Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a structure for fastening a label to a core and a wound body of a label continuous body, and in particular, for example, winding a continuous label body in which a plurality of labels are temporarily attached to a long release board at an appropriate interval. Concerning structures to keep in mind.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-163490, a conventional structure for fastening to a core of a continuous label is formed by peeling a plurality of labels using adhesive strips having adhesive surfaces with relatively different adhesive strengths on both sides. In the label continuous body temporarily attached to the mount, the unbonded surface of the release mount and the adhesive surface (weakly bonded surface) with relatively weak adhesive strength of the adhesive strip are bonded, and the winding core and the adhesive strip It is formed so as to adhere a surface having a relatively strong adhesive strength (strong adhesive surface). Then, according to the conventional structure of fastening to the core of the label continuous body, when the label continuous body is used after being loaded in the printer, the travel tension of the printer does not rise abnormally enough to cause abnormal running of the printer. The label continuum can be peeled off without an adhesive piece, and when making a wound body by winding the label continuum, the tension at the start of winding should be such that the label continuum does not peel off the core. Since it is set, the label can be wound without the label continuum being peeled off from the winding core. In this case, the label surface is wound so as to face outward, and such a wound body is called a front wound label.

The label can be wound without the continuum being peeled off from the core.
[0008]
The above object, other objects, features, and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent from the following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a continuous label body fastened to a winding core according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a schematic sectional view thereof. FIG. 3 is an illustrative plan view showing a state in which the label continuum is bonded to the core with an adhesive piece. FIG. 4 is an illustrative view showing an adhesive piece, (A) is a perspective illustrative view showing a production process of the adhesive piece, and (B) is a perspective illustrative view of the adhesive piece. FIG. 5 is an illustrative sectional view showing a state in which the label continuous body is peeled off from the core.
The label continuous body 10 has a peeling surface of the peeling mount 18 due to the adhesive force of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 16 formed on the back surface of the rectangular label base material 14 in which the plurality of labels 12 form the label 12 at appropriate intervals. (For example, a silicone-coated surface) 18a is temporarily attached.
The label continuous body 10 is attached to the winding core 20 with the label 12 temporarily attached to the peeling mount 18 inside, that is, the winding core 20 side, and is wound on the back winding wound around the outer peripheral surface of the winding core 20. It is formed in the shape.
[0010]
The label continuum 10 has an adhesive strip on the outer surface of the winding core 20 in the vicinity of the rear end of the label 12a at the rearmost end of the label 12 temporarily attached to the long strip 18 that forms the continuous label. 30 is fastened.
The adhesive piece 30 includes a first adhesive layer 32 having a relatively strong adhesive force on one surface and a second adhesive layer 34 having a relatively weak adhesive force on the other surface. For example, as shown in FIG. 4, the adhesive piece 30 is manufactured as follows.
A first adhesive layer 132 is formed by applying a relatively strong adhesive with a release surface (for example, a silicone application surface) of the release mount 100, and a core material 136 is laminated on the first adhesive layer 132.
The second adhesive layer 134 is formed by applying a pressure-sensitive adhesive having a relatively weak adhesive force to a release surface (for example, a silicone application surface) of a release paper 102 different from the release mount 100.
Then, the core material 136 side of the release mount 100 and the second adhesive layer 134 side of the release paper 102 are laminated to face each other. Next, leaving the release mount 100 from the release paper 102 side, the release paper 102, the second adhesive layer 134, the core material 136, and the first adhesive layer 132 are die-cut, and the unnecessary portion 104 is lifted up, and FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, the adhesive strip 30 including the first adhesive layer 32, the core material 36, and the second adhesive layer 34 to which the release paper 102 is temporarily attached is formed on the release mount 100.
The adhesive strip 30 is peeled off from the release mount 100, and the first adhesive layer 32 is adhered to the outer surface of the winding core 20. The release paper 102 is peeled off from the adhesive strip 30 and the second adhesive layer 34 is used for continuous labeling. Adhere to the label 12a at the end of the body 10.
