一方の支柱本体の内部にはワイヤーを複数溝に渡って巻掛けする定滑車と動滑車とを内蔵し、該動滑車に所要重量の重錘を吊下させるとともにブレーキ手段を連係し、外面には蓋の上下に切欠き溝を凹設した収納ボックスを設けて成り、他方の支柱本体にはワイヤー先端のフックを係止する受け金を水平軸心回りに反転自在の軸支し、該受け金を施錠手段で該支柱本体に係止して成る車止め装置。
