【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the stay holder mounting opening is provided in the mirror housing and the stay holder is mounted from the inside of the mirror housing, the reinforce that is mounted from the inside of the mirror housing, the mirror surface angle adjusting device, and the mirror As with the mirror holder that supports the mirror holder, the stay holder is attached and fixed from the inside of the mirror housing, so that the mirror housing does not need to be reversed in the assembly process, and the assembly efficiency is improved. Further, since the reversing work is not necessary, there is an advantage that the probability of damaging the wall surface of the mirror mirror housing is reduced compared with the case where the mirror housing is assembled while being reversed.
[0040]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the mirror surface angle adjusting device mounting portion for attaching the mirror surface angle adjusting device to the stay holder is provided, and the mirror surface angle adjusting device is directly attached and fixed to the stay holder. Since the reinforcement used when mounting and fixing the adjusting device is not required, the number of parts is reduced and the assembly efficiency is further improved. Further, since the material cost is reduced accordingly, there is a cost reduction effect. Further, since the weight of the reinforcement is reduced, the mounting stability to the stay is improved, and as a result, the visibility of the mirror is improved.
[0041]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the stay holder is provided with the positioning recess for engaging the boss of the mirror housing and positioning the through hole of the stay holder in the screw hole of the boss. When inserted into the stay holder mounting opening, the positioning recess positions the through hole of the stay holder to the screw hole of the boss of the mirror housing, so that the stay holder can be mounted very easily. Therefore, the assembly efficiency of the mirror assembly is further improved.
[0042]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, when the specular angle adjusting device mounting portion of the stay holder is fitted to the specular angle adjusting device mounting portion, the specular angle is fitted to the screw hole of the specular angle adjusting device mounting portion. In order to provide a positioning function for positioning the through hole of the adjusting device, when the mirror angle adjusting device is superimposed on the mirror angle adjusting device mounting portion of the stay holder, the mirror angle adjusting device penetrates into the screw hole of the mirror angle adjusting device mounting portion. Since the hole is positioned, the mirror surface angle adjusting device can be attached to the stay holder very easily. Therefore, the assembly efficiency of the mirror assembly is further improved.
