Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a solid fuel grill netter, and in particular, an improved food receiving upper net having a coarse mesh and a heat diffusion lower net having a fine mesh for directly receiving and diffusing the heat of the solid fuel. The present invention relates to a grill for solid fuel.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 3-119335 discloses a pottery having a connection support, which does not touch solid fuel, uses a general heat source, a saucer, a heat diffusion material, a connection support. It is comprised by four members, a tool and a foodstuff receiving net.
As another thing seen in the market, there are many things consisting of three members by integrally providing a connection support such as a shelf on the tray. These conventional heat diffusion materials have a relatively coarse mesh, and some ceramics are used, or some ceramics are subjected to ceramic surface treatment. In addition, the receiving net and the heat diffusing material are deformed by heat and come off from the support portion, so that they do not hang on the stove.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
At inns, drive-ins, golf courses, etc. that handle group customers, solid fuel is often used as a heat source for short-time cooking, but this solid fuel grill has fewer parts and is easy to use. It is desired to be configured as follows.
[0004]
The object of the present invention is that there is no uneven baking of the ingredients, the broth is less likely to evaporate and fall downward, there is no risk of the flame of the heat source disappearing, and the upper and lower nets are stove even if the net is deformed by heat It is an object of the present invention to provide a solid fuel burner that can be safely held without coming off.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The above-mentioned purpose is composed of a food receiving upper net having a coarse mesh and a heat spreading lower net having a thin mesh for directly receiving and diffusing the heat of the solid fuel, and the heat diffusing lower mesh is 30 to 60 mesh. In order to attach a net part having an opening of 0.2 to 0.6 mm, an outer peripheral metal part for connecting and fixing the peripheral part, and an upper net for receiving foods in a detachable and close stack, the outer peripheral metal part is attached. This is achieved by providing a clasp portion provided in the portion.
The same purpose is as follows: an upper net for receiving food having a coarse mesh, and a heat diffusion bottom having a mesh portion of 30 to 60 mesh and an opening of 0.2 to 0.6 mm in order to directly receive and diffuse the heat of solid fuel. A net, a window on the upper surface, a latching edge on the lower surface, an insertion port parallel to the upper surface, and a storage holder that holds the upper and lower nets overlapped with the bottom removed. Is achieved.
[0006]
[Action]
In the case of baking only with an ordinary grilling net without combining the lower net for heat diffusion, the falling of the broth cannot be prevented and the solid fuel flame may disappear. In addition, the flame of the solid fuel is biased toward the grill net, that is, the center of the food, and if the food is large, the degree of burning of the food becomes uneven. In the case of baking only with the lower steel for heat diffusion, since this net portion is greatly deformed by heating, the food cannot be placed stably, and the hot food may fall, which is very dangerous.
In the present invention, two members of the upper net and the lower net are combined, and when the broth comes out, it can be evaporated by the lower net, and the upper net is attached to the lower net in a detachable and close stack. Further, as the third member that can be held in a state where both the upper and lower nets are stacked, a user-friendly one can be obtained by using a storage holder having a window portion on the top surface and a bottom portion omitted.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 shows a top view (A) and a front view (B) of the upper net for receiving food, FIG. 2 shows a top view (A) and a front view (B) of the lower net for heat diffusion, and FIG. The top view of the aspect with which the upper net | network was attached is shown, respectively.
4 is a top view showing an embodiment in which a storage holder is used, and FIG. 5 is a bottom view (A) and an end view (B).
[0008]
In FIG. 1, 10 is a stainless steel food receiving upper net having a coarse mesh 12, 12a is a vertical mesh line, 12b is a horizontal mesh line, and 14 is an edge frame. For example, a stainless steel SUS304 with a diameter of 1.2 mm and an opening of 10 mm is used, and an edge frame of stainless steel SUS304 with a diameter of 3 mm is used. The overall size is 150 mm in both length and width.
[0009]
In FIG. 2, 20 is a stainless steel heat diffusion lower net having a thin mesh for directly receiving and diffusing the heat of solid fuel (not shown), and the mesh portion 22 is not shown in the mesh. A mesh of 30 to 60 mesh and an opening of 0.2 to 0.6 mm is preferable, and a mesh of 40 to 50 mesh and an opening of 0.25 to 0.5 mm is particularly preferable. Reference numeral 22 a denotes an example of a mesh pattern showing a part of the mesh unit 22.
