Claims (12)
- 起振装置(1)内のアンバランスウエート・調節装置のためのコントローラにおいて、
起振装置(1)内のアンバランスウエートの相対位置を変更するための、液圧式に操作可能な調節ピストン(3)が設けられており、
該調節ピストン(3)の一方の面にハイドロリック式に連結されている第1の面(6)を備えた基準ピストン(7)が設けられており、
該基準ピストン(7)の位置に関連して位置信号(13)を発生するための信号発生装置(12)が設けられており、
位置信号(13)と、オペレータにより発信可能な操作信号(15)とによって印加可能な制御装置(14)が設けられており、該制御装置(14)が位置信号(13)と操作信号(15)とに関連して制御信号(16)を発生し、かつ
基準ピストン(7)に連結された切換弁(18)が、圧油源(19)から基準ピストン(7)の第2の面(8)へのオイル流入または第2の面(8)からオイル戻し流路(20)へのオイル流出を制御するために設けられており、その際、切換弁(18)の位置が制御装置(14)の制御信号(16)に関連して変更可能である
ことを特徴とする、地面締固め装置のアンバランスウエート・調節装置のためのコントローラ。 - 調節ピストン(3)の位置が基準ピストン(7)の位置の変更を介してのみ変更可能である、請求項1記載のコントローラ。
- 調節ピストン(3)と基準ピストン(7)との間の液圧系統の容積が実質的に一定である、請求項1または2記載のコントローラ。
- 調節ピストン(3)が起振装置(1)に配置されており、かつ基準ピストン(7)が、起振装置(1)の振動から切り離された領域(2)内に配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のコントローラ。
- 信号発生装置が近接センサ、誘導コイル、圧力センサ(12)または光学式のセンサを有している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のコントローラ。
- 信号発生装置(12)の位置信号(13)が視覚的または聴覚的な表示器を介して出力可能である、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のコントローラ。
- 位置信号(13)が実際値を形成し、操作信号(15)が、制御装置内に存在する調整装置のための目標値を形成し、調整装置が実際値および目標値に関連して制御信号(16)を発生する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のコントローラ。
- 基準ピストン(7)の第1の面(6)が逆止弁(22)を介してオイル戻し流路(20)に接続されており、その際、逆止弁(22)が、基準ピストン(7)の第1の面(6)からオイル戻し流路(20)へのオイル流出を阻止するように配置されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のコントローラ。
- オイル戻し流路(20)内に流動障害または絞り(23)が配置されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のコントローラ。
- 基準ピストン(7)にピストンロッド(10)が設けられており、かつ該ピストンロッド(10)の位置に関連して位置信号(13)を発生するために信号発生装置(12)が形成されている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のコントローラ。
- ピストンロッド(10)が基準ピストン(7)の第2の面(8)に配置されている、請求項10記載のコントローラ。
- 地面締固め装置において、
駆動装置を備えた上位質量体(2)と、
駆動装置により駆動される起振装置(1)を備えていて、上位質量体(2)にばね装置を介して連結された下位質量体と、
請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載された、起振装置(1)を制御するためのコントローラと
が設けられており、その際、コントローラの調節ピストン(3)が下位質量体に、基準ピストン(7)が上位質量体(2)に配置されていることを特徴とする地面締固め装置。
