Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fixture for setting an article holder, which is an in-car product of an automobile, to an air conditioner outlet louver.
[0002]
Conventionally, an article holder has been widely used to secure storage space for small items such as cigarettes, mobile phones, and canned drinks in the interior of an automobile, and this article is placed on the air conditioner outlet on the front dashboard on the front seat side of the vehicle interior. The holder is arranged so that a storage space for small items can be secured in a handy place that is easy for passengers, especially drivers.
Thus, the article holder arranged at the air conditioner outlet is attached using the louver of the air conditioner outlet, and conventionally, a pair of left and right attachments are provided on the back side of the article holder. Each of the fixtures is made of a steel spring-like clip-type clip, and a single louver is held between the upper and lower spring pieces of the fixture so that the article holder is air-conditioned via this fixture. It is fixed to the outlet.
[0003]
In addition, when using the above-mentioned clip-type mounting tool, it causes problems such as scratching the upper and lower surfaces of the louver when attaching and detaching. In recent years, the mounting tool is molded from a synthetic resin material and sandwiched from above and below. Different from the clip type possessed, an attachment of a type that is hooked to the rear edge of the louver and is sandwiched from the front and rear direction while being hooked to the front edge of the louver has been proposed.
For example, as shown in Utility Model Registration No. 2509421 and JP-A-8-244516, an insertion member provided with a hook for locking to the rear edge of a louver and a ratchet type engagement with the insertion member There is a combination with a front abutting member that is abutted against the front edge of the louver. Further, as shown in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-86257, a type in which the insertion member is pulled in with a screw member rotating at a fixed position and the louver is sandwiched between the front contact member from the front and rear direction, As shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-240372, the front abutting member is movable in the longitudinal direction with respect to the insertion member, and a means for detachably locking the front abutting member with respect to the insertion member is provided, A type in which the front contact member is positioned with respect to the insertion member is shown.
[0004]
However, the above-described fixture that has a louver in the front-rear direction makes it difficult to perform either the operation of feeding or retracting the front contact member with respect to the insertion member, and both the operation of feeding and pulling back. Are not supposed to work smoothly together. For example, in the case of a ratchet type, when the fixture is removed, it must be operated while maintaining the state of releasing the engagement with the insertion member. If the member is not continuously rotated, the moving length cannot be increased.
Further, when the positioning means determines the distance between the front abutting member and the tip of the insertion member, the positioning means is in an engagement relationship between the convex portion and the concave portion. With this movement, the engagement between the convex part and the concave part is sequentially repeated, resulting in a great resistance during the movement.
As described above, neither of the fixtures can smoothly perform both when feeding the front contact member with respect to the insertion member and when pulling it back (including relative movement). In order to prevent a ready dropout, the operation of pulling back the front contact member cannot be performed smoothly, and thus it takes time to remove the fixture.
Therefore, in view of the above circumstances, the present invention can be attached to the louver without loosening and when the front contact member for the insertion member is moved back and forth while satisfying the original function of the fixture that reliably supports the article holder on the louver side. In addition, it is an object of the present invention to make the movement of the feeding and the movement of the withdrawal smooth, so that the mounting / dismounting operation of the mounting tool with respect to the louver can be easily performed even when the mounting tool is connected to the article holder. It is intended.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made in consideration of the above problems, and is an attachment for attaching an article holder to an air conditioner outlet louver of an automobile, wherein an insertion member having an attachment portion to the article holder is inserted between the louvers. An attachment that allows the tip of the insertion member to be locked to the rear edge of the louver and that the attachment member that is movable in the longitudinal direction of the insertion member is applied to the front edge of the louver so that the louver can be sandwiched in the front-rear direction. In the tool, the insertion member is provided with a plurality of convex portions at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of the insertion member, and the front contact member is assembled to the insertion member via a rotation operation ring that passes the insertion member inward. The rotation operation ring is provided with a protrusion that enters between the protrusions of the insertion member when the rotation operation ring is rotated, and the rotation operation ring is rotated. An air conditioner outlet louver for an article holder, characterized in that the convex portion of the rotation operation ring enters between the convex portions of the insertion member, and the movement of the insertion member in the longitudinal direction by the front contact member is restricted. The above-mentioned problem is solved by providing a fixture.
[0006]
And in this invention, the said convex part of a rotation operation ring is arrange | positioned on the internal peripheral surface of this rotation operation ring, and the non-engagement part which does not engage with the convex part of the said insertion member in positions other than this convex part is provided. Provided, and when the convex portion of the insertion member is positioned in the non-engagement portion, the rotation operation ring is provided so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction of the insertion member, and the convex portion of the rotation operation ring rotates the rotation operation ring. It is sometimes possible to make a configuration in which the amount of rotation of the rotary operation ring is restricted by contacting the front contact member.
