該算出した待ち時間を、前記通信番号を用いて直ぐ後の後続車の車車間通信装置へ通知すると共に、前方車両から受信した該待ち時間を直ぐ後の後続車の車車間通信装置へ通知する通信手段、
前方車両から待ち時間を受信して表示する表示手段、
前方車両から初めて前記待ち時間を受信した時の時刻を、前記入場待ちを開始した時刻として前記記憶手段に記憶する手段、
