(イ)前記連結手段が、前記粒状装飾体の取付個所に適合する内面形状をなす取付部の外面側に平面略十字状または平面Y字状に複数のループ腕部を設けた取付金具と、該取付金具の前記ループ腕部内に挿通されることにより前記取付金具に取付けられた粒状装飾体を平面的に1まとめに束ねる連結環と、で構成され、
(ロ)前記粒状装飾体が、前記取付部に熱安定性に優れた接着剤により接着され、そして、
(ハ)前記装飾帯状体が、前記粒状装飾体を、その外周側に露呈するように捻回された状態において、前記粒状ホットメルト接着剤によって前記連結手段相互間で接着、固定されている、