Further, two convex portions of the rotation operation ring are arranged along the inner peripheral surface of the rotation operation ring, and the non-engaging portion is provided between the two convex portions, and each of the two convex portions is provided. Can be configured to abut against the front abutting member when the rotating operation ring is rotated to restrict the amount of rotation of the rotating operation ring. A positioning mechanism is provided so that the rotation operation ring and the front contact member can move in the longitudinal direction of the insertion member. The rotation position of the rotation operation ring with respect to the front application member, and the rotation operation ring and the front application member move in the longitudinal direction of the insertion member. It is possible to adopt a configuration in which each of the rotation position of the rotating operation ring that becomes impossible with respect to the rotation position of the front contact member is releasably positioned by the positioning mechanism portion.
[0007]
Furthermore, in the present invention, each of the convex portions of the insertion member is a projection provided long in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the insertion member, and the convex portion of the rotation operation ring is a direction of turning around the circumferential surface of the rotation operation ring. It is preferable that the protrusion is long. The rotation operation ring can be provided with a finger-hanging portion, or the rotation operation ring can be knurled on the outer peripheral surface.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, the present invention will be described in detail based on the embodiment shown in FIGS.
In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a fixture, and the fixture 1 is arranged in a pair on the back of the article holder 2 as shown in FIG. 3, and rotates with the insertion member 3 as shown in FIG. The operation ring 4 and the front contact member 5 are composed of three members.
First, the insertion member 3 has one end as an attachment portion 6 to the article holder 2 and the other end as a hook 7 for locking to the rear edge of the louver. The rotation operation ring 4 is for inserting the insertion member 3 therein, and the lower surface side of the insertion member 3 through the rotation operation ring 4 by fitting the front abutting member 5 therein. The front abutting member 5 is assembled to the front. The upper surface 5 a of the front contact member 5 is in slidable contact with the lower surface of the insertion member 3, and the front contact member 5 is inserted into the insertion member 3 while being supported by the rotary operation ring 4. The member 3 is provided so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction, and is provided so as to be relatively rotatable with respect to the rotation operation ring 4 via a pair of locking claws 5 b engaged with the inside of the rotation operation ring 4. Yes.
That is, in the state where the front abutting member 5 is positioned on the lower surface of the insertion member 3, the rotation operation ring 4 inserts the insertion member 3 into the inside and supports the front abutting member 5. The operation ring 4 itself can rotate around the set of the insertion member 3 and the front contact member 5.
[0009]
The upper surface of the insertion member 3 (the side opposite to the side on which the upper surface 5a of the front contact member 5 is in sliding contact) corresponds to the inner peripheral surface of the rotation operation ring 4, and this upper surface is inserted as shown in the figure. A plurality of convex portions 8 are arranged side by side at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of the member 3. The convex portion 8 is engaged with and disengaged from the rotation operation ring 4 side.
On the other hand, on the inner peripheral surface of the rotation operation ring 4 that the upper surface of the insertion member 3 faces, a convex portion 9 that enters between the convex portions 8 of the insertion member 3 when the rotation operation ring 4 is rotated is provided on the inner peripheral surface. The non-engaging part 10 which is provided in a pair in a state of being separated in the direction of turning around and does not engage with the convex part 8 of the insertion member 3 is provided between the two convex parts 9.
Thus, on the rotation operation ring 4 side, since the pair of convex portions 9 are provided with the non-engaging portion 10 in between on the inner peripheral surface thereof, the convex portion 8 of the insertion member 3 is not When the engagement member 10 is positioned, the rotation operation ring 4 and the front contact member 5 can move smoothly in the longitudinal direction of the insertion member 3 with respect to the insertion member 3 and are applied to the front edge of the louver. 5 can be sent and pulled back without resistance.
On the other hand, when the rotary operation ring 4 is rotated, the convex portion 8 of the insertion member 3 is disengaged from the non-engaging portion 10, and the convex portion 9 of the rotary operation ring 4 enters between the convex portions 8. The movement of the insertion member 3 in the longitudinal direction by the front contact member 5 is restricted. That is, the hook 7 of the insertion member 3 is locked to the rear edge of the louver, and the rotation operation ring 4 is set in a free state (a state where the convex portion 8 of the insertion member 3 is positioned at the non-engaging portion 10). The member 5 is fed out and the rotation operation ring 4 is rotated in a state where the front contact member 5 is abutted against the front edge of the louver, so that the projection 9 of the rotation operation ring 4 fits between the projections 8 of the insertion member 3. The movement of the insertion member 3 in the longitudinal direction (louver depth direction) of the front abutting member 5 is restricted, and the louver is sandwiched from the front and rear direction by the front abutting member 5 and the hook 7 of the insertion member 3. Therefore, the fixture 1 is fixed to the louver, and the article holder 2 is fixedly attached to the louver by fixing each of the fixtures 1 to the louver (see FIG. 8).
