In addition, it can be decomposed and regenerated with water and can be recycled, leading to effective use of resources.
[0005]
However, the shock absorber made of corrugated cardboard is inferior to the shock absorbing performance of the shock absorber made of foamed polystyrene resin, and there is a concern that the article cannot be completely protected from the shock.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and is intended to further improve the shock absorbing performance of a shock absorber that is assembled by folding corrugated cardboard. An object of the present invention is to provide a packaging buffer that can be reliably protected.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The main invention of this application is:
In packaging cushions that can be assembled by folding cardboard,
A cutting line extending in a direction intersecting with the direction of the step of the corrugated cardboard and a half cutting line to which only one liner is connected are substantially parallel to each other and alternately formed in the direction of the step,
The cutting line is partially connected by a connecting part,
Further, an opening that is surrounded by the cutting line and the half-cut line and that substantially matches the shape of the receiving part of the article that is buffered by a plurality of continuous plate-like parts including the plate-like part at the end in the direction of the step. In addition, a projecting piece is connected to the peripheral edge of the opening, and a bending line extending in the lateral direction is formed on the projecting piece at an intermediate position in the height direction.
The corrugated cardboard is folded alternately in the opposite direction at the cutting line and the half-cut line and overlapped with each other, and the opening is aligned to form a recess for receiving an article to be buffered ,
The present invention relates to a cushioning body for packaging, wherein the protruding piece is protruded inside the concave portion.
[0008]
Here, a breaking line intermittently connected so as to intersect the cutting line and the half-cut line is formed in the direction of the step, and a plurality of shock absorbers are assembled in a state of being connected via the breaking line, and the breaking It is preferable to divide into a plurality of lines. Also, the protrusions on the peripheral edge of the openings of the plate-like parts adjacent to each other are formed so as to be shifted from each other, and when the recesses are formed by aligning the openings, the protrusions on the inner surface of the recesses may be shifted from each other. Is preferred. Further, it is preferable that a fold line is formed at the root portion of the protrusion at the peripheral edge of the opening of the plate-like portion. In addition, it is preferable that at least a portion of the corner edge of the plate-like portion is notched. Moreover, it is preferable that the corner edge part of the plate-shaped part located in the intermediate part of the thickness direction is notched when folded.
[0009]
Another major invention of the present application is:
In packaging cushions that can be assembled by folding cardboard,
A cutting line extending in a direction intersecting with the direction of the step of the corrugated cardboard and a half cutting line to which only one liner is connected are substantially parallel to each other and alternately formed in the direction of the step,
The cutting line is partially connected by a connecting part,
Furthermore, an opening that is surrounded by the cutting line and the half-cut line and that substantially matches the shape of the receiving part of the article that cushions a plurality of continuous plate-like parts including the plate-like part at the end in the step direction. Forming,
Cut out corner portions of some plate-like portions excluding the plate-like portions at both ends in the direction of the step among the plate-like portions corresponding to the corner edges of this buffer,
The cardboard and the combined heavy folded alternately in opposite directions at said half-cut line and the cut line, moreover a recess for receiving the article to be buffered by matching said opening,
The present invention relates to a packaging cushion, wherein a part of an article is received inside the recess.
[0010]
Here, it is preferable to cut out a corner portion of the plate-like portion disposed in the middle portion in the thickness direction.
[0011]
A preferred embodiment of the above-mentioned invention of the present application is a packaging buffer body in which corrugated cardboard is alternately folded and overlapped at the cutting line and half-cut line and overlapped with each other, and the opening is aligned to form a recess, in particular a recess. The projecting pieces are arranged on the inner surface of the plate so as to be offset from each other, and the corner edge portion of the plate-like portion located at the intermediate portion in the thickness direction is notched when folded.
[0012]
Therefore, according to such a cushioning body for packaging, the shock absorbing performance of the cushioning body is improved by the protruding pieces shifted from each other on the inner surface of the recess. In particular, by notching the corner edge portion in the middle in the thickness direction, it is possible to effectively absorb an impact from an oblique direction, and the article is more reliably protected.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention of the present application will be described below with reference to the illustrated embodiments. FIG. 1 shows an expanded view of a corrugated cardboard 10 for assembling a packaging cushion according to the present embodiment. The corrugated cardboard 10 is composed of plate-like portions 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18. , 19 and 20. These plate-like parts 11 to 20 intersect the direction of the step, that is, the half-cut line 21 and the cutting line 22 formed in the horizontal direction in FIG. It is made to form sequentially along.
[0014]
In this way, the cardboard 10 is connected by the half-cut lines 21 and the cut lines 22 that are alternately formed. Then, three broken lines 23 are formed so as to be orthogonal to the half-cut line 21 and the cut line 22, that is, in the longitudinal direction in FIG. These break lines 23 are for breaking and dividing after folding, and are composed of partially connected cut lines. Note that the two lower right unit portions of FIG. 1 of such a cardboard 10 are shown enlarged in FIG.
