Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a primary assembly of a paper folding box made of cardboard and used for packaging vegetables and fruits.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, for example, a paper folding box made of cardboard has been used for packing vegetables and fruits. Although storing paper folded boxes in an assembled state before harvesting crops is an obstacle, it takes time to assemble them from the unfolded state. For this reason, a paper folded box is stored in a state of a primary assembly folded in a flat plate shape, and an assembled product obtained by assembling as many as necessary is used.
For example, as shown in FIG. 8, a paper folding box 110 according to a conventional example includes a rectangular box bottom 111, first folds 112, 113 and second folds 114, 115 on the front, back, left and right of the box bottom 111. The first outer wall portions 116 and 117 and the second outer wall portions 118 and 119 that are connected to each other through the first and second outer wall portions 116 and 119, respectively, and the first outer wall portions 116 to 119 having a narrow width outside the first outer wall portions 116 to 119. The first inner wall portions 124 and 125 and the second inner wall portions 126 and 127 connected through the double fold lines 120 and 121 and the second double fold lines 122 and 123, respectively. The second outer wall portions 116 to 119 are connected by the side plate connecting pieces 132 to 135.
[0003]
Third folds 128 to 131 are formed between the side plate connecting pieces 132 to 135 and the first outer wall portions 116 and 117, and between the side plate connecting pieces 132 to 135 and the second outer wall portions 118 and 119. The fourth fold lines 162 to 165 are formed. Further, the side plate connecting pieces 132 to 135 are bent pieces 140 formed on the first outer wall portions 116 and 117 side of the oblique folds 136 to 139 by oblique folds 136 to 139 starting from the corners of the box bottom 111. And 143 and adhesive pieces 144 to 147 formed on the second outer wall portions 118 and 119 side from the oblique folds 136 to 139, respectively. In addition, rectangular adhesive portions 152 a and 153 a are provided on the front side of the first inner wall portion 124 and the rear side of the first inner wall portion 125, and the left side of the second inner wall portion 126 and the second inner wall portion 127. On the right side, box bottom contact portions 154a and 155a were provided. Further, corner shaping pieces 150 to 153 are provided on both sides of the first inner wall portions 124 and 125, respectively, and further on the front side of the both end portions of the first inner wall portion 124 and on both sides of the first inner wall portion 125. Notches 154 to 157 are formed on the rear side of the end portions, and latching pieces 158 to 161 that can be engaged with the notches 154 to 157 on both sides of the second inner wall portions 126 and 127, respectively. Each is provided.
[0004]
When manufacturing the primary assembly, first, an adhesive is applied to the bonding portions 152a and 153a and the bonding pieces 144 to 147. Next, the first inner wall portions 124 and 125 are bent at the first double folds 120 and 121 to be superposed on the first outer wall portions 116 and 117, and the bonding portions 152a and 153a are bonded to the box bottom portion 111, respectively. Next, the first outer wall portions 116 and 117 and the side plate connecting pieces 132 to 135 are folded from the first folds 112 and 113 and the fourth folds 162 to 165 to be superposed on the box bottom 111, and the adhesive pieces 144 to 147 is bonded to the second outer wall portions 118 and 119, respectively.
The paper folding box 110 is stacked and packed in this state, and shipped to the user.
[0005]
When the paper folding box 110 of the primary assembly is made into an assembled product, the second outer wall portions 118 and 119 are folded from the second fold lines 114 and 115 as shown in FIG. At this time, since the adhesive pieces 144 to 147 are bonded to the second outer wall portions 118 and 119, the oblique folds 136 to 139, the third folds 128 to 131, and the first folds 112 and 113 are bent. However, the first outer wall portions 116 and 117 and the first inner wall portions 124 and 125 rise, and the adhesive pieces 144 to 147 and the bent pieces 140 to 143 are superposed. Next, the second inner wall portions 126 and 127 are folded from the second double fold lines 122 and 123, and the adhesive pieces 144 to 147, the bent pieces 140 to 143, and the corner shaping pieces 150 to 153 are secondly connected. Between the outer wall portions 118 and 119. And each latching piece 158-161 is engaged with each notch 154-157 corresponding. In this way, the assembled finished product could be assembled and used.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional paper folding box 110 has the following problems.
