【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来の連結金具においては、各引き手と平行ピンとの間に組み立てに必要な若干のクリアランスを設けるため、油圧ダンパの軸方向に遊びが生じ、油圧ダンパが微振動に対して減衰力を発生せず、風などに起因する振動を減衰できないという問題がある。
そこで、本発明は、特に油圧ダンパなどのように連結体に可動部があっても容易にガタが生じることがなく、確実に連結でき、風などに起因する微振動に対しても油圧ダンパが効果的に減衰力を発生する連結金具を提供することを課題としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため、第1の発明においては、一方の連結体Dの間隔を置いて対向する一対の引き手D1,D1の相互間に他方の連結体Sの引き手S1を配置して一体に枢支する連結金具において、両連結体の引き手D1,S1を貫通する枢軸1と、この枢軸1の両端を外側の引き手D1,D1から夫々抜け止めするフランジ2とを具備し、枢軸1は、外周にテーパ面3aを有するピン3と、内周に対応するテーパ面4aを有し、ピン3が挿入される割り5bを有するスリーブとで構成し、フランジ2の少なくとも一方と枢軸1との間にはばね座金6を介在させた。

図1,図2に示すように、本実施形態における連結金具は油圧ダンパDと支持物Sとを連結するために用いる。この連結金具は、支持物S側の引き手S1と油圧ダンパD側の二つの引き手D1,D1とを枢軸1が貫通してフランジ2で固定するものである。

以上のように、本発明は、枢軸1とフランジ2との間にばね座金6を介在させたので、枢軸1を確実に固定できるし、油圧ダンパなどのように可動部に適用しても、ガタが生じることがなく、長期の使用に耐え、さらに風などに起因する微振動に対しても効果的に減衰力を発生させることができる。
また、枢軸1の軸受け7を引き手S1に溶接により固定したので、引き手S1に対する枢軸1のガタを防止することができるという効果を有する。
