Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an airbag cover provided with a decorative member.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A steering wheel of an automobile incorporates an airbag device including an inflator that can inject gas, an airbag that can be inflated and deployed by the injection gas from the inflator, and a cover body that covers the airbag.
[0003]
The air bag is normally stored inside the cover body in a folded form. In an emergency such as a collision, the airbag is inflated by gas injected from an inflator and is operated by opening the cover body. It is configured to expand and deploy in front of the person.
[0004]
Incidentally, a decorative member formed separately from the cover body may be attached to the outer surface of the cover body for the purpose of enhancing the decorative effect.
[0005]
Conventionally, as a configuration for attaching a decorative member to a cover body, there are those disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open Nos. 9-11833 and 10-119683.
[0006]
In these publications, basically, a shaft projecting from a decorative member is penetrated through the cover body, and the decorative member is strongly pressed toward the cover body, and the shaft projecting to the back side of the cover body. A configuration of a type in which a tip end portion is engaged with an engagement hole formed in a back plate and held out is disclosed.
[0007]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-35389 discloses another type of structure for attaching a decorative member to a cover body.
[0008]
In the one disclosed in this publication, a plurality of engaging portions are intermittently formed along the circumferential direction of the outer peripheral portion of the substantially disc-shaped decorative member, while the decorative member can be inserted into the cover body. A hole-shaped insertion portion is formed, and a plurality of inclined ribs that can be locked to the locking portions are intermittently formed around the insertion portion. Then, the decorative member is inserted into the insertion portion so that the locking portions are positioned on the back side of the cover body through the inclined ribs, and the decorative member is rotated while being pressed toward the cover body. Thus, each locking portion is engaged with each inclined rib.
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the types disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Nos. 9-11833 and 10-119683, the decorative member is attached to the cover body when the front end of the shaft is engaged with the engagement hole formed in the back plate. Therefore, the decorative member must be pressed down strongly, and the decorative member may be damaged or broken. In addition, since the tip end portion of the shaft portion formed on the decoration member is merely engaged with the engagement hole formed on the back plate and retained, the force for attracting the decoration member to the cover body is not sufficient. It was sufficient and the mounting state of the decorative member was unstable.
[0010]
Further, in the one disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-35389, when engaging each locking portion with each inclined rib, it is necessary to rotate the decorative member while pressing it toward the cover body. There was a risk of damage.

[0033]
The back plate 50 has a pair of rotational movement holes 59 sandwiching the rotational center thereof, and a protrusion formed on a predetermined jig is inserted into the rotational movement hole 59. By rotating the jig in this state, the back plate 50 can be easily rotated and moved.
[0034]
The back plate 50 is formed with insertion holes 55a and 55b through which the engagement projecting pieces 5a and 5b projecting to the back side of the cover body 20 at the insertion position can be inserted, and at the engagement position the engagement portion Engaged portions 56a and 56b that can engage 6a and 6b in a retaining shape are formed.
[0035]
As the insertion hole portions 55a and 55b and the engaged portions 56a and 56b, there are two types corresponding to the engagement protruding pieces 5a and 5b.
[0036]
First, a plurality of sets (three sets in this case) of insertion hole portions 55a and engaged portions 56a are formed as corresponding to the respective engaging protruding pieces 5a. Each insertion hole 55a is formed in a slit shape through which the engagement portion 6a of each engagement protrusion 5a can be inserted in a state where the back plate 50 is disposed at the insertion position. Each engaged portion 56a is formed in a shape capable of engaging the engaging portion 6a of each engaging protruding piece 5a in a retaining shape, that is, in a slit shape narrower than the insertion hole portion 55a. Yes. Each insertion hole 55a and each engaged portion 56a are continuously provided so as to extend along a virtual circumferential direction centering on the rotation center of the back plate 50.
[0037]
Then, in a state where the back plate 50 is disposed at the insertion position on the back surface of the cover body 20, the distal end portion of each engagement protruding piece 5 a protruding to the back surface side of the cover body 20 is inserted into the corresponding insertion hole portion 55 a. Thus, each engaging portion 6a is disposed to protrude from the back surface side of the back plate 50 (see FIG. 12). In this state, when the back plate 50 is rotationally moved from the insertion position toward the engagement position, the distal end portion of each engagement protrusion piece 5a enters the corresponding engaged portion 56a, and each engagement portion 6a is It will be engaged with each engaged part 56a in a retaining manner (see FIG. 13).