As shown in FIGS. 10A and 10B, between the second outer wall portions 118 and 119 and the second inner wall portions 126 and 127, adhesive pieces 144 to 147, bent pieces 140 to 143, The corner shaping pieces 150 to 153 are sandwiched and arranged, but the bent pieces 140 to 143 are bent at oblique folds 136 to 139 and folded into adhesive pieces 144 to 147, that is, 180 degrees. It is arranged to rotate. Since the paper folding box 110 is made of thick corrugated cardboard, a repulsive force is applied to each of the folded pieces 140 to 143, and the paper folded box 110 is rotated to separate from the adhesive pieces 144 to 147. For this reason, the paper folding box 110 that is an assembled product has gaps 166 at the respective corners, and the engaging portions of the notches 154 to 157 and the engaging pieces 158 to 161 are easily detached, and the appearance is also improved. Sex was impaired.
Furthermore, when assembling a finished assembly from the primary assembly, the user often assembles it manually on site, but it is too large to fold the second inner wall portions 126, 127 with the second double folds 122, 123. It was difficult to assemble a large number of paper folding boxes 110 in a short time.
In addition, since the adhesive pieces 144 to 147 are bent and folded at the fourth fold lines 162 to 165 and bonded to the second outer wall portions 118 and 119, the adhesive surfaces 144 and 147 are peeled off from the respective adhesive surfaces. Therefore, the strength of the adhesive used had to be increased more than necessary.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and is a primary assembly of a paper folding box that can reliably connect corners, easily assemble an assembled product, and reduce the force applied to the bonded portion. The purpose is to provide.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The primary assembly of the paper folding box according to the present invention that meets the above-mentioned object is a rectangular box bottom 11, and the first folds 12, 13 and the second folds 14, 15 on the front, back, left and right of the box bottom 11. The first outer wall portions 16, 17 and the second outer wall portions 18, 19 that are connected to each other and are opposed to each other, and the first two second narrow wall portions outside the first and second outer wall portions 16-19. A primary assembly of a paper folding box having a first inner wall part 24, 25 and a second inner wall part 26, 27 connected to each other via a double fold line 20, 21 and a second double fold line 22, 23, respectively. There,
Side plate connecting pieces 32 to 35 are provided on both side end portions of the first outer wall portions 16 and 17 via third fold lines 28 to 31, respectively.
The side plate connecting pieces 32 to 35 are bent pieces 40 to 43 formed on the base side from the diagonal folds 36 to 39 by the diagonal folds 36 to 39 starting from the corners of the box bottom 11, and the diagonal folds 36 to 39. Each having adhesive pieces 44 to 47 formed on the further front side,
The first inner wall portions 24 and 25 are folded at the first double fold lines 20 and 21 to overlap the first outer wall portions 16 and 17, respectively, and further overlap the first outer wall portions 16 and 17 and first The first side wall portions 48 and 49 formed of the inner wall portions 24 and 25 are folded at the first folds 12 and 13 and overlapped with the box bottom portion 11, and the adhesive pieces 44 to 47 are oblique folds 36 to 39. The second inner wall portions 26 and 27 are folded by the second double fold lines 22 and 23 and are bonded to the second outer wall portions 18 and 19 in a state of being folded and overlapped with the bent pieces 40 to 43. 2 are superposed on the outer wall portions 18 and 19 to form a flat plate, and when the assembly is completed, the adhesive pieces 44 to 47 and the bent pieces 40 to 43 form substantially the same plane ,
In addition, in the primary assembly, the second fold lines 14 and 15 and the third fold lines 28 to 31 are preliminarily provided with a fold, and further have a flat plate shape.
