Next, an example of sealing in this conventional example will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 13 is a cross-sectional view showing an example when the main board of the pachinko machine according to the conventional example is sealed with a chassis and a cover.
As shown in FIG. 13, when the cover 103 is placed at a fixed position with respect to the chassis 102, the right end (right side in FIG. 13) screw 108 is screwed into the second mounting hole 107 and the first mounting hole 105. Since the cover 103 is fixed at a fixed position with respect to the chassis 102, the main board 101 can be sealed with the chassis 102 and the cover 103. Further, since the screw 108 advances only in one direction, once screwed into the second mounting hole 106 and the first mounting hole 105, it can be removed from the second mounting hole 106 and the first mounting hole 105. Disappear. As a result, the cover 103 cannot be separated from the chassis 102, so that illegal acts on the main board 101 can be prevented.
[0006]
In this conventional example, in order to effectively seal the main substrate 101, the eight first protrusions 104 and the eight second protrusions 106 are arranged diagonally as shown in FIG. It is divided into four places where it will be. Then, the main substrate 101 can be effectively sealed by screwing the pair of screws 108 temporarily fixed at opposite positions.
[0007]
Next, an example of releasing the seal in this conventional example will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 14 is a plan view showing an example when the sealing of the circuit board of the pachinko machine according to the conventional example is released.
As shown in FIG. 14, a first protruding piece 104 provided with a pair of first mounting holes 105 positioned diagonally into which the screw 108 is screwed in, and a second protruding piece 106 provided with a second mounting hole 107, Is cut out from the chassis 102 and the cover 103, the cover 103 can be separated from the chassis 102, and thus the sealing with respect to the main substrate 101 can be released.
[0008]
Further, after that, the cover 103 is placed at a fixed position with respect to the chassis 102, and the first projecting piece 104 and the second projecting piece 106 that have not been cut out from the chassis 102 and the cover 103 are placed at diagonal positions. When the pair of temporarily fixed screws 108 are screwed in, the main substrate 101 can be sealed again. Here, as described above, since a pair of screws 108 temporarily fixed at opposite positions are used for reliable sealing with respect to the main substrate 101, sealing with respect to the main substrate 101 and release thereof are performed. It can be repeated 4 times.
[0009]
Therefore, even if the sealing is released for inspection of the main substrate 101 being sealed, the main substrate 101 can be sealed again. Furthermore, since the trace of the release of the sealing with respect to the main substrate 101 can be left by the cutout marks of the first protruding piece 104 and the second protruding piece 106, if compared with the record of the release of the sealing, It can be identified whether the release of the seal is for inspection or due to fraud.
[0010]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the screw 108 screwed into the second mounting hole 107 can be freely contacted from the outside, there is a problem that it may be removed illegally. Further, it is difficult to manage the torque for screwing the screw 108 into the first mounting hole 105, and there is a problem that workability is lowered.
[0011]
Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and prevents free contact with the sealing portion with respect to the circuit board after sealing, and the sealing is illegally removed. It is an object of the present invention to provide a substrate case for a pachinko machine that can prevent the above effectively and can be easily sealed to improve workability.

As shown in FIG. 3, first, the engaging portion 23 of the cover member 4 is engaged with the engaging port 24 (see FIG. 4) of the chassis 3, and the cover member 4 is attached to the chassis 3. Then, until the lower surface of the plate member 10A of the locking member 10 comes into contact with the contact portion 18 of the second protruding piece portion 8A, the elastic locking piece 10B is passed through the second mounting hole 19 of the second protruding piece portion 8A. The locking projections 10C and 10C formed at the lower end of the elastic locking piece 10B are engaged with the locking holes 7 and 7 by being inserted into the first mounting holes 15 of the first protruding piece 5A. As a result, the second projecting piece 8 </ b> A is coupled to the first projecting piece 5 </ b> A via the locking member 10. Subsequently, the screw 11 is inserted into the through hole 10E of the plate member 10 and screwed into the screw hole 17 of the first projecting piece portion 5A, so that the second projecting piece portion 8A and the first projecting piece portion 5A are locked members. 10 is firmly connected.
Further, after inserting the screw 11 into the through hole 10E of the locking member 10, both the locking member 10 and the screw 11 are inserted into the second mounting hole 19 of the second projecting piece 8A from above, and the screw 11 is inserted. By screwing into the screw hole 17 of the first protruding piece portion 5A, the lower surface of the plate member 10A of the locking member 10 is brought into contact with the contact portion 18 of the second protruding piece portion 8A, and the elastic locking piece 10B. The locking protrusions 10 </ b> C and 10 </ b> C formed at the lower end of the locking holes may be engaged with the locking holes 7 and 7. Also by this, the second projecting piece portion 8 </ b> A and the first projecting piece portion 5 </ b> A are firmly connected via the locking member 10.
And the brown latching member 10 can be confirmed at a glance through the 2nd protrusion piece part 8A of the cover member 4 made of a transparent synthetic resin.
In addition, each 1st protrusion piece part 6A-6D, each 2nd protrusion piece part 9A-9D, the locking member 12, and the screw 13 are attached similarly. Thereby, the attachment of the cover member 4 to the chassis 3 is sealed.
[0036]
Next, a method for releasing the sealing of the attachment of the cover member 4 to the chassis 3 will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 4 is a plan view showing an example when the sealing of the substrate case 1 according to the first embodiment is released.
As shown in FIG. 4, the beam 20 connecting the second projecting piece 8A and the second projecting piece 8B is notched, the connecting part between the second projecting piece 8A and the cover member 4, and the first The first projecting piece 5A and the second projecting piece 8A are removed from the substrate case 1 by cutting out the connecting portion between the first projecting piece 5A and the chassis 3. Subsequently, the beam portion 20 that connects the second projecting piece portion 9A and the second projecting piece portion 9B is notched, the connecting portion between the second projecting piece portion 9A and the cover member 4, and the first projecting piece portion. The first projecting piece portion 6A and the second projecting piece portion 9A are removed from the substrate case 1 by cutting out the connecting portion between 6A and the chassis 3. Thereby, sealing of attachment to the chassis 3 of the cover member 4 can be cancelled | released.
After that, the cover member 4 is attached to the chassis 3, and the separately supplied locking members 10, 12 are provided at the first projecting piece portions 5 B, 6 B and the second projecting piece portions 8 B, 9 B that have not been cut out. Is inserted, and the screws 11 and 13 are screwed in, so that the attachment of the cover member 4 to the chassis 3 can be sealed again. That is, in the board case 1 according to the first embodiment, the cover member 4 can be sealed four times to the chassis 3.
[0037]
As described above in detail, in the substrate case 1 of the pachinko machine according to the first embodiment, the cover member 4 is attached to the chassis 3 by engaging the locking portion 23 of the cover member 4 with the locking port 24 of the chassis 3. . And in the 2nd mounting hole 19 of each 2nd protrusion piece part 8A, 9A and the 1st attachment hole 15 of each 1st protrusion piece part 5A, 6A fitted on the upper side of each 1st protrusion piece part 5A, 6A. The locking members 10 and 12 are inserted, and the locking protrusions of the locking members 10 and 12 are engaged with the locking holes 7 of the first protrusions 5A and 6A, respectively. 5A, 6A and each 2nd protrusion piece part 8A, 9A are connected. Then, the screws 11 and 13 are inserted through the through holes of the locking members 10 and 12 and screwed into the first projecting piece portions 5A and 6A to seal the attachment of the cover member 4 to the chassis 3. Further, the sealing is released by notching the first projecting piece portions 5A and 6A and the second projecting piece portions 8A and 9A from the cover member 4 and the chassis 3.
