本発明は、バッグインボックス用内袋等の容器のスパウトに装着される注出口付きキャップに関するものである。更に詳しくは、容器内の液体を注出させる際に、注出量の切り替えが可能な注出口付きキャップに関するものである。

バッグインボックス用内袋等の容器のスパウトに装着される注出口付きキャップは、注出口の内側を塞いでいるスパウトの先端部(開口部)とこれに内接するキャップの封止部内面の内、封止部の内面を注出口の内側より離し、注出口を開栓状態にしてから、容器内の液体を注出させていた。注出口の内側を塞いでいる封止部の内面を注出口より離す方法としては、封止部の上面に取り付けられたタブを引っ張る方法や、封止部の上面に付着された突起部を傾ける方法等がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、容器内の液体を注出するときに、注出量を容易に調整することができる注出口付きキャップを提供しようとするものである。
そして、バッグインボックス用内袋等の容器から一度に多量の液体を注出する時でも、少量の液体しか注出しない時でも、どちらでも容易に注出することができるようにしようとするものである。

尚、本発明の注出口付きキャップは、図面に示された形状のものに限定されるものでないことは、当然である。

又、封止部(3)に付着させる突起部(4)は、該根元部(42)が注出口(2)側に向かって太くなっているのが好ましい。突起部(4)の根元部(42)が注出口(2)側に向かって太くなっていると、突起部(4)を傾けた際に、注出口(2)の内側を塞いでいる封止部(3)を変形させ、注出口(2)を開栓状態にし易い。

尚、突起部は、封止部を変形させるため、指先で傾けても湾曲しないような硬度を有しているのが好ましい。又、突起部の高さは、特に限定されるものではないが、指先で傾けることができ、しかも、封止部の湾曲した凹部の中に収まる高さが好ましい。突起部が封止部の湾曲した凹部より飛び出していると、見栄えが悪くなるばかりか、何かに触れて突起部が傾けられ、容器内の液体が漏れ出す危険性がある。

【作用及び効果】
本発明の流出量切り替え可能な注出口付きキャップを備えた容器は、突起部を傾けることにより、注出口の内側を塞いでいる封止部を注出口より少し離して一部だけ開栓状態にすることができるので、注出量を少なくすることが出来る。又、リング状タブを引っ張ることにより、注出口の内側を塞いでいる封止部を注出口より大きく離し、完全に開栓状態にすることができるので、注出量を多くすることが出来る。
そのため、本発明の流出量切り替え可能な注出口付きキャップを備えた容器は、短時間で多量の液体を注出することが出来るばかりか、少量の液体も精度よく注出することも出来るので、業務用の醤油や食料油等の容器に非常に有益である。