[0008]
Folding refers to relatively rotating the both side portions substantially 180 degrees around the fold portion. At this time, both side portions may be superposed, but may be arranged substantially in parallel with a small gap. The double fold refers to two folds provided in parallel with a slight gap.
At the time of primary assembly, the box bottom and the second outer wall are arranged on the same plane as when deployed, and the first outer wall and the folded piece are folded, that is, placed in an inverted state when deployed. Is done. Since the adhesive piece is folded and superposed on the bent piece, the back side part in the unfolded state is adhered to the front side part of the second outer wall part.
When the assembly of the paper folding box is completed, the first and second outer wall portions are erected with respect to the bottom of the box, so that the adhesive piece and the folding piece are expanded from the folded state and arranged on the same plane. Is done. Therefore, the first and second outer wall portions are connected via a bent piece that is bent substantially perpendicularly to the first outer wall portion, and an adhesive piece that is disposed on the same plane as the bent piece. Therefore, when the assembly is completed, the force to expand the first and second outer wall portions is reduced, the corner portions can be connected securely, the force applied to the bonded portion is reduced, and the assembly is easy. And it becomes difficult to be deformed during use.
In addition, when the assembly is completed, the four double folds are respectively folded, and the first and second inner wall portions are superposed on the first and second outer wall portions, but the first and second inner wall portions are overlapped. Since it is folded in the state of the primary assembly, it is possible to easily assemble the assembly in a short time by facilitating the work when the assembly is completed.
Note that the first inner wall portion and the first outer wall portion are preferably bonded and fixed. The first inner wall portion and the first outer wall portion can be directly bonded to each other, and a box bottom abutting piece is connected to the outside of the first inner wall portion, and the box bottom abutting piece is connected to the box bottom portion. It is also possible to adhere to.
[0009]
Here, it is arranged between the second outer wall portions 18 and 19 and the second inner wall portions 26 and 27 together with the bent pieces 40 to 43 at the end of both sides of the first inner wall portions 24 and 25 when the assembly is completed. It is also possible to provide corner shaping pieces 50-53.
When the assembly is completed, the second outer wall portion and the second inner wall portion are respectively arranged at positions sandwiching the side plate connecting pieces. However, when the double fold is wide, only one side plate connecting piece is used. The positioning of the second outer wall portion and the second inner wall portion cannot be performed simultaneously. By providing the corner shaping piece, the side plate connecting piece and the corner shaping piece are supported by being brought into contact with the second outer wall portion and the second inner wall portion from the inside during assembly, and the positioning is reliably performed for deformation. Can be prevented.
[0010]
Further, notches 54 to 57 are respectively formed on the outer sides of both side end portions of the first inner wall portions 24 and 25, and the second inner wall portions 26 and 27 are latched to be engaged with the notches 54 to 57 when the assembly is completed. It is also possible to form the pieces 58 to 61, respectively. The outside refers to the front side of the first inner wall portion 24 on the front side and the rear side of the first inner wall portion 25 on the rear side. With such a configuration, the first and second inner walls adjacent to each other can be securely fixed when the assembly is completed, and the strength of the paper folding box can be increased and the appearance can be improved.
Of course, the present invention can also be applied to the case where the front and rear and left and right directions of the primary assembly of the paper folding box according to the present invention are arranged in reverse.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings to provide an understanding of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, a paper folding box primary assembly (hereinafter simply referred to as a paper folding box) 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention is composed of, for example, corrugated cardboard and is a flat primary assembly. It can be used when the user assembles at the time of use, stores vegetables and fruits, and ships.
The paper folding box 10 is connected to the horizontally long rectangular box bottom 11 via the first fold lines 12 and 13 and the second fold lines 14 and 15 on the front and rear and the left and right sides of the box bottom section 11, respectively. The first outer wall portions 16 and 17 and the second outer wall portions 18 and 19, and the first double folds 20 and 21 and the second two which are narrow outside the first and second outer wall portions 16 to 19. [0012]
The first and second folds 12 to 15 are usually formed as one, but it is also possible to reduce the resistance at the time of folding by making double folds.
