Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an impulse regulating device for regulating movement of a sunroof slide panel in a closing direction due to inertial force at the time of a vehicle collision.
[0002]
[Prior art]
There is known a sunroof device in which an opening is provided in a roof of an automobile, and a slide panel that can be opened and closed is provided in the opening. Hereinafter, an example of a conventional sunroof device will be briefly described with reference to FIG.
[0003]
An openable / closable slide panel 3 is attached to an opening 2 provided in the fixed roof 1 of the vehicle body. A sunroof frame 4 is fixed to the vehicle interior side of the fixed roof 1, and the sunroof frame 4 is provided with an indoor side opening 5 corresponding to the opening 2 of the fixed roof 1, and A pair of left and right guide rails 6 extending along the both sides are extended in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body.
[0004]
A front stay 8 and a rear stay 9 are fixed to the lower surfaces of both side portions of the slide panel 3. The front stay 8 and the rear stay 9 are attached with slide members (described in detail later) that slide on the guide rail 6.
[0005]
The end of the cable member 11 is coupled to a slide member that is substantially integrated with the rear stay 9. The cable member 11 is a so-called push / pull cable in which a wire is spirally wound around the outer peripheral surface of a steel flexible body. The cable member 11 is provided in the gear device 12 disposed at the center of the rear end of the sunroof frame 4. Meshes with the drive gear. Then, the cable 13 is pushed and pulled by driving the motor 13 coupled to the gear device 12 forward and reverse, and the slide panel 3 is connected via the slide member integrally coupled to the cable member 11 and the rear stay 9 coupled thereto. Is provided with an opening / closing action.
[0006]
In the sunroof device having the above-described configuration, when the vehicle collides head-on with the slide panel 3 positioned on the rear side (open), an inertial force that moves forward (in the closing direction) acts on the slide panel 3. It is preferable to take measures to prevent the slide panel 3 from being urged.
[0007]
As an impulse prevention measure, the applicant of the present invention disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-170872 that a slide member that slides on a guide rail and is driven back and forth by a push-pull cable, and a slide member In a sunroof having a slide panel that is connected to open and close the opening, a coupling means that can be separated by an inertial force that acts on the slide panel in the event of a vehicle collision is provided between the drive shoe and the slide member, and the driven unit that is integrated with the slide member A shoe is provided behind the drive shoe, and a wedge engaging means is provided between the drive shoe and the driven shoe. When the vehicle collides, the slide member is separated from the drive shoe, and the driven shoe moves forward together with the slide panel. The forward movement of the slide panel is restricted by the shoe engaging the drive shoe with wedge engaging means. Proposed the urge restricting device of the sunroof slides panels to be.
[0008]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-11-170872 (Patent No. 3086436)
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, according to the above prior art, if the driving shoe and the driven shoe are arranged close to each other so that they are in contact with each other from the beginning, the coupling means between the slide member and the driving shoe is difficult to break, Must be separated. However, when the slide member and the drive shoe are separated from each other, the cable tension disappears at the moment when the coupling means is separated, and a large tension is again applied to the cable at the moment when the drive shoe and the driven shoe are wedge-engaged. It is not preferable that an impact load is applied to the cable once loosened, because the load of the gear device connected to the cable is doubled. Moreover, if the slide member and the drive shoe are separated from each other, the slide member becomes long.
[0010]
The present invention has been devised to solve such problems of the prior art, and its main purpose has been improved so as to suppress the impact load acting on the cable member in the event of a vehicle collision. An object of the present invention is to provide an impulse regulating device for a sunroof slide panel.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve such an object, in the present invention, the cable member (11) slides back and forth with a guide rail (6) extending in the front-rear direction on the side of the opening (2) of the roof of the vehicle. In a sunroof having a slide member (21) to be driven and a slide panel (3) that is connected to the slide member and opens and closes the opening, a fragile portion that can be cut by an inertial force acting on the slide panel at the time of a vehicle collision ( 25), the slide member and the cable member are coupled, the slide member is provided with a rotating cam (26), and the cable member is provided with a pressing portion (31) that always contacts the upstream side in the rotation direction of the rotating cam. At the time of a collision, when the weak part is cut and the cable member and the slide member are separated from each other and the slide member moves forward together with the slide panel, the rotary cam is pushed by the pressing part. Rotating a portion of the rotary cam has decided to provide the urge restricting device of sunroof sliding panel characterized by comprising as the forward movement of the sliding panel is restricted by biting into the guide rail.