[0038]
In addition, a plurality of sets (here, two sets) of insertion hole portions 55b and engaged portions 56b are formed corresponding to the respective engagement protruding pieces 5b. Each insertion hole 55b is formed in a hole shape through which the engagement portion 6b of each engagement protrusion 5b can be inserted in a state where the back plate 50 is disposed at the insertion position. Each engaged portion 56b is cantilevered with a band-like engaged protruding piece 57b in a posture extending toward the insertion hole 55b in a hole 58b through which each engagement protruding piece 5b can be inserted. The composition Each of the insertion hole portions 55b and the engaged portion 56b are continuously provided along a virtual circumferential direction centering on the rotation center of the back plate 50.
[0039]
Then, in a state where the back plate 50 is disposed at the insertion position on the back surface of the cover body 20, the distal end portion of each engagement protruding piece 5 b protruding to the back surface side of the cover body 20 is inserted into the corresponding insertion hole portion 55 b. Each engagement portion 6b is arranged to protrude from the back surface side of the back plate 50 (see FIG. 12). In this state, when the back plate 50 is rotationally moved from the insertion position toward the engagement position, each engaged projection piece 57b is inserted into each engagement projection piece 5b, and each engagement portion 6b at the tip portion thereof. Will be engaged in a retaining shape (see FIG. 13).
[0040]
Due to the engagement structure of the engagement protruding pieces 5a, 5b and the engaged portions 56a, 56b, the back plate 50 is held so as not to be separated from the decorative member 1 by a predetermined distance or more.
[0041]
In addition, second concave portions 30a and 30b are formed as biasing portion abutting portions on the back surface side of the cover body 20, and an elastic biasing portion that abuts on the second concave portion 30a at the engagement position on the back plate 50 side. As a result, an elastic protruding piece 60b is formed as an elastic urging portion that contacts the elastic protruding portion 60a and the second recess 30b.
[0042]
Among these, the 2nd recessed part 30a is provided in the lower part of the cover body 20 (decorative attachment part 21), and the elastic protrusion part 60a is provided in the lower part of the backplate 50. FIG.
[0043]
As shown in FIGS. 12 to 15, the elastic protruding portion 60 a protrudes toward the back surface of the cover body 20 at a position away from the engaged portions 56 a and 56 b. A configuration in which a portion slightly inward from the lower portion of the plate 50 is cut out in a strip shape along the outer peripheral direction of the back plate 50 while leaving both ends thereof, and the cut out portion is bent so as to protrude toward the surface side of the back plate 50 It is said.
[0044]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 12, 13 and 17, on the back surface of the cover body 20, on the arcuate rotation locus of the elastic protrusion 60a when the back plate 50 rotates from the insertion position to the engagement position, A first recess 31a and a second recess 30a are formed.
[0045]
The 1st recessed part 31a is formed in the back surface of the decoration attachment part 21 of the cover body 20, and the position corresponding to the elastic protrusion part 60a of the backplate 50 arrange | positioned in the said insertion position, The depth dimension Is set larger than the projecting dimension of the elastic projecting portion 60a. In addition, the second recess 30a is the back surface of the decorative attachment portion 21 of the cover body 20, and is located on the first recess 31a at a position corresponding to the elastic protrusion 60a of the back plate 50 disposed at the engagement position. The depth dimension is set smaller than the protrusion dimension of the elastic protrusion 60a. In addition, the depth dimension of the 1st recessed part 31a and the 2nd recessed part 30a, and the protruding dimension of the elastic protrusion part 60a are based on the contact surface of the back plate 50 and the back surface of the decoration mounting part 21 (the 1st recessed part 31b mentioned later). The same applies to the depth dimension of the second recess 30b and the protruding dimension of the elastic protruding piece 60b).
[0046]
In a state where the back plate 50 is disposed at the insertion position on the back side of the decorative mounting portion 21, the elastic protrusion 60a is accommodated in the first recess 31a without contacting the bottom surface (2 in FIGS. 12 and 17). On the other hand, in a state where the back plate 50 is rotated from the insertion position to the engagement position on the back surface side of the decorative mounting portion 21, the elastic protrusion 60a is elastically contacted with the bottom surface in the second recess 30a. (See the solid lines in FIGS. 13 and 17). Due to the elastic force of the elastic protrusion 60a, the lower half portion (including each engaged portion 56a) of the back plate 50 is mainly biased in a direction away from the back surface of the cover body 20.