[0010]
Each of the protrusions 8 of the insertion member 3 is a protrusion that is long in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the insertion member 3 (a protrusion that has a length that can be accommodated in the non-engaging portion 10), and is rotated. The convex portion 9 of the operation ring 4 is a ridge provided long in the direction of turning around the inner peripheral surface of the rotary operation ring 4. In this way, since the convex portions 8 arranged at intervals with which the convex portions 9 are fitted are formed into long convex strips, and the convex portions 9 are also convex strips having a length, the convex portions 8 are projected between the convex portions 8. When the position of the front abutting member 5 into which the portion 9 has entered is restricted, the front abutting member 5 is stopped without rattling, and the friction between the convex portions 8 and 9 becomes resistance and the rotating operation ring 4. Inadvertent rotation will not occur spontaneously. Therefore, the entire fixture 1 itself is fixed and attached to the louver.
[0011]
As described above, the convex portion 9 of the rotation operation ring 4 has a long protrusion in the direction of turning around the inner peripheral surface (see FIG. 6), and the rotation operation ring in the front contact member 5 when the rotation operation ring 4 is rotated. 4 is in contact with the lower part of the central body 11 located inside the rotary body 4 to regulate the rotation amount of the rotary operation ring 4 itself. Thereby, the rotation of the rotation operation ring 4 is prevented more than necessary. The lower surface of the central body 11 is slidably contacted with the inner peripheral surface of the rotation operation ring 4 or opposed with an interval at which the convex portion 9 is not fitted, but the front contact member 5 is assembled to the rotation operation ring 4. Each of the locking claws 5b for maintaining the above-mentioned state is provided with a groove 12 in each outer peripheral portion so as to have a shape that does not hinder the movement of the convex portion 9 (see FIG. 7).
[0012]
Further, in this fixture 1, the rotational position of the rotary operation ring 4 with respect to the front support member 5 that allows the rotary operation ring 4 and the front contact member 5 to move in the longitudinal direction of the insertion member, the rotational operation ring 4 and the front contact Each rotation position of the rotary operation ring 4 with respect to the front contact member 5 in which the member 5 cannot move in the insertion member longitudinal direction is clarified with a click feeling by the rotation operation of the rotary operation ring 4. . This is due to the action of the positioning mechanism portion 13 provided at the sliding contact portion between the front abutting member 5 and the rotary operation ring 4, and the positioning mechanism portion 13 is centered on the lower surface of the central body 11 of the front abutting member 5. And the three recesses 13b provided on the movement trajectory of the protrusion 13a in the rotation operation ring 4, and the center of the three recesses 13b. The recess is in a position where the front abutting member 5 can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the insertion member 4 (a state in which the convex portion 8 is in the non-engaging portion 10), and the remaining two recesses 13 b are position restrictions of the front abutting member 5. The position is in the engaged state (engagement state between the convex portion 8 and the convex portion 9). When the rotary operation ring 4 is picked and rotated, the projections 13a are detachably engaged with the respective recesses 13b, so that the click feeling is reliably transmitted to the fingertips holding the rotary operation ring 4. . Here, the protrusion 13 a is provided on the front abutting member 5 and the recess 13 b is provided on the rotation operation ring 4. Alternatively, the recess 13 b may be provided on the front application member and the protrusion 13 a may be provided on the rotation operation ring 4.
[0013]
The rotation operation ring 4 has a pair of finger hooks 14 projecting in the radial direction, so that the rotation operation of the rotation operation ring 4 can be easily performed. Further, the position of the finger hooking portion 14 is in a free state of the rotary operation ring 4 (a state in which the convex portion 8 is located in the non-engaging portion 10 and the front contact member 5 can be fed and pulled back) and a prescribed locked state (one side) The projection 9 is fitted between the projections 8 and the other projection 9 is in contact with the central body 11). In the specified locking state, one finger-hanging portion 14 is positioned upward so that the specified locking state can be visually observed without being hidden by the article holder. Furthermore, since one finger-hanging portion 14 is positioned above in a prescribed locked state, the finger-hanging operation when it is set to a free state can be easily performed even in a narrow space between the article holder and the louver.
In addition, a finger-hanging portion is not necessarily required for the rotation operation ring 4, and the outer peripheral surface of the rotation operation ring 4 can be knurled so that the rotation operation can be easily performed.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention described above, the state in which the front abutting member is freely moved with respect to the insertion member can be selected by the rotation operation of the rotary operation ring, and the front abutting member can be freely sent out and pulled back in the free state. Thus, it is possible to easily perform a louver sandwiching operation for abutting the front abutting member when attaching the mounting portion to the louver, and a pulling back operation for the front abutting member when removed from the louver. And, the position control and release of the front contact member can be performed only by the rotation operation of the rotation operation ring, and it is possible to work reliably with the fingertip even between the narrow space between the article holder and the louver. It is effective.
