BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an excellent shock-absorbing package used for transport packaging.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, shock absorbers made of foamed plastics have been used as shock absorbers in logistics such as home appliances, personal computers, and precision machinery products. Today, paper cushioning materials are used instead of foamed plastics, which increase the environmental impact. Cases are increasing.
Moreover, the proposal which uses a flexible film as a buffer material conventionally is made | formed. FIG. 5 is an explanatory view of an impact-absorbing package that sandwiches an item to be packaged between flexible films proposed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 48-1212780. As shown in FIG. 5 (a), two mounts 10 'having a window frame M are folded into the outer box, and the window frames M are opposed to each other as shown in FIG. The packaged article H is intended to be suspended in the outer box by the two flexible films F stuck on the mount.
Although not shown, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-183564, a rigid bowl having a pair of flanges or a flexible film attached to the opening of a tray is made to face. A package has been proposed in which an object to be wrapped is sandwiched between opposing flexible films.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Paper cushioning materials are preferred in that they are easy to dispose of by incineration, but there is a problem that setting takes time and a significant cushioning effect cannot be expected.
In addition, there is a problem that the volume of the waste when it is discarded is large, and it takes time and effort, and further, paper dust from the paper enters the product and is scattered around when it is unpacked.
The packaging body that sandwiches an object to be packaged with a flexible film proposed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 48-1212780 almost clears the above-mentioned problem, but has a structure that holds two flexible films. Therefore, there is a problem that it cannot be used for a heavy packaged article H. In addition, there is no consideration for processing after use.
Since a packaged body that sandwiches an object to be packaged by a flexible film proposed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-183564 uses a hard bowl or tray molded with plastic, processing after use is a problem. .
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems. The structure for holding two flexible films is strengthened so that it can be applied to heavy products and is compact when not in use. An object of the present invention is to provide an impact-absorbing package that can be folded into two.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the shock absorbing package according to the present invention has two middle frames each having four sides made of a triangular prism, inscribed in an outer box and vertically opposed to each other, and the triangular prism is one sheet. the first inclined plate from the outside to the inside the four sides and the direction of Cartesian of horned blank, the first skin, a bottom plate, a second inclined plate, is connected via a fold line in the order of the second skin The triangular prism body constituting portion consisting of five surfaces is folded so that the second outer plate is the innermost layer, and the insertion piece connected to the first inclined plate is placed approximately in the middle of the second inclined plate. is inserted in formed are provided slit, the triangular prism body What happened that adjacent, are connected via an oblique fold line at both ends the Judges of the bottom plate, allowed to each of the bottom plate facing in said frame four sides of fLEXIBLE film piece is being strongly bonded, to be the two of the flexible film piece opposite Sobutsu is made of the configuration sandwiching the middle suspended state. Furthermore, the impact-absorbing package according to the present invention is configured so that the blank is 1/8 of the blank by the oblique fold line and the two fold lines that are perpendicular to each other and pass through the center of the triangular column body component. It consists of a structure that folds into an area.