[0047]
In this case, since the elastic protrusion 60a is provided at a position away from the engaged portion 56a and the like, a relatively wide portion of the back plate 50 (in this embodiment, the two engaged portions 56a and the like are arranged). Can be biased in a direction away from the back surface of the cover body 20.
[0048]
A protrusion 32a is formed along the boundary line between the first recess 31a and the second recess 30a, and the elastic protrusion 60a accommodated in the second recess 30a is formed by the protrusion 32a. The movement toward the concave portion 31a is restricted.
[0049]
Moreover, the back surface side of the cover body 20 toward the 2nd recessed part 30a side in the part by the side of the 2nd recessed part 30a in the state by which the said elastic protruding part 60a was arrange | positioned in the 1st recessed part 31a among the elastic protruding parts 60a A guide inclined portion 61a that is inclined in a direction away from the center is formed, and a portion on the opposite side is bent at a substantially right angle. When the back plate 50 is rotationally moved from the insertion position to the engagement position, the elastic sloping portion 60a is lifted by sliding the guide inclined portion 61a against the protruding portion 32a, and the elastic projecting portion 60a projects. The strip 32a can be easily climbed over. Further, in a state where the elastic protrusion 60a is accommodated in the second recess 30a, a substantially right-angled bent portion of the elastic protrusion 60a abuts on the protrusion 32a so that the elastic protrusion 60a is difficult to get over the protrusion 32a. It has become.
[0050]
The second recesses 30 b are provided on both upper side portions of the cover body 20 (decorative attachment portion 21), and the elastic protruding pieces 60 b are provided on both upper side portions of the back plate 50.
[0051]
As shown in FIGS. 12 to 14 and 16, each elastic protruding piece 60b protrudes from the tip end portion of each engaged protruding piece 57b toward the back surface of the cover body 20 via the stepped portion 62b. Formed.
[0052]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 12, 13, and 18, on the back surface of the cover body 20, on the arcuate rotation trajectory of each elastic protruding piece 60b when the back plate 50 rotates from the insertion position to the engagement position. The first recess 31b and the second recess 30b are formed respectively.
[0053]
The 1st recessed part 31b is formed in the position corresponding to the elastic protrusion piece 60b of the backplate 50 arrange | positioned at the decoration position on the back surface of the decoration attachment part 21 of the cover body 20, The depth dimension is It is set larger than the protruding dimension of the elastic protruding piece 60b. The second recess 30b is adjacent to the first recess 31b at a position corresponding to the elastic protruding piece 60b of the back plate 50 disposed at the engagement position on the back surface of the decorative mounting portion 21 of the cover body 20. The depth dimension is set smaller than the protrusion dimension of the elastic protrusion piece 60b.
[0054]
And in the state which has arrange | positioned the backplate 50 in the insertion position of the back surface of a decoration attachment part, the elastic protrusion piece 60b is accommodated and arrange | positioned without contacting the bottom face in the 1st recessed part 31b (FIG. 12, FIG. 18). On the other hand, when the back plate 50 is rotated from the insertion position to the engagement position on the back surface of the decorative mounting portion 21, the elastic protruding piece 60b is elastically contacted with the bottom surface in the second recess 30b. (See solid lines in FIGS. 13 and 18). Due to the elastic force of each elastic protruding piece 60b, the portion of the back plate 50 where the engaged portion 56b is formed is urged toward the direction away from the back surface of the cover body 20.
[0055]
In this case, since the elastic protruding piece 60b is provided at the tip of the engaged protruding piece 57b, the engaged protruding piece 57b engaged with the engaging protruding piece 5b on the decorative member 1 side is effectively covered with the cover body. It can urge in the direction away from the back surface of 20.
[0056]
A protrusion 32b is also formed along the boundary line between the first recess 31b and the second recess 30b, and the elastic protrusion piece 60b accommodated in the second recess 30b is formed by the protrusion 32b. The movement toward the one recess 31b is restricted.
