本願の発明は、容器の開口部を密封したフィルム材を容易に剥離可能に接着することにより不正開封を防止した中空容器に係わり、特に、容器の口頸部に注ぎ口を設けて注ぎ易くすると共に、開口部を密封した剥離が容易なフィルムを保護するキャップを口頸部に被着した中空容器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
熱可塑性合成樹脂からなる中空容器に於いて、不正開封を防止する二重密封構造にした容器の代表的な例ものとしては、従来から特開平5−305941号公報や実開平7−9751号公報に記載されるような注出口を設けた中空容器が一般に知られている。
これ等の容器は、内部には醤油や味醂、食用油等の内容液を収容して、容器の開口部を切除可能な開封片を設けた密封部を有する口頸部材により完全に密封するようにしたものであり、その概要は図5及び6に示すように、容器本体31の開口端31aに、嵌合溝部を有する嵌合筒部32aの内側上部に注出筒部32bを形成すると共に、該注出筒部の内側に切除可能な開封片32dを設けた密封天板を形成してなる注出口32を嵌合、一体かして密封すると共に、該注出口にネジ蓋等の外蓋体33を嵌着せしめる二重蓋構造をした密封中空容器である。

上記のような構造をした中空容器に於いては、容器に収容されている内容液を注出するには、外蓋体33を開封した後に、切除可能に設けられた内蓋である密封天板部分に切除可能に設けられた開封片32dを摘み片32cと共に引き抜いて除去しなければ、内容液を注出できないような構造に形成されている。
そして、一度前記開封片32dを除去して内容液を注出した後では、再び内容液を補充して、元の状態に復元したりすることは不可能な構造をしいる。

そこで、上記のような種々の欠点をなくして、容器の開口部に簡単な構造をした不正開封防止用の内蓋を設けた二重の密閉構造をした中空容器として、熱可塑性合成樹脂を用いてブロー成形した中空容器にマヨネーズやケチャップ等を収容して、該容器の口頸部の開口端を、合成樹脂フィルムその他の薄いシート材からなるシール材からなる内蓋を熱溶着、接着剤等の接着手段により密封した後に、前記口頸部にネジ蓋等の外蓋を螺合もしくは嵌合して二重構造に密封したものが広く知られている。

しかし、上記のような構造をした二重に密閉する中空容器は、シール材の接着強度が強すぎると内蓋を剥がすのに少々手間取ったり、また、このような容器はマヨネーズやケチャップ等の粘稠な内容物を収容しておいて、内容物を絞り出して使用するようなものには適しているが、シャンプーやリンス、液体洗剤あるいは食用油等の少しばかりの粘性を有していて、注出時には開口部での液切れに注意が必要な内容物を収容するのには適していない。

このような欠点をなくして、容易に剥離可能なシール材からなる内蓋を設けて密封した不正開封防止の構造にした熱可塑性合成樹脂からなる密封中空容器として、実開平6−35156号公報に記載するような容器を、本願出願人は提案している。
この容器は、図7及び8に示すように、注出口を形成する円筒状の中栓体42を容器本体41の口頸部41aに固着すると共に、該栓体には頂壁の中央部に注ぎ口43が穿設されていて、摘まみ片44aを有するシール材44を頂壁面に剥離可能に接着して前記注ぎ口42を密閉して、容器の口頸部41aに外蓋45を螺合して二重構造に密封したものである。

上記の容器は、シール材44の円形基部を中栓の頂壁部分より若干小さく形成すると共に、摘まみ片44aが中栓の頂壁段部に突出して外蓋45の内側に納まるように形成されていて、開封する時には摘まみ片を引っ張ることによりシール材が破断線に沿って容易に剥離するように構成したものである。
しかし、この容器を使用するには外蓋を捻って開封しなければならず、シャンプーや液体洗剤等は頻繁に使用する容器では、開口部を密閉する蓋体も簡単に開閉ができるものが好まれる。

熱可塑性合成樹脂を所定の形状に成形してなるプリフォームを中空容器にブロー成形することにより、中空容器の胴部と口頸部とを一体に成形すると共に胴部は肉薄に成形し、前記口頸部先端の注出口部分に切欠き状の注ぎ口を形成して、該注出口の内側にフィルム状の密封片を剥離可能に接着して密封して、更に、前記注出口の外周部にキャップ状の外蓋を嵌合、固定して密閉することにより二重密封状態となして、前記密封片を保護すると共に注出口内に塵等が侵入するのを防止した注ぎ口付き中空容器を構成する。

以下に、本願発明の密封中空容器について、最適な実施例に基づいて、図面を参照しつつ説明する。
ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)樹脂を射出成形装置により、図1に示すように、容器の口頸部分2を形成する注出口3とネックリング4と、容器の胴体部分を形成する本体部分5とからなるプリフォーム1を成形すると同時に、該プリフォームの注出口3の端部には切欠き状をした注ぎ口部3aを、口頸部2の外周面にはキャップ状の外蓋体を係止する係止突起2aを、口頸部2の内周面にはフィルム状の密封体を接着する突起壁2bを、それぞれ形成した所定形状のプリフォーム1に成形する。
