【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図示した実施形態を参照してこの発明を詳細に説明する。
図1ないし図10は、この発明の好適な一実施形態を示すもので、1は円形沈澱池である処理池である。同処理池1は、周壁2の内側に排水溝3を形成し、同排水溝3の内側に越流堰4が設けられているとともに、更に内側には、周方向に複数個のブラケット5を介してバッフル6が設けられている。そして、池中央には、センターウエル7が後述する方式で固定して設けられている。