[0057]
Moreover, the back surface side of the cover body 20 toward the 2nd recessed part 30b side in the part by the side of the 2nd recessed part 30b in the state by which the said elastic protruding piece 60b was arrange | positioned in the 1st recessed part 31b among the elastic protruding pieces 60b A guide inclined portion 61b that is inclined in a direction away from the guide is formed, and a portion on the opposite side is formed in a stepped portion 62b that is bent substantially at a right angle. When the back plate 50 is rotationally moved from the insertion position to the engagement position, the elastic sloping piece 60b is lifted by bringing the guide sloping portion 61b into sliding contact with the ridge portion 32b and lifting the whole elastic protruding piece 60b. Can easily get over the ridge 32b. On the other hand, in a state where the elastic protruding piece 60b is accommodated in the second recess 30b, the stepped portion 62b contacts the protruding portion 32b, so that the elastic protruding piece 60b is difficult to get over the protruding portion 32b.
[0058]
Further, in the present embodiment, a plurality of elastic urging portions (elastic protrusions 60a and elastic protrusions 60b) and corresponding urging portion contact portions (second recesses 30a and 30b) are provided. The elastic urging portions (the elastic protrusions 60a and the elastic protrusions 60b) correspond to the urging portion contact portions (second concave portions) corresponding to the rotation axes of the back plate 50 at substantially equal angles with respect to the rotation axes. 30a, 30b).
[0059]
More specifically, the elastic protrusions 60 a abut against the corresponding second recesses 30 a at the lower part of the back plate 50 (decorative attachment part 21), and the elastic protrusions 60 b correspond to the second side parts on the upper side of the back plate 50. 2 abuts against the recess 30b. Therefore, each elastic urging portion (elastic protrusion 60a, elastic protrusion 60b) has a corresponding urging portion abutting portion (second protrusion) around the rotation axis of the back plate 50 at an interval of 120 degrees around the rotation axis. It contacts the recesses 30a, 30b). As a result, the back plate 50 is urged in the direction away from the back surface of the decorative mounting portion 21 with as uniform force as possible around the outer periphery thereof.
[0060]
Also, as shown in FIGS. 4, 6, and 8 to 10, the engagement shaft portion 15 is provided at a substantially central portion on the back surface of the decorative body portion 2 of the decorative member 1 (a position corresponding to the rotation center of the back plate 50). 1 to 4, 12, and 13, the engagement is made at a substantially central portion (a position corresponding to the rotation center of the back plate 50) of the decorative attachment portion 21 of the cover body 20. A through-shaft hole 35 that can penetrate the shaft portion 15 is formed. Then, with the decorative member 1 attached to the cover body 20, the engagement shaft portion 15 penetrates the through-shaft hole 35, and the distal end portion of the engagement shaft portion 15 protrudes to the back side of the decoration attachment portion 21. .
[0061]
As shown in FIGS. 12 to 14, a shaft engaging hole 65 is formed at the center of rotation of the back plate 50, and the tip of the engaging shaft 15 is connected to the shaft engaging hole 65. It is inserted. The back plate 50 is disposed on the back surface side of the decorative attachment portion 21 with the tip end portion of the engagement shaft portion 15 inserted through the shaft engagement hole portion 65. Accordingly, the back plate 50 is configured to accurately rotate and move from the insertion position toward the engagement position around the engagement shaft portion 15.
[0062]
Further, the retaining engagement protrusion 16 is formed at the tip of the engagement shaft portion 15, and the shaft engagement hole 65 has the retaining engagement protrusion 16 in a state where the back plate 50 is disposed at the insertion position. Is formed in a shape that allows the retaining engagement projection 16 to be engaged in a retaining shape in a state where it is inserted in the engaging position.
[0063]
In the present embodiment, the retaining engagement protrusion 16 is formed in a water droplet shape when viewed from the back surface side, and the shaft engagement hole 65 has a water droplet shape corresponding to the retaining engagement protrusion 16 and is back. The plate 50 is formed in a shape capable of being inserted through the retaining engagement protrusion 16 with the plate 50 disposed at the insertion position.
