【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかるに、可塑性金属板を薄い金属板材料から環状に打ち抜くことは、歩留まりが悪いため、テープ状にした金属板を弧状に曲げながら接着剤で貼り付けるようにしているが、環状の内外径の差により貼り付けられたテープの内径側が不規則に屈曲し、貼り付け作業が面倒で円滑な環状を形成させにくいだけでなく、握り締めて帽子を形成したときの金属板の屈曲が不規則になるため、屈曲による弾性が十分に得られず、帽子をかぶったときのフィット感が悪く脱げ易いなどの欠点があった。
本発明は、このような点を改良したものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
このため可塑性金属板として、所要厚さのテープ状アルミニウム薄板の片面に接着剤を塗布して剥離テープで被覆したテープ材を用い、テープ材の一方側縁から他方側縁に向けて次第に大きくなる波状の屈曲部を均等に多数形成させ、このように均等な屈曲部を形成したテープ材の剥離テープを除いて、帽子素材の所定位置に貼り付けるようにしており、接着されたアルミニウム薄板が、放射状に均等な屈曲部(しわ)をそなえるようにしている。
また、テープ状アルミニウム薄板の厚さを所要の厚さより薄くし、屈曲部を重ね合わせて複数層に接着することで所要の厚さを形成させることが好ましい。

【発明の実施の形態】
これを図に示す実施例について説明する。
図1は本発明の実施例を示す平面図、図2は使用するテープ材、図3はA−A断面図、図4は図3の右側面図(内周側)である。

図5は、別の実施例で、厚さを薄く(25ミクロン)したアルミニウム薄板を用い、前記と同様に帽子素材1の所定位置に貼り付けた上に、さらに屈曲部3を重ね合わせて、アルミニウム薄板を複数層(2層)に接着させることで所要の厚さを形成させている。
なお、重ね合わせる層の数は、貼り付けの手数を考慮すれば2〜3層にするのが好ましく、層の数に合わせてアルミニウム薄板の厚さを薄くしたテープ材を用いればよい。

【発明の効果】
このように本発明は、柔軟で平板な帽子素材に、薄い可塑性金属板を環状に貼り付け、この金属板を周方向に屈曲させて帽子を形成させる簡易帽子において、前記可塑性金属板は、テープ状アルミニウム薄板の片面に接着剤を塗布して剥離テープで被覆したテープ材を用い、一方側縁から他方側縁に向けて次第に大きくなる波状の屈曲部を均等に多数形成させ、このテープ材の剥離テープを除いて、帽子素材の所定位置に貼り付けるようにしているので、アルミニウム薄板は、あらかじめ屈曲部が均等に設けられて幅方向に曲がり易く、帽子素材の適正な位置に円滑な環状に容易に貼り付けることができ、不規則な屈曲がなく体裁が良いだけでなく、帽子素材を束ねて握り絞め帽子を形成するときに束ね易く、屈曲部が均等に圧縮されて弾性分布が均一になり、頭部へのフィット感が良好になるなどの効果がある。
なお、金属板をアルミニウム薄板にすることにより、頭部への電磁作用で健康保持や肩こりなどの疾病を軽減させる効果が得られる。
