従来、例えば、ブロースクイズマシンにおいては、鋳物砂のスクイズによって生じた鋳枠内の鋳型が所要の硬度を有するように、鋳枠には盛枠を重ね合わせたうえで、ブロースクイズマシンのスクイズヘッド、鋳枠、模型板等によって画成された鋳型造型室に鋳物砂を吹き込み充填し、その鋳物砂をスクイズして鋳型を造型するようにしている。そして、そのための盛枠付き模型板搬送装置の一つとして、特開昭63-63552号公報に開示されるものを、本出願人は先に提案している。この盛枠付き模型板搬送装置は、昇降可能に配設されたキャリアボックスに模型板が取り付けられるとともに、キャリアボックスに装着されたシリンダを介して盛枠が昇降可能に装着された構造になっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、このように構成された従来の盛枠付き模型板搬送装置では、盛枠を昇降させるシリンダが、エアシリンダであることもあって大径で大型のものになっており、そのために盛枠付き模型板搬送装置も総じて大型なものになり、この結果、ブロースクイズマシンは、大型で高価なものになる上に、設置のための空間も広く必要になる。しかも、盛枠付き模型板搬送装置を他のものと交換する場合には、エアシリンダの配管を取り外す必要があり、盛枠付き模型板搬送装置の交換が非常に厄介であるなどの問題があった。

上記の目的を達成するために本発明における盛枠付き模型板搬送装置は、昇降可能な盛枠を有しかつ模型板が取り付けられて移動される盛枠付き模型板搬送装置において、前記盛枠は、移動可能な模型板搬送本体に装着された複数の上向き油圧シリンダの収縮作動によって昇降可能にされ、これら複数の上向き油圧シリンダは、前記模型板搬送本体に装着されかつ収縮作動によって液体を押し出す少なくとも2本の特殊油圧シリンダの交互の収縮作動による液体の供給によって伸縮作動され、これら特殊油圧シリンダは、前記模型板搬送本体の外部に別途固定配設された少なくとも2本のシリンダの交互の伸長作動によってそれぞれ収縮作動されるように構成したことを特徴とする。