[0064]
The back plate 50 is then temporarily attached to the decorative attachment portion 21 and the back plate 50 is projected to the back side of the decorative attachment portion 21 through the engagement shaft portion 15 through the through-shaft hole 35. If it is disposed at the insertion position on the back surface side, the front end portion of the engagement shaft portion 15 is inserted into the shaft engagement hole portion 65, and the retaining engagement projection portion 16 is disposed so as to protrude from the back surface side of the back plate 50. Thereafter, when the back plate 50 is rotationally moved from the insertion position toward the engagement position, the retaining engagement protrusion 16 is engaged with the shaft engaging hole 65 in a retaining manner. Due to the engagement structure between the retaining engagement protrusion 16 and the shaft engagement hole 65, the central portion of the decorative member 1 is also drawn into and held in the cover body 20.
[0065]
An assembly procedure of the airbag cover configured as described above will be described.
[0066]
First, the decorative members 1 are inserted into the corresponding through holes 25a, 25b and the through shaft holes 35 from the front side of the cover body 20, so that the decorative members 1 1 is temporarily attached to the cover body 20. In this state, the engagement projecting pieces 5 a and 5 b and the distal end portion of the engagement shaft portion 15 project from the back surface side of the decorative attachment portion 21 of the cover body 20.
[0067]
Next, the back plate 50 is disposed so as to contact the back surface of the decorative mounting portion 21. At this time, the back plate 50 is disposed at the insertion position, and the distal end portions of the engagement protruding pieces 5a and 5b and the engagement shaft portion 15 are moved to the corresponding insertion hole portions 55a and 55b and the shaft engagement hole portion 65, respectively. Insert (see FIG. 12). In this state, the elastic protrusion 60a and the elastic protrusions 60b are accommodated in a non-contact state with the first recesses 31a and 31b, and the urging force of the elastic protrusion 60a and the elastic protrusions 60b acts on the back plate 50. Not.
[0068]
The decorative member 1 may be temporarily attached to the cover body 20 with the back plate 50 disposed at the insertion position on the back side of the decorative attachment portion 21.
[0069]
Next, the back plate 50 is rotated from the insertion position to the engagement position around the engagement shaft portion 15 (see FIG. 13). Thereby, the engaging portions 6a and 6b of the engaging protruding pieces 5a and 5b are engaged with the engaged portions 56a and 56b in a retaining shape, and the retaining engaging projecting portion 16 of the engaging shaft portion 15 is retained. The shaft engaging hole 65 is engaged in a retaining shape. Further, the elastic protrusion 60 a and the elastic protrusions 60 b are in contact with the bottom surfaces of the corresponding second recesses 30 a and 30 b, and the portion of the back plate 50 where at least the engaging portions 6 a and 6 b are engaged is the cover body 20. It is biased in a direction away from the back surface. Accordingly, the urging force of the elastic protrusions 60a and the elastic protrusions 60b pulls out the engagement protrusions 5a and 5b and the shaft engagement hole 65 that are engaged with the engaged parts 56a and 56b in a retaining manner. The engagement shaft portion 15 engaged in the stop shape is also strongly pulled into the cover body 20, and the decoration member 1 is attached to the cover body 20 in a state where the decoration member 1 is strongly attracted to the cover body 20.
[0070]
According to the airbag cover configured as described above, the engagement protruding pieces 5a and 5b of the decorative member 1 are inserted into the insertion holes 55a and 55b in a state where the back plate 50 is disposed at the insertion position. When the back plate 50 is moved from the insertion position to the engagement position, the engagement portions 6a and 6b are engaged with the engaged portions 56a and 56b in a retaining manner, and the decorative member 1 is attached to the cover body 20. . In this way, the decorative member 1 can be attached to the cover body 20 without applying a strong force in the pushing direction to the decorative member 1 only by moving the back plate 50 from the insertion position to the engaging position.
[0071]
In addition, when the decorative member 1 is attached to the cover body 20, the elastic protrusions 60 a on the back plate 50 side and the elastic protrusion pieces 60 b are the urging portion contact portions formed on the back side of the cover body 20. 2 Abutting against the recesses 30a and 30b, the portion of the back plate 50 where at least the engaging portions 6a and 6b are engaged is biased in a direction away from the back surface of the cover body 20. Accordingly, the engagement projecting pieces 5a and 5b are strongly pulled into the cover body 20 by the urging force of the elastic projecting portions 60a and the respective elastic projecting pieces 60b, and the decorative member 1 is strongly attracted to the cover body 20. Thus, it is attached to the cover body 20, and the attachment state of the decorative member 1 is also stabilized.