[0011]
As for the 1st contact bonding layer 32, 3.1 N / 10mm or more is preferable, and, more preferably, the adhesive force obtained by 180 degree | times peeling method of JISZ0237 is 3.9N / 10mm or more. Adopting such an adhesive layer with adhesive strength (adhesive strength) provides a sufficiently strong adhesive strength for the second adhesive layer 34 described later. Although it is not necessary to provide an upper limit of the adhesive strength of the first adhesive layer 32, it is difficult to find further merits even if the adhesive strength is further increased beyond about 12 N / 10 mm.
The second adhesive layer 34 has an adhesive strength obtained by the 180-degree peeling method of JIS Z0237 of preferably 2.4 N / 10 mm or less, more preferably 2.0 N / 10 mm or less. Adopting such an adhesive layer with adhesive strength (adhesive strength) provides a sufficiently weak adhesive strength with respect to the first adhesive layer 32. When the label continuous body 10 is loaded into the printer and used, the label 12 is reliably peeled off from the adhesive piece 30. The lower limit of the adhesive strength of the second adhesive layer 34 is about 0.2 N / 10 mm or more in order to make it difficult to peel off when the label continuum 10 is wound around the core, particularly when the label continuum 10 starts to be wound. It is preferable.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 4, the adhesive piece 30 includes a linear short side 38 formed so as to extend in the circumferential direction of the winding core 20 and a linear length formed so as to extend in the width direction of the winding core 20. It is a planar square with sides 40.
The adhesive strip 30 has its width direction (its short side) substantially parallel to the circumferential direction of the core 20 and its length direction (its long side) substantially parallel to the width direction of the core 20. The first adhesive layer 32 adheres to the outer peripheral surface of the label 20, and the rear side of the rearmost label 12a of the label 12 of the label continuous body 10 (the rear end side of the label continuous body 10, that is, the side in contact with the winding core 20). The second adhesive layer 34 adheres to the surface in the vicinity of the end portion on the terminal end side).
[0013]
The winding core 20 is a circular tube formed of a paper tube, a plastic tube, or the like, and both mouth edges thereof, that is, the mouth edge 22 and the mouth edge 24 are formed in parallel.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 3, the adhesive piece 30 has a first adhesive layer 32 on the outer surface of the core 20 so that the short side 38 is substantially parallel to the rim 22 and the rim 24 of the core 20. Is adhered by.
Further, the adhesive piece 30 has the long side 40 on one side of the adhesive piece 30 substantially coincided with the rear edge of the label 12a at the tail end (final end) of the label continuous body 10, and the adhesive piece 30 The short side 38 is adhered to the surface of the label 12 by the second adhesive layer 34 so that the short side 38 extends inward (front side) from the rear edge of the label 12 substantially in parallel with the left and right edges of the release mount 18. .
As shown in FIGS. 2, 5, and 6, it is preferable to peel off one label 12b immediately before the label 12a to which the adhesive piece 30 is bonded. This is because if the label 12b is missing, the printer that prints on the label 12 recognizes that the label continuous body 10 is the final. Further, if the label 12b is missing in this way, even if the label continuous body 10 is not peeled off from the winding core 20, an effect of suppressing an increase in tension to the extent that the printer travels abnormally can be expected.
[0015]
Then, the label continuous body 10 is wound around the outer peripheral surface of the winding core 20 to form a back-winding wound body, the front end of the label continuous body 10 is pulled by the pulling force of the running system of the printer, and the label continuous body 10 is rewound. When the tape is rewound to the vicinity of the last end, the label continuous body 10 is peeled off from the core 20 and the adhesive piece 30 remains on the core 20 (shown in FIG. 5).
[0016]
The surface of the label 12 temporarily attached to the release mount 18 of the continuous label body 10, that is, the surface opposite to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 16 side of the label base material 14, and the outer peripheral surface of the winding core 20 are bonded together by the adhesive piece 30. By doing so, as shown in FIG. 6, the label continuous body 10 is fastened to the core 20 and is wound around the outer peripheral surface of the core 20 with the label 12 as the inside.