The first and second outer wall portions 16 to 19 are formed in a rectangular shape, and the longitudinal lengths of the first outer wall portions 16 and 17 are the left and right lengths of the box bottom portion 11 and the longitudinal direction of the second outer wall portions 18 and 19. The length is formed to be substantially the same as the front-rear length of the box bottom 11.
Side plate connecting pieces 32 to 35 are provided on both side end portions of the first outer wall portions 16 and 17 via third fold lines 28 to 31, respectively. The side plate connecting pieces 32 to 35 are formed with diagonal folds 36 to 39 formed in the direction of 45 degrees, for example, with respect to the third folds 28 to 31 starting from the corners of the box bottom 11. And the bending pieces 40-43 are formed in the base side from the diagonal folds 36-39, and the adhesive pieces 44-47 are formed in the front side from the diagonal folds 36-39.
[0013]
Next, the shape of the side plate connecting pieces 32 to 35 will be described. Since the side plate connecting pieces 32 to 35 are formed in substantially the same shape, only the side plate connecting piece 32 will be described here. The length of the diagonal fold 36 formed on the side plate connecting piece 32 is shorter than the diagonal line of the virtual rectangle 66 connected to the first outer wall portion 16 and the second outer wall portion 18, and the bent piece of the side plate connecting piece 32 is formed. Reference numeral 40 denotes a triangular shape surrounded by the oblique crease 36, the third crease 28, and a straight line connecting the outer end of the oblique crease 36 and the outer end of the third crease 28. The adhesive piece 44 is surrounded by the left side of the virtual rectangle 66, the bottom side (rear side) of the virtual rectangle 66, the diagonal fold 36, and a straight line drawn to the left from the outer end of the diagonal fold 36 in parallel to the bottom side. It is formed in a trapezoidal shape. The second outer wall portion 18 and the adhesive piece 44 are separated by a cut 67 formed by a cutter. The other adhesive pieces 45 to 47 and the second outer wall portions 18 and 19 are also separated by the cuts 68 to 70.
[0014]
Next, the first and second inner wall portions 24 to 27 connected to the outside of the first and second outer wall portions 16 to 19 through the first and second double fold lines 20 to 23 will be described.
Wall top plates 62 to 65 are formed between two parallel folds of the first and second double folds 20 to 23, respectively, and both outer corners of the wall top plates 62 to 65 are formed. Is formed round. Both end portions of each of the wall top plates 62 to 65 are overlapped when the assembly is completed.
The first inner wall portions 24 and 25 are formed in a rectangular shape, and the length in the longitudinal direction thereof is shorter than the length in the longitudinal direction of the first outer wall portions 16 and 17. Further, corner shaping pieces 50 to 53 each having a rounded tip are provided on the rear side of both end portions of the first inner wall portion 24 and on the front side of both end portions of the first inner wall portion 25. . The corner shaping pieces 50 to 53 are superposed on the folding pieces 40 to 43 when the first inner wall portions 24 and 25 are folded from the first double folds 20 and 21, respectively, and the tip portions thereof are bent. It is formed in the size which does not protrude outside the pieces 40-43. The corner shaping pieces 50 to 53 are arranged between the second outer wall portions 18 and 19 and the second inner wall portions 26 and 27 together with the bent pieces 40 to 43 when the assembly is completed. Further, notches 54 to 57 are respectively formed on the front side of both side end portions of the first inner wall portion 24 and the rear side of both side end portions of the first inner wall portion 25, that is, on the outer sides.