[0072]
Further, for example, in the one disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-35389 described in the prior art, the decorative member is rotated while being pressed toward the cover body, so that the decorative member has a rotatable circular shape, and The engaging portion between the decorative member and the cover body is limited to the outer peripheral portion of the decorative member. However, in this airbag cover, after temporarily attaching the decorative member 1 to the cover body 20, the back plate 50 is moved from the insertion position to the engagement position on the back side of the cover body 20 without moving the decorative member 1. The decorative member 1 is attached. Therefore, it is not necessary to make the decorative member 1 in a rotatable shape and the shape design is excellent, and the engaging portions 6a and 6b, the elastic protruding portions 60a, and the elastic protruding pieces 60b are installed at the positions of the decorative member 1. Since it is not limited to the outer peripheral portion, the degree of freedom of the installation position is excellent.
[0073]
Further, the elastic protrusions 60b or the elastic protrusions 60a disposed in the second recesses 30a and 30b by the protrusions 32a and 32b formed between the first recesses 31a and 31b and the second recesses 30a and 30b. Is restricted from moving toward the first recesses 31a and 31b, so that the attachment state in which the back plate 50 is moved to the engagement position can be maintained.
[0074]
Furthermore, the guide inclined part which inclines in the direction separated from the back surface of the cover body 20 toward the 2nd recessed part 30a, 30b in the part by the side of 2nd recessed part 30a, 30b of the elastic protruding piece 60b or the elastic protruding part 60a. Since 61a and 61b are formed, when the back plate is moved from the insertion position to the engagement position, the guide inclined portions 61a and 61b are slidably contacted with the protrusions 32a and 32b, and the elastic protrusions 60b or the elastic protrusions 60a. Is lifted away from the back surface of the back plate 50. Accordingly, when the back plate 50 is moved from the insertion position to the engagement position, the elastic protruding piece 60b or the elastic protruding portion 60a can easily get over the ridges 32a and 32b, and the assembly of the airbag cover is facilitated. Excellent.
[0075]
In the present embodiment, the elastic urging portion (elastic protruding piece 60b, elastic protruding portion 60a) on the back plate 50 side is formed to protrude toward the back surface of the cover body 20, but in FIGS. As in the modification shown, a convex urging portion abutting portion 30C is formed on the back side of the cover body 20C (corresponding to the cover body 20), and the back plate 50C (corresponding to the back plate 50) is engaged. You may form the elastic urging | biasing part 60C which can contact | abut to the said urging | biasing part contact part 30C in the alignment position.
[0076]
That is, an urging portion contact portion 30C that protrudes toward the back plate 50C is formed on the back surface side of the cover body 20C. On the other hand, on the back plate 50C side, an arcuate slit 61C is formed along the arcuate locus of the urging portion contact portion 30C when it moves from the insertion position toward the engagement position, and the slit 61C An elastic contact piece 62 </ b> C is formed from one end of the slit toward the other end of the slit 61 </ b> C to about the middle of the slit 61 </ b> C.
[0077]
In the state where the back plate 50C is disposed at the insertion position, the urging portion contact portion 30C is disposed in the hole on the other end side of the slit 61C, and the urging force of the elastic contact piece 62C is the back plate 50C. (See FIG. 20B). In this state, when the back plate 50C is moved from the insertion position to the engagement position, the elastic contact piece 62C comes into contact with the urging portion contact portion 30C so as to ride on the urging portion contact portion 30C ( FIG. 19 and FIG. 20 (a)). Also with this configuration, the back plate 50C is biased in the direction away from the back surface of the cover body 20C by the biasing force of the elastic contact piece 62C.
[0078]
In the present embodiment, the back plate 50 is rotated and moved from the insertion position to the engagement position, but this is not always necessary. For example, the back plate 50 may be moved linearly to move from the insertion position to the engagement position.
[0079]
However, in the present embodiment, the back plate 50 rotates around the engagement shaft portion 15 in a state where the engagement shaft portion 15 is inserted through the shaft engagement hole portion 65, and moves from the insertion position toward the engagement position. Therefore, the back plate 50 can be accurately moved from the insertion position toward the engagement position without being shifted from the center around the engagement shaft portion 15. In addition, at the engagement position, the retaining engagement protrusion 16 of the engagement shaft portion 15 is engaged with the shaft engagement hole 65 in a retaining shape, so that the central portion of the decorative member 1 is also directed toward the cover body 20. Can be pulled in and held.