[0015]
The half cut line 21 which connects the plate-shaped parts 11-20 with the cutting line 22 alternately has the structure shown in FIG. That is, only the liner 27 on one side in the thickness direction among the liners 27 located on both sides of the core 26 of the cardboard 10 is connected, and the other liner 27 and the core 26 are cut. Therefore, it is folded so that the cut liner 27 side becomes the outside.
[0016]
Next, the cutting lines 22 formed alternately with the half cutting lines 21 are intermittently connected by a connecting portion 30 as shown in FIG. That is, the connecting portion 30 is connected so as to cross the cutting line 22, and the connecting portion 30 is formed between a pair of cuts 31 parallel to each other. A fold line 32 is formed at the base portion of the connecting portion 30 and both ends of the cut 31 are bent outward. Therefore, when bent along such a cutting line 22, the connecting portions 30 are bent so that the plate-like portions on both sides thereof are connected.
[0017]
Next, the structure of each plate-like portion 11, particularly the opening will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, a relatively large rectangular opening 36 is formed in the plate-like portion 11 in each region divided by the break line 23. In addition, a small circular hole 37 and a small arrow-shaped hole 38 are formed in the plate-like portion 12. In addition, a small rectangular opening 39 and a circular hole 37 are formed in the third plate-like portion 13.
[0018]
An L-shaped opening 41 and a small rectangular opening 39 are formed in the plate-like portion 14. The plate-like portion 15 is formed with a horizontally elongated opening 42 and an L-shaped opening 41.
[0019]
The plate-like portions 16 to 20 are each formed with a relatively large irregular opening 45 and a small rectangular opening 46. In particular, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, a projecting piece 50 is formed on the peripheral edge of the irregularly shaped rectangular opening 45. Here, the protruding pieces 50 are formed so that their positions are shifted from each other between the adjacent plate-like portions 16 to 20. Further, a fold line 51 is formed at the base portion of the protruding piece 50 as shown in FIGS. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, for example, a notch 52 is formed so as to extend in the height direction of a predetermined wide projecting piece.
[0020]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, diagonal notches 53 are formed at an angle of 45 degrees at the corner edge portions of the plate-like portions 12 to 19 of the cardboard 10. The plate-like portions 11 and 20 at both ends are not provided with such notches. Further, for the plate-like portions 12 and 19, notches 53 are formed only in the corner edge portion connected to the plate-like portions 13 and 18, and the corner edge on the side connected to the plate-like portions 11 and 20 is formed. The notch 53 is not formed.
[0021]
Next, the operation of assembling the shock absorber using the corrugated cardboard 10 configured as described above will be described in order. As shown in FIG. 6, the corrugated cardboard 10 is alternately bent in opposite directions at the half-cut line 21 and the cut line 22. In addition, it is preferable to apply | coat starch paste to the predetermined site | part of the joint surface of each plate-shaped part 11-20 at this time, respectively. Then, the plate-like portions 11 to 20 are overlapped with each other as shown in FIGS. Then, a connecting portion 30 for connecting the cutting line 22 is exposed on one side end side as shown in FIG. 7, and one surface of the half-cut line 21 is connected on the opposite side cross section as shown in FIG. Polymerization is performed with the liner 27 being exposed.
[0022]
In addition, the application quantity of the starch paste applied to said plate-shaped parts 11-20 can also be adjusted. Further, by changing the amount of starch paste applied depending on the part, it becomes easy to separate the part with a small amount of application. Therefore, the buffer effect may be enhanced by changing the amount of starch paste applied.
[0023]
As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the structure in which the corrugated cardboard 10 is assembled by alternately folding the corrugated cardboard 10 at the half-cut line 21 and the cutting line 22 in the opposite directions is used. Via each other. Therefore, when the structure folded at the breaking line 23 is divided into four, four buffer bodies 56 are obtained at a time.
[0024]
As shown in FIG. 9, a concave portion 57 is formed on the front surface of each divided buffer body 56 by aligning irregularly shaped rectangular openings 45 formed in the plate-like portions 16 to 20. By aligning the smaller rectangular opening 46, a small recess 58 is formed. Moreover, the protruding piece 50 protrudes inwardly on the inner surface of the recess 57. Since the projecting pieces 50 are formed so as to be shifted from each other with respect to the plate-like parts 16 to 20 at the peripheral edge of the odd-shaped rectangular opening 45, the projecting pieces 45 are formed to project in a staggered manner on the inner surface of the recess 57. ing. Further, due to the notch 53 at the corner edge portion of the plate-like portions 12 to 19, the notch 53 remains in the corner portion of the buffer body 56 as it is.