[0015]
The second inner wall portions 26 and 27 are formed so that the portions connected to the second double folds 22 and 23 are shorter than the longitudinal lengths of the second outer wall portions 18 and 19, respectively. It is formed by gradually widening each. Further, on the left side (outside) of the both side end portions of the second inner wall portion 26 and the right side (outside) of the both side end portions of the second inner wall portion 27, latching pieces that engage with the notches 54 to 57 when the assembly is completed. 58 to 61 are formed. The longitudinal lengths of the second inner wall portions 26 and 27 including the latching pieces 58 to 61 are substantially the same as the longitudinal lengths of the second outer wall portions 18 and 19. In addition, rectangular box bottom contact plates 71 and 72 are provided outside the second inner wall portions 26 and 27, respectively.
As shown in FIG. 2, the first inner wall portions 24 and 25 are folded at the first double folds 20 and 21 and overlapped and bonded to the first outer wall portions 16 and 17, respectively. Parts 48 and 49 are configured.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 3, the first side walls 48 and 49 are folded at the first folds 12 and 13 and overlapped with the box bottom 11. The adhesive pieces 44 to 47 are bonded to the second outer wall portions 18 and 19 in a state where the adhesive pieces 44 to 47 are folded at the oblique folds 36 to 39 and overlapped with the bent pieces 40 to 43.
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the second inner wall portions 26, 27 are folded at the second double fold lines 22, 23 and overlapped with the second outer wall portions 18, 19 to be second sidewall portions 73. , 74 to form a flat primary assembly.
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 7, the second outer wall portions 18 and 19 and the first side wall portions 48 and 49 are erected, and the respective latching pieces 58 to 61 of the second inner wall portions 26 and 27 correspond to each other. Engage with the cutouts 54 to 57 to make an assembled product.
As shown in FIG. 6, when the assembly of the paper folding box 10 is completed, the adhesive pieces 44 to 47 and the bent pieces 40 to 43 form substantially the same plane. The bent pieces 40 to 43 bend the third folds 28 to 31 substantially at right angles, but do not fold the oblique folds 36 to 39, so that the second outer wall portions 18 and 19 are spread outward. The force pushing in the direction is weak. Accordingly, it is difficult for gaps to be formed at the corners of the paper folding box 10 after completion of assembly, the retaining pieces 58 to 61 can be prevented from coming off from the notches 54 to 57, and the strength can be maintained. Also, the paper folding box 10 becomes difficult to break and the appearance can be improved.
[0017]
Next, the manufacturing procedure of the paper folding box 10 will be described.
(Outline forming process)
The paper folding box 10 is first cut by a predetermined punching die and formed in the unfolded state shown in FIG.
(Folding grant process)
The second fold lines 14 and 15 and the third fold lines 28 to 31 are not folded when the primary assembly is manufactured, but are folded only when the assembled product is manufactured after being shipped to the user. Therefore, by providing a fold in advance when manufacturing the primary assembly, it is possible to reduce the burden on the user and perform the assembly work quickly and easily.
[0018]
(Adhesive application process)
For example, a pressure-sensitive adhesive can be transferred and applied to a roller that feeds the folded paper folding box 10. The adhesive has a rectangular range that is long on the left and right sides of the front side of the first inner wall portions 24 and 25, and a rectangular shape corresponding to the rectangular range of the first outer wall portions 16 and 17 near the inside. Apply to each area. Further, the trapezoidal range of the substantially entire surface on the back side of the adhesive pieces 44 to 47 and the trapezoidal range are respectively set on the side of the second outer wall portions 18 and 19 adjacent to each other around the apex of the adjacent corners of the box bottom 11. When rotated, the adhesive is also applied to the front side portions of the second outer wall portions 18 and 19 that overlap in the trapezoidal range. Since the adhesive is applied to both the front and back surfaces of the paper folding box 10 in the unfolded state, the adhesive used is made of a synthetic glue that is difficult to flow.
[0019]
(First side wall forming step)
As shown in FIG. 2, the first double folds 20 and 21 are bent, the first inner wall portions 24 and 25 are polymerized on the first outer wall portions 16 and 17, and a rectangular area where an adhesive is applied is formed. Abut and press to bond.