[0017]
Example 1
As an adhesive for forming the first adhesive layer on the release surface side of the release mount, 14 g / m 2 of a strong adhesion type acrylic adhesive was applied and a core material was laminated. Moreover, 18 g / m < 2 > of re-peeling type acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives were applied as pressure-sensitive adhesives for forming the second adhesive layer on the peeling surface side of the release paper different from the release board. A laminate is formed by laminating the opposite side of the release sheet side of the laminate laminated to the release sheet and the opposite side of the release sheet side of the laminate laminated to the release sheet, and peeling the laminate. Die-cutting was carried out leaving the release mount from the paper side, and unnecessary portions were scraped up to obtain a flat rectangular adhesive piece having a long side of 22 mm and a short side of 13 mm.
The peel strength of the first adhesive layer is 7.4 N / 10 mm according to JIS Z0237 180 degree peeling method, and the peel force of the second adhesive layer is according to 180 degree peel method of JIS Z0237. 0.8 N / 10 mm.
[0018]
As a label continuum, a plurality of labels are temporarily attached to the release surface of the release mount by the adhesive force of the adhesive layer formed on the back surface of the label base material constituting the label at an appropriate interval. prepare.
As the release mount, a silicone-coated surface (release surface) was formed on the surface of glassine paper having a basis weight of 64 g / m 2 , and the surface opposite to the release surface was not subjected to release treatment.
A cylindrical paper tube having a diameter (inner diameter) of 76 mm, a wall thickness of 5 mm, and a width of 62 mm, the surface of which was made of kraft paper, was prepared as a winding core.
[0019]
The adhesive piece with release paper is peeled off from the release mount, and the first adhesive layer of the adhesive piece is adhered to the outer surface of the core, and the release paper is peeled off from the adhesive piece on the surface of the label 12a at the final end of the label continuous body. By adhering the second adhesive layer of the adhesive piece, the label continuous body was fastened to the core.
The adhesive strip is formed by placing one long side of the adhesive strip on the label on the final end of the label continuous body, that is, on the end edge (rear side) of the label continuous body of the final label 12a wound around the winding core. The first adhesive layer and the second adhesive are arranged so that the short sides of the adhesive strip extend substantially parallel to the left and right edges of the release mount toward the front side of the rear edge of the label. The layer is adhered to the surface of the label (the surface of the label substrate).
[0020]
When the label continuum is wound around the outer peripheral surface of the winding core to form a wound body, the front end of the label continuum is pulled by the pulling force of the printer running system, and then rewound to the vicinity of the last end. The label continuum was peeled off from the core, the label remained on the release mount, and the adhesive piece remained on the core (shown in FIG. 5).
[0021]
In this embodiment, it is the surface of the final label 12a temporarily attached to the inner side (peeling surface side) of the peeling mount 18, and the rear edge and one long side 40 of the adhesive piece 30 substantially coincide with each other. In addition, the short side 38 of the adhesive piece 30 is substantially the same as the width direction edge of the peeling mount 18 toward the front side (label feeding side) from the rear edge of the final label 12a temporarily attached to the peeling mount 18. The adhesive piece 30 is arranged at a position extending in parallel, and the label 12a temporarily attached to the peeling mount 18 and the winding core 20 are bonded, but the rear side of the final label 12a temporarily attached to the peeling mount 18 is attached. One long side 40 of the adhesive piece 30 is placed on the front side from the edge, and the other long side 40 is arranged further on the front side of the label 12a than the one long side 40, The winding core 20 may be bonded.
You may arrange | position so that the long side 40 of the adhesive piece 30 may become substantially parallel to the edge of the width direction of the peeling mount 18.
However, the adhesive piece 30 protrudes from the label 12a when the adhesive piece 30 protrudes from the label 12 on the opposite side (front side) to the rear end (terminal) side of the label continuous body, or as shown in FIG. Even if not, when the edge on the front side of the label 12a and the side located on the front side of the adhesive piece 30 are almost coincident with each other, the label 12a is easily peeled off due to the force of the label 12 to be peeled off at an angle. There is a risk that. Therefore, when the continuous label body 10 is wound around the winding core 20 to produce a wound body of the continuous label body 10, the label continuous body 10 is peeled off from the continuous label body 10 together with the label 12a to which the adhesive piece 30 is attached. May not be able to be produced.
Further, even if the wound body of the label continuous body 10 can be manufactured, the label 12a may be peeled off with the adhesive piece 30 when the wound body is loaded into the printer and used.