[0025]
Such a buffer 56 is disposed as shown in FIG. 9 with the recesses 57 and 58 facing each other, and as a result, can receive both ends of the toner cartridge 61 as shown in FIG. A toner cartridge 61 used in a copying machine, a laser printer, or the like is accommodated in a packaging bag 62, and both end portions of the toner cartridge 61 are received by the concave portions 57 of the buffer 56.
[0026]
Then, the toner cartridge 61 received at both ends by such a buffer 56 is stored in a packaging box 66 as shown in FIG. The cover plate 67 and the flap 68 of the packaging box 66 are opened to accommodate the toner cartridge 61 from the upper opening, and the flap 68 and the cover plate 67 are closed to pack the toner cartridge. In this state, the toner cartridge 61 is used for physical distribution.
[0027]
According to such a form of packaging, a high buffering effect is imparted to the buffer body 56 by the projecting piece 50 protruding particularly on the inner surface of the recess 57 of the buffer body 56. Further, since the corner portion of the buffer 56 is notched by the notch 53, even if an oblique force is applied to the corner portion, the shock is absorbed by the notch 53 portion and the impact is transmitted to the toner cartridge 61. It becomes a structure that is difficult to do.
[0028]
In particular, the protruding piece 50 on the peripheral edge of the opening 45 is formed with a fold line 51 at an intermediate position in the height direction, and the protruding piece 50 is easily deformed by the fold line 51. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, a notch 52 is formed in the projecting piece 50 formed at a predetermined position or a projecting piece 50 having a large width, so that the deformation performance of the projecting piece 50 is further enhanced. Therefore, the protrusions 50 are more easily deformed by the fold lines 51 and the cuts 52 of these protrusions 50, and the shock absorbing performance is improved.
[0029]
In addition, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, such a packaging cushion is assembled by folding the cardboard 10. And the four buffer bodies 56 mutually connected by the fracture | rupture line 23 are assembled at once. That is, after folding, the four buffer bodies 56 are obtained at once by dividing at the breaking line 23. Therefore, it is only necessary to combine with the toner cartridge 61 so as to receive both ends of the toner cartridge 61 using a pair of the buffer bodies 56 among them.
[0030]
Therefore, it suffices to divide at the breaking line 23 at the time of use, which brings about an advantage that handling or management of the buffer body 56 becomes easy. It should be noted that the number of the buffer bodies 56 assembled by connecting is not necessarily four, but may be two or six. That is, the number can be arbitrarily increased or decreased according to the purpose.
[0031]
Although the invention included in the present application has been described with the illustrated embodiment, the invention included in the present application is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications are possible within the scope of the technical idea of the invention included in the present application. 【The invention's effect】
The main invention of the present application is a packaging shock absorber that is assembled by folding corrugated cardboard, and a cutting line extending in a direction intersecting the direction of the corrugation of the corrugated cardboard and a half cutting line to which only one liner is connected are substantially parallel to each other. And alternately formed in the direction of the step, the cutting line is partially connected by the connecting portion, and further includes a plate-like portion surrounded by the cutting line and the half-cut line and at the end in the direction of the step. An opening that substantially matches the shape of the receiving part of the article to be buffered by a plurality of continuous plate-like parts is formed, and a projecting piece is connected to the peripheral edge of the opening, and the height of the projecting piece is Forming a fold line extending in the lateral direction at an intermediate position in the direction, folding the corrugated cardboard alternately in the opposite direction at the cutting line and the half-cut line, overlapping each other, and aligning the opening so as to receive the article to be buffered Form and protrude the protruding piece inside the recess In which was to so that.
[0033]
Therefore, according to such a cushioning body for packaging, the protruding piece formed on the peripheral edge of the opening particularly protrudes to the inside of the recess, and such protruding protruding piece directly receives the article. Accordingly, the shock absorbing capacity of the buffer body can be further increased by the projecting piece, and a packaging buffer body excellent in shock absorbing performance can be provided.
[0034]
Another main invention of the present application is that in a packaging shock absorber that is assembled by folding corrugated cardboard, a cutting line extending in a direction intersecting the direction of the corrugated cardboard and a half-cut line to which only one liner is connected to each other. Almost parallel and alternately formed in the direction of the step, the cutting line is partially connected by the connecting portion, and the plate-like portion at the end in the direction of the step is surrounded by the cutting line and the half-cut line Forming an opening that substantially matches the shape of the receiving portion of the article to be buffered in a plurality of plate-like portions that are continuous with each other , and at both ends in the direction of at least the step of the plate-like portion corresponding to the corner edge of the buffer body Articles that are buffered by notching the corners of some plate-like parts except the plate-like parts, folding the cardboard alternately in the opposite direction at the cutting line and half-cut line, and overlapping, and aligning the openings a recess for receiving a inside the recess In which was set to receive a portion of the goods.