[0080]
Further, the respective biasing portion contact portions corresponding to the respective elastic biasing portions (the elastic projection portions 60a and the elastic projection pieces 60b) at substantially equal angular intervals around the rotation axis of the back plate 50. Since it is in contact with the (second recesses 30a, 30b), the force for urging the back plate 50 in the direction away from the back surface of the decorative member 1 is concentrated on the entire surface of the back plate 50 without being concentrated locally. Can be dispersed. Accordingly, the engagement protruding pieces 5a and 5b are also drawn to the back surface side of the cover body 20 with as even force as possible, so that the mounting state of the decorative member 1 is more stable and due to thermal deformation or the like. Local deformation can be prevented.
[0081]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the airbag cover of the first aspect of the present invention, the engagement projecting piece of the decorative member is inserted into the insertion hole portion with the back plate disposed at the insertion position, When the plate is moved from the insertion position to the engagement position, the elastic urging portion on the back plate abuts against the urging portion abutting portion formed on the back side of the cover body, and at least the engagement of the back plate The engagement portion of the portion is biased in a direction away from the back surface of the cover body, the engagement portion engages with the engaged portion in a retaining shape, and the decorative member is attached to the cover body. Therefore, by moving the back plate from the insertion position to the engagement position, the decoration member can be attached to the cover body without applying a strong force in the pushing direction to the decoration member.
[0082]
In addition, when the decorative member is attached to the cover body, the engagement protruding piece engaged with the engaged portion in a retaining shape is also strongly pulled into the cover body by the urging force of the elastic urging portion. The member is also strongly attracted to the cover body, and the attachment state of the decorative member is stabilized.
[0083]
According to the airbag cover of the second aspect, the elastic protruding piece protruding toward the back surface of the cover body through the stepped portion is formed at the tip of the engaged protruding piece, and the elastic protruding piece is formed on the cover body side. Therefore, the engaged protruding piece with which the engaging protruding piece on the decorative member side is engaged can be effectively urged in the direction away from the back surface of the cover body.
[0084]
Furthermore, in the airbag cover according to claim 3, an elastic protrusion that protrudes toward the back surface of the cover body is formed at a position away from the engaged portion, and the elastic protrusion is formed in the second recess on the cover body side. Due to the contact, a relatively wide part of the back plate can be biased in a direction away from the back surface of the cover body.
[0085]
According to the airbag cover of claim 4, the elastic protruding piece or the elastic protruding portion disposed in the second recess is formed by the protrusion formed between the first recess and the second recess. 1. Since the movement to the concave portion side is restricted, the back plate moves to the engagement position, and the elastic urging portion or the elastic protrusion is in contact with the urging portion abutting portion, that is, the decorative member is covered. It can be kept attached to the body.
[0086]
According to the airbag cover of claim 5, the elastic protrusion piece or the elastic protrusion portion on the second concave portion side is separated from the back surface of the cover body toward the second concave portion. Since the guide inclined part that is inclined in the direction is formed, when the back plate is moved from the insertion position to the engaging position, the guide inclined part slides on the protrusion and the elastic protruding piece or the elastic protruding part is the back surface of the back plate. It is lifted away from. Therefore, when the back plate is moved from the insertion position to the engagement position, the elastic protruding piece or the elastic protruding portion can easily get over the protruding portion.
[0087]
Further, according to the airbag cover of the sixth aspect, the back plate rotates around the engagement shaft portion in a state where the engagement shaft portion is inserted through the shaft engagement hole portion, and is changed from the insertion position to the engagement position. Therefore, the back plate can be accurately moved from the insertion position toward the engagement position without being shifted from the center. In addition, at the engagement position, the decorative member can be held using a configuration in which the retaining engagement protrusion of the engagement shaft portion is engaged with the shaft engagement hole portion in a retaining manner.
[0088]
According to the airbag cover of the seventh aspect, each elastic urging portion corresponds to each urging portion abutting portion corresponding to the back plate around the rotation axis at a substantially equiangular position with respect to the rotation axis. Because of the contact, the force for urging the back plate in the direction away from the back surface of the decorative mounting portion can be distributed over the whole without concentrating it locally. Therefore, each engagement protrusion piece is pulled into the back surface side of the cover body with as even force as possible, and the attachment state of the decorative member becomes more stable.
