[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, it is not easy to fasten the peripheral part of the net member to the seat frame in the conventional manner described above while applying a constant tension, and it takes a lot of labor and time, and the tension of the net member is It becomes non-uniform, wrinkles or bends in the mounting part of the net member, and excessive tension acts on the net member around the fastening bolt etc., and this part of the net member is May tear.
[0005]
An object of the present invention is to enable a peripheral portion of a net member to be fixed to a seat frame as uniformly and easily as possible with sufficient tension and strength.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, the above problem is solved as follows.
(1) A net member, which has a sandwiched piece made of a soft material on the periphery, is covered so as to cover the upper and outer surfaces of the seat frame made of a hard material, and the periphery of the net member is folded inward. The fastening frame is inverted by inserting it into a circumferential holding groove provided on the lower surface of the outer peripheral portion of the seat frame, and tightening the fastening frame on the lower side of the seat frame. The net member is attached with tension applied to the seat frame by pushing the sandwiching piece into the holding groove.
[0007]
(2) In the above item (1), the inserted piece manufactured as a shape when mounted on the seat frame is fixed to the peripheral edge of the net member in a state of being inverted inward and outward, and when mounted on the seat frame Then, the inserted piece is returned to its original posture and inserted into the holding groove.
[0008]
(3) In the above item (1) or (2), the net outer peripheral edge of the net member is formed smaller than the fastening portion of the insertion piece, and the net member is stretched outwardly, Fasten the outer periphery to the fastening part of the insertion piece.
[0009]
(4) In any one of the above items (1) to (3), a horizontal direction which can receive a pressing force by a tightening frame at the lower end when the insertion piece is mounted and can function for removal. A locking piece is provided.
[0010]
(5) In any one of the above items (1) to (4), a circumferential pinch is interposed between one of the lower surface of the outer peripheral portion of the seat frame and the corresponding portion of the upper surface of the fastening frame on the outer side of the holding groove. Similarly, when the support groove is provided with an upright piece on the other side and the fastening frame is attached to the lower surface of the seat frame, the upright piece pushes the peripheral portion of the net member into the sandwiching groove, thereby Apply additional tension.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is directed to the seat (B) or the backrest (C) of the chair (A) illustrated in FIG. 1. In the following, referring to FIG. The applied embodiment will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the seat (B) is made of a high-strength plastic or other appropriate material along the upper and outer surfaces of the seat frame (1) made of a hard synthetic resin material having a desired closed shape. After the peripheral part of the net member (2) (including the perforated plate) made of abuts, the peripheral end of the net member (2) is folded inward, and the seat frame (2a) is placed on the lower surface of the folded part (2a). The fastening frame (3), which is almost similar to 1), is superposed, and bolts (5) inserted from below the through holes (4) drilled in various places of the fastening frame (3) are attached to the seat frame (1). ) Is formed by fastening the inwardly folded portion (2a) of the net member (2) to the lower surface of the fastening frame (3) by screwing into a screw hole (6) drilled at a corresponding position on the lower surface of the fastening frame (3). Has been.
[0012]
The seat frame (1) is provided with an elastic piece (8) inclined downward inward from the upper surface of the thick rigid outer periphery (7), and the thick rigid outer periphery (7). On the lower surface, a downwardly extending ridge (9) in the circumferential direction, an upward holding groove (10), and an upward pinching groove (11) are provided from the inside to the outside.
[0013]
The screw hole (6) is formed from the lower surface of the downward protrusion (9).
[0014]
The holding groove (10) and the pinching groove (11) are preferably trapezoidal sections that become slightly narrower upward.
[0015]
The fastening frame (3) has a planar outer peripheral portion (12) corresponding to the outer peripheral portion (7) of the seat frame (1), and the seat frame (1) is formed on the upper surface of the outer peripheral portion (12). An upward protective flange (3a) that can be superposed on the outer side of the seat frame (1), and a portion corresponding to the downward protrusion (9) and the pinching groove (11) of the seat frame (1), respectively, An annular concave hole (13) and an upright piece (14) that can be fitted are provided.
[0016]
The gap between the sandwiching groove (11) and the upright piece (14) is determined so that the folded portion (2a) of the net member (2) can be inserted and fastened therebetween.
[0017]
The outer peripheral edge of the net member (2) is slightly narrower than the width of the holding groove (10) in the outer peripheral part (7) of the seat frame (1), and has an outward locking piece (15) at the lower end. In addition, a sandwiching piece (16) made of a soft synthetic resin material or the like that is continuous or divided in the circumferential direction is fastened.
[0018]
In order to stretch the net member (2), first, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the sandwiching piece (16) manufactured in a shape substantially the same as the shape when mounted on the seat frame (1) is used. As shown in FIG. 8, the net member (2) having the outer peripheral edge in the natural state formed smaller than the inner surface of the sandwiching piece (16) is extended outwardly by reversing inward and outward directions. The outer peripheral edge is fastened to the inner surface of the sandwiching piece (16) by sewing, bonding with an adhesive, or other fixing means.
[0019]
Next, the net member (2) is covered so as to cover the upper surface and the outer surface of the seat frame (1), the peripheral portion thereof is folded inward, and the sandwiching piece (16) fixed to the outer peripheral edge is attached. Then, it is inserted into the holding groove (10) from below while returning to the original posture from the inverted state as described above.
[0020]
As a result, the outer peripheral edge of the net member (2) is held in the holding groove (10) so that the fastening frame (3) comes into contact with the lower surface of the seat frame (1), and the bolt (5). Is inserted from below the through hole (4) and screwed into the screw hole (6) of the seat frame (1), the inserting piece (16) is pushed by the tightening frame (3), Enter the branch groove (11).
[0021]
Therefore, the peripheral part of the net member (2) is pulled into the lower surface of the seat frame (1) and is automatically stretched with a uniform tension in the circumferential direction and the inner and outer directions.
[0022]
Further, in this embodiment, at this time, the upright piece (14) on the upper surface of the fastening frame (3) presses the peripheral portion of the net member (2), and the supporting groove of the seat frame (1) (11) Since it pushes in, the tension | tensile_strength of a net member (2) becomes larger.
[0023]
In addition, the pinching groove (11) may be provided on the tightening frame (3) side, and the standing piece (14) may be provided on the seat frame (1) side.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
The effects of the invention described in each claim are as follows.
Claim 1: After inserting the clamping piece at the peripheral edge of the net member loosely into the holding groove on the lower surface of the seat frame and attaching the tightening frame to the lower surface of the seat frame, the net member is automatically A constant tension is applied.
Further, since the sandwiching piece is inverted and fitted into the holding groove when being mounted on the seat frame, the peripheral edge of the net member can be easily wound around the outer periphery of the seat frame.
[0025]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the sandwiching piece can be manufactured in the shape when it is mounted on the seat frame, no excessive internal stress is generated after mounting and the durability can be improved.
[0026]
Claim 3: The net member can be pretensioned before being attached to the seat frame.
[0027]
Claim 4: When the clamping frame is attached to the lower surface of the seat frame, the clamping piece is suitably pushed by the clamping frame and enters the holding groove, and the clamping piece is clamped using the horizontal locking piece. The net member can be removed from the seat frame together with the insertion piece.
[0028]
Claim 5: Further tension is automatically applied to the net member.