(Adhesive piece connection process)
As shown in FIG. 3, the first fold lines 12 and 13 are bent so that the first side wall portions 48 and 49 are brought into contact with the box bottom portion 11. Further, the side plate connecting pieces 32 to 35 are folded at the oblique folds 36 to 39, the adhesive pieces 44 to 47 are superposed on the bent pieces 40 to 43, and the adhesive pieces 44 to 47 are bonded to the second outer wall portions 18 and 19. It superposes | polymerizes to the trapezoid range which apply | coated the agent, and the adhesive pieces 44-47 are pressed and bonded to the 2nd outer wall parts 18 and 19. FIG.
[0020]
(Second side wall forming step)
As shown in FIG. 4, the second inner wall portions 26, 27 are folded from the second double fold lines 22, 23, and the second outer wall portions 18, 19 are polymerized with a gap. In this way, a primary assembly can be manufactured. Since the primary assembly is formed in a flat plate shape, it is not bulky during transportation, and the second inner wall portions 26 and 27 are bent, so that the primary assembly can be formed compactly.
[0021]
Next, a procedure for producing a primary assembly and a completed assembly will be described.
(Side wall standing process)
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 7, the second outer wall portions 18 and 19 are placed on the second fold lines 14 and 15 while the second inner wall portions 26 and 27 are placed on the wall top plates 62 and 63 on both sides. When folded from above, the folded pieces 40 to 43 rotate around the oblique folds 36 to 39 to expand from the folded state, and the first side wall portions 48 and 49 have the third folds 28 to 31 and the first folds. The first folds 12 and 13 are rotated around the folds 12 and 13 and are erected. Then, the second inner wall portions 26 and 27 mounted on the wall top plates 62 and 63 are folded again from the second double fold lines 22 and 23, and the respective latching pieces 58 to 61 are correspondingly cut out 54. -57 to make an assembled product. Since the second inner wall portions 26 and 27 are gradually widened toward the outside, the second inner wall portions 26 and 27 are not easily engaged with the notches 54 to 57 when assembled.
As mentioned above, although embodiment which concerns on this invention has been described, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, For example, in the said embodiment, application | coating of an adhesive agent is applied to both adhesive surfaces. However, it may be single-sided. In addition to the glue, other adhesive means such as a double-sided tape can be used.
Furthermore, in this embodiment, the case where a thick cardboard is used has been described. However, when a cardboard such as a coated cardboard or a thin E flute is used, the paper folding box 10 is It can also be used as modified.
That is, in the above-described embodiment, the first inner wall portions 24 and 25 are directly bonded to the first outer wall portions 16 and 17, respectively, but adhesive pieces (not shown) are connected to the outer ends of the first inner wall portions. It is also possible to form and bond this part to the bottom of the box. With this configuration, it is possible to form the first outer wall portion and the first inner wall portion in parallel with each other, and the appearance can be improved.
[0022]
【The invention's effect】
4. The primary assembly of the paper folding box according to claim 1, wherein the adhesive piece is folded at an oblique crease and bonded to the second outer wall portion in a state of being overlapped with the folded piece, and the adhesive piece is obtained when the assembly is completed. Since the bent pieces form the same plane, it is possible to reduce the force for spreading the first and second outer wall portions outward, to facilitate assembly and to prevent deformation during use.
Further, since the first and second inner wall portions are folded in the state of the primary assembly, it is possible to easily assemble the assembly in a short time by facilitating the work when the assembly is completed.
In particular, in the primary assembly of the paper folding box according to claim 2, since the corner shaping piece is provided, the side plate connecting piece and the corner shaping piece are placed inside the second outer wall portion and the second inner wall portion at the time of assembly. Each can be abutted and supported, and positioning can be reliably performed to prevent deformation.
In the primary assembly of the paper folding box according to claim 3, the notch and the latching piece which are engaged with each other are formed on both side end portions of the first and second inner wall portions, respectively. Thus, the first and second inner wall portions can be reliably fixed.