[0012]
In this way, even if the relative linear displacement between the cable member and the slide member is extremely small, it can be enlarged by the rotating cam to generate a large braking force. It can be made to contact. Therefore, if a force sufficient to break the fragile portion is applied, the resistance of the rotating cam is added without the cable member loosening, so that the change in tension of the cable member is suppressed, and the longitudinal length of the slide member is compared to the conventional one. Can be shortened.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A sunroof slide panel impulse regulating device according to the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0014]
FIG. 1 shows a slide member 21 to which the cable member 11 is connected. As described above, the slide member 21 is for transmitting the pushing / pulling driving force of the cable member 11 to the slide panel 3 via the rear stay 9, and includes the cable member connecting portion 22, the guide rail sliding portion 23, The rear stay connecting portion 24 is integrally formed.
[0015]
The cable member connecting portion 22 is integrated with the side surface of the slide member 21 by, for example, a two-color molding method. The cable member connecting portion 22 is not separated by the sliding resistance during normal operation of the slide panel 3, but is acted by the inertial force forward of the slide panel 3 when a vehicle deceleration exceeding a certain limit is applied. For example, a low strength material or a fragile portion 25 that is cut to concentrate stress is coupled to the slide member 21 so as to be cut and separated by an impact load. When the fragile portion 25 is torn and the cable member connecting portion 22 and the slide member 21 are separated from each other, the cable member connecting portion 22 and the slide member 21 are moved separately along the guide rail 6. To get.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 2, on the upper surface of the bottom plate of the slide member 21, a rotating cam 26 having a substantially egg shape is pivotally attached to a vertical shaft 27 fixed to the bottom plate of the slide member 21. The rotating cam 26 has its lower portion 26 a opposed to a laterally open surface 28 of a U-shaped groove formed in the guide rail 6. A cut portion 29 having a substantially triangular shape as viewed from above is formed in a portion of the rotating cam 26 opposite to the lower portion 26a of the base circle (see FIG. 3). The rotating cam 26 is prevented from rotating so that the provided claw 30 is caught and the lower portion 26a does not come into contact with the laterally open surface 28 of the U-shaped groove at normal times.
[0017]
A pressing portion 31 integrally formed with the cable member connecting portion 22 is in contact with the inclined surface 26b facing the front of the rotating cam 26.
[0018]
Next, the operating procedure of the device of the present invention will be described.
[0019]
When the front panel collides with the slide panel 3 open and a deceleration acts on the vehicle, an inertial force acting forward is applied to the slide panel 3. Here, the coupling force between the slide member 21 and the cable member connecting portion 22, that is, the breaking strength of the fragile portion 25 is mainly determined when the impact load due to the inertial force of the slide panel 3 reaches a predetermined value or more. The slide member 21 is set to be separated from the slide member 21. Accordingly, the slide member 21 separated at the time of the vehicle collision from the cable member connecting portion 22 that is stationary due to the tension of the cable member 11 moves forward together with the slide panel 3.
[0020]
Then, as shown in FIG. 2, since the pressing portion 31 formed integrally with the cable member connecting portion 22 is in contact with the inclined surface 26a of the rotating cam 26 from the beginning, the rotating cam 26 moving forward together with the slide member 21 is As shown in FIG. 3, it rotates clockwise in the figure pushed by the pressing part 31. Thereby, the nail | claw 30 fractures | ruptures and the rotating cam 26 can rotate now freely.
[0021]
When the rotary cam 26 rotates, as shown in FIG. 4, the high-order part 26 c bites into the laterally open surface 28 where the low-order part 26 a normally faces the non-contact and does not interfere. Thereby, the slide member 21 is braked, and the slide panel 3 connected to the slide member 21 is immediately stopped.
[0022]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the present invention, since the slide member is separated from the cable member by the impact load at the time of the vehicle collision, only the slide panel can be moved forward by leaving the cable member. Then, the rotating cam that is going to move forward together with the slide panel is pushed by the pressing portion of the cable member, rotates and bites into the guide rail, and the forward movement of the slide panel is restricted. In this way, since the cable member is always kept in tension from immediately after the collision until the slide panel stops, the burden on the gear device connected to the cable member can be reduced.