As described above, the adhesive piece 30 is opposite to the label 12 edge in the direction (front side) opposite to the rear end (end) side of the label continuous body and the rear end (end end) side of the label continuous body of the adhesive piece 30. Except for the case where the sides located on the side (front side) are substantially coincident and bonded, if the label 12a is bonded without protruding from the peripheral edge, the force to peel off the label 12a particularly at the front edge at a certain angle And the vertical drag (adhesive force against the peel force in the vertical direction) and shear drag (adhesive force against the peel force in the direction parallel to the label surface) on the peeling mount 18 of the label 12a are sufficiently large. When producing the label winding, there is no possibility that the label continuous body 10 is peeled off. Further, there is no possibility that the label 12a is peeled off with the adhesive piece 30 during use.
In particular, as shown in FIG. 6, the adhesive piece 30 is preferably in the vicinity of the end edge of the label continuous body 10 of the label 12. With such a configuration, the end edge of the label continuous body 10 on the end side from the adhesion portion to the winding core 20 is not turned up and wound.
Further, it is preferable that the adhesive piece 30 is arranged and bonded at a substantially central position in the width direction of the outer surface of the winding core 20 at a substantially central position in the width direction of the peeling mount 18.
[0022]
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment with respect to the label to be bonded, and is not the label 12a closest to the winding core 20, but another label 12 near the tail end of the label continuous body 10, for example, a winding. The adhesive strip 30 can also be bonded to the label 12 immediately preceding the label 12a closest to the core 20. Also in this case, the label 12, the adhesive piece 30, and the winding core 20 are arranged and bonded in the same manner as in the label 12a. Moreover, it is preferable to peel off the immediately preceding (immediately preceding) label 12 to which the adhesive piece 30 has been bonded.
[0023]
Further, the short side 38 or the long side 40 of the adhesive piece 30 may not be arranged so as to be substantially parallel to the direction orthogonal to the edge in the width direction of the peeling mount 18, that is, the width direction of the winding core 20.
The shape of the label is not limited to a square, and may be, for example, a circle, an ellipse, or a hexagon. However, it should be noted that bonding is performed so as not to protrude from the label.
In addition, the adhesive piece which fastens a label continuous body to a core is not limited to one, However, One is preferable from cost, work efficiency, etc.
[0024]
Another embodiment of the present invention will be described.
As an adhesive piece, an adhesive layer having substantially the same adhesive strength on both sides, that is, preferably, the adhesive strength obtained by the 180-degree peeling method of JIS Z0237 is 3.1 N / 10 mm or more, more preferably 3. An adhesive piece on which an adhesive layer of 9 N / 10 mm or more is formed is prepared, and this adhesive piece is bonded to the release surface of the release mount on which the core and the label are temporarily attached.
In order to adhere the adhesive strip, a space for adhering the adhesive strip, such as peeling off the label near the tail of the label continuum, is prepared on the release mount.
Then, one adhesive layer of the adhesive strip is adhered to the outer surface of the core, and the other adhesive layer is adhered to the release surface of the release mount in the vicinity of the tail end of the label continuous body.
By adopting such a configuration, since the peeling surface to which the adhesive piece of the peeling mount is bonded is peeled, the adhesive strength is relatively weak, and the outer surface of the core is not peeled. The adhesive strength is relatively strong, and when the roll of the label continuous body is used up by the printer, the peeling mount of the label continuous body is surely peeled off from the core without an adhesive piece.
[0025]
As described above, in the structure in which the label continuous body of the present invention is wound back and fastened to the core, an adhesive piece of an appropriate predetermined size provided with an adhesive layer on both sides is prepared, and the entire surface of the adhesive piece Therefore, it is possible to reduce variations in the adhesive strength between the adhesive layers and to make the adhesive strengths different between the two adhesive layers. Since the adhesive strength on the label continuum side is weaker than the adhesive strength on the core side, when using the roll of the label continuum, the label continuity peeling mount is removed from the core without the adhesive piece. Can be removed reliably. As a result, troubles in the printer running system, which was a problem with the back-wrapped label, are greatly reduced.
Furthermore, also in the production of the roll of the label continuous body, it is possible to prevent the trouble that the label continuous body is peeled off from the core when the label is wound around the core.
