Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a glove having high adhesion to a hand. In particular, the present invention relates to a drug glove that can be adhered regardless of the size of the hand.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A glove made of a nonwoven fabric having a moisturizing component is disclosed (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-2001-64809 [0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In general, there are individual differences in hand size. However, since the glove is a glove formed by bonding non-woven fabric, the size and shape of the glove are fixed, and the rough hand part to be improved by the size of the hand, the length of the finger, the thickness of the palm, etc. In addition, a gap is formed between the finger crotch, the back of the hand, and the like and the inner surface of the glove, which leads to a reduction in the chance of contact between the part of the hand desired to be improved and the drug layer surface or the contact probability.
[0005]
In addition, when using gloves made of non-woven fabric to achieve the fit of contact between the hand and the drug layer surface, it is necessary to prepare gloves for each size, and an excessive load will be applied in the production, distribution, and sales processes of gloves. .
Furthermore, since the glove does not have means for bringing the glove into close contact with the hand part to be improved, a rough gap is formed between the hand part to be improved and the inner surface of the glove so as to improve the chemical component on the inner surface of the glove. Insufficient contact with the region to cause the medicinal effect may cause the user to feel uneasy that the drug is not attached to the region of the hand to be improved.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, the present application is a glove in which two sheets are bonded together, and at least one of the sheets is composed of a nonwoven fabric layer, a resin film layer, and a drug layer, and an easily peelable portion is linearly formed on the inner surface of the glove or The said subject was solved with the chemical | medical agent glove provided in dot shape or a grid | lattice form.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The drug glove of the present invention is a glove in which two sheets 10 and 10 are bonded together at the periphery as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 (a) and (b), and an opening is formed in the lower part. A glove intended to improve rough hand and the like with the drug layer 16 on the inner surface of the glove when worn on the hand.
One sheet constituting the glove has a three-layer structure in which a nonwoven fabric 12 is arranged in the outermost layer, a resin film layer 14 is arranged in the middle, and a drug layer 16 is arranged in the innermost layer, as shown in the sectional view of FIG.
[0008]
The resin film layer 14 can be obtained by placing a resin film on the nonwoven fabric 12 and heat-pressing it. Alternatively, the resin film layer 14 may be laminated by an adhesive or by applying a molten resin on the nonwoven fabric.
For the resin film layer 14, polyethylene, polypropylene, or the like is used because the easily peelable portion 18 is easily formed.
The medicine inside the glove can be formed by laminating the medicine on the resin film layer 14 by coating.
Alternatively, the drug film 16 may be formed by impregnating the resin film layer 14 with the drug so that the drug moves over time.
[0009]
In the present invention, an easy peeling portion 18 is provided on the inner surface of the glove so that the hand and the inner surface of the glove are brought into close contact with each other.
The easy peeling part 18 is formed by bringing heat and ultrasonic wave generating terminals into contact from the outside of the bonded drug glove 1 so that the resin film layers of the contacted part of the drug glove 1 are fused. It adheres and solidifies after that, and the easy peeling part 18 is formed.
On the other hand, since the two sheets 10 and 10 are originally separated from the portion where the generation terminal is not in contact, the drug is transferred from the resin film treated with the drug to the hand or finger.
[0010]
The easy peeling part 18 is a part that is easily peeled when a force for separating the two sheets 10 and 10 is applied by inserting a hand into the drug glove 1.
[0011]
The easy peeling part 18 can also be provided in the shape of a line | wire, a dot shape, or a grid | lattice like Fig.3 (a)-(c). Since the easily peelable portion 18 can be formed by fusing and solidifying the resin film layer 14 by contact with the heat, ultrasonic waves, etc., by moving one generating terminal such as heat, ultrasonic waves, etc. Provide in a grid pattern. Alternatively, a plurality of generation terminals or generation terminals provided in a predetermined shape can be provided in a linear shape, a dot shape, or a lattice shape at a time.
[0012]
In addition, the drug glove 1 may be provided with an inner adhesive portion 20 that partitions a finger. Here, the inner adhesive portion 20 that divides a finger refers to the inner adhesive portion 20 that divides a finger, and the two sheets 10 and 10 are fixed without being separated by insertion of a hand or a finger.
For this reason, since excessive peeling of the easy peeling part 18 by insertion of a hand is suppressed, the chemical | drug | medicine transfer by the contact of a chemical | medical agent can be performed more uniformly with respect to each place of a hand. Therefore, the adhesion degree between each part of the hand and the inner surface of the glove can be further increased.
[0013]
As yet another aspect, the easy peeling portion 18 of the drug glove 1 may be configured with characters, figures, symbols, patterns, or patterns. This is because by increasing the degree of freedom in the appearance design of the drug glove 1, the commercial value as a glove drug can be further increased.
[0014]
The drug glove 1 made by the above process has the following effects.
(1) When a hand is inserted into the drug glove 1 in a state where the two sheets 10 and 10 are bonded, the point-like, line-like or lattice-like easy peeling portion 18 is easily formed at and around the portion where the hand is inserted. Peel off. On the other hand, there is a portion that does not peel and maintains the adhesion state in a portion where the force that separates the two sheets 10 and 10 does not work.
[0015]
Therefore, even with gloves fixed in size and shape that are bonded with non-stretchable or hard-to-stretch sheets, rough hand parts that you want to improve regardless of individual differences due to the size of the hand or the length of the fingers, the thickness of the palm, For example, gaps are unlikely to occur between the fingertip, finger crotch, back of the hand, etc., and the inner surface of the glove, and the chance of contact between the hand part to be improved and the drug or the reduction in contact probability can be suppressed.
[0016]
Therefore, one glove size realizes multi-fit property that the inner surface of the glove is in close contact with the hand regardless of individual differences depending on the size of the hand, the length of the finger, the thickness of the palm, etc., making it unnecessary to prepare gloves for each size. Therefore, excessive load can be prevented during the production and sales of gloves.
[0017]
(2) In addition, the user is not given anxiety that the drug is not attached to the site of the hand to be improved. In particular, the easy-to-peel portion 18 is provided on the corresponding glove of a part that is difficult to adhere to the inner surface of the glove, such as the side of the hand or the finger, or between the fingers, so that the drug easily adheres, Improves rough hand.
[0018]
(3) The drug is likely to adhere to the glove's hand, the side of the finger, or between the fingers, such as between the fingers, and the glove inner surface. Skin quality improvement such as softening soft skin or moistening dry skin that is bulky, or improvement in hand roughness such as chapping and cracking can be enhanced.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention realizes a multi-fit property in which a glove inner surface is in close contact with a hand regardless of a small or large hand, a thick or thin hand part, etc. with one glove size.
Moreover, since it is not necessary to prepare gloves for each size, an excessive load can be prevented during the production and sales of gloves.
Furthermore, since it has the easy peeling part 18 for closely attaching the glove to the site of the hand to be improved, there is a small gap or space between the site of the hand to be improved and the inner surface of the glove, and the site of the hand which is to improve the drug component on the inner surface of the glove Can be directly contacted with medicinal effects. In addition, it is possible to give the user a sense of security that the drug is attached to the site of the hand to be improved.
In particular, because the chance of contact between the specific part of the hand and the side of the finger or the part of the hand that is difficult to contact the inner surface of the glove between the finger and the drug part on the inner surface of the glove increases or the probability of contact increases, A medicinal effect for improving rough hands can be applied to the site.