[0010]
Reference numeral 24 denotes an outer peripheral edge gold portion for connecting and fixing the peripheral edge of the mesh portion 22, and 24a denotes a spot welding point. Reference numerals 26 and 28 denote clasp portions provided on the outer peripheral edge metal portion 24 in order to attach and detach the food receiving upper mesh 10 in a detachable and close manner, and reference numeral 28 denotes a spring plate, in particular, a member is inserted. It comes to press. The clasp portions 26 and 28 are not limited to three as in the illustrated example.
For example, the mesh part 22 is made of stainless steel SUS304 with a diameter of 0.18 mm, 50 mesh and an opening of 0.32 mm, the entire diameter is 147 to 149 mm, and the outer peripheral edge metal part 24 is the same material with a thickness of 0.3 mm. With a diameter of 151 mm is used.
[0011]
In FIG. 3, when the food receiving upper net 10 is slid from the lower side to the upper side along the surface of the outer peripheral metal part 24 on the heat diffusion lower net 20, the clasp parts 26, 28 are moved. An embodiment fixed by is shown. The distance between the upper and lower mesh portions 12 and 22 is actually about several mm.
[0012]
4 and 5 show another embodiment. In the lower net 20 according to the previous embodiment, a clasp portion 26 is provided on the outer peripheral metal portion 24 as shown in FIG. In the embodiment, the clasp portion is not provided, the window portion 32 is provided on the upper surface as the third member, the latching edge portions 34a, 34b, 34c are provided on the lower surface, and the insertion port 38 parallel to the upper surface is provided. A storage holder 30 with a bottom portion removed is prepared.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 5, the lower edge shown by the arrow of the storage holder 30 is used as the insertion port 38, and the upper mesh 10 and the lower mesh 20 ′ are sequentially inserted there, and the latching edges 34a, 34b, 34c are respectively inserted. By contacting the concave portion, the upper net and the lower net are held in an overlapped state. A stopper or retaining edge 36 is separately provided at the lower edge. Note that the latching edge, the insertion port, or the retaining edge is not limited to the illustrated example. For example, the latching edge may be 34a and 34b and the insertion port or the retaining edge may be widened to 34c.
FIG. 5 does not show the four corners of the upper net 10 but it is actually visible. Moreover, the edge part is also visible and hidden by the state of insertion. Further, in FIGS. 4 and 5, only a part of the overlapping portion of the upper mesh and the lower mesh is displayed with a broken line, and the display of the most part is omitted.
The upper net and the lower net according to the present invention are preferably made of stainless steel. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and other metals may be used. In this case, treatment such as chrome plating may be performed.
[0014]
By setting the lower net 20 or 20 'for heat diffusion in the lower part, even if the broth is generated from the food during the use of the upper net 10, the liquid evaporates on the sufficiently heated lower net 20 or 20'. Since the phenomenon occurs and cannot pass through the lower net 20, it is difficult to fall. In particular, it is effective when a viscous broth is generated, and specifically includes grilled crabs. Moreover, since the flame of the solid fuel once heats the lower net 20 or 20 ′ and then propagates upward, the way of heat transmission is less biased, and the food can be burned evenly.
[0015]
The mesh portion 22 is preferably a mesh having a mesh size of 30 to 60 mesh and an opening of 0.2 to 0.6 mm, particularly a mesh of 40 to 50 mesh and an aperture of 0.25 to 0.5 mm. At the end of 30 mesh, the eyes are too rough to stop the passage of the broth, and the flame tends to escape to the top, the heat transfer to the ingredients is biased, and the center of the ingredients is large It will burn, but otherwise it will not burn well.
[0016]
In the case of exceeding 60 mesh, the eyes are too fine, and the transfer of heat to the food material of the upper net 10 is substantially blocked. As a result, the heating to the food becomes insufficient. In particular, in grilled crab dishes, it is important for the food and the production that the food is burnt appropriately, but if it exceeds 60 mesh, the food will not burn, so it is not suitable. And when the net | network part 22 burns, since the eyes are fine, the fault that it becomes difficult to remove dirt also arises.
[0017]
A method of setting a fine mesh and a normal grill net (upper net 10) has been provided in various forms from the past, but all are insufficient. A fine mesh (but no outer peripheral metal part) inevitably generates distortion due to thermal expansion and swells mainly upward. When the lower rope swells, the upper net 10 is pushed up, and in the worst case, the upper rope 10 is detached from the stove or the food set on the net 10 falls down.
[0018]
In order to overcome this point, in the conventional example, a fixed interval is provided between the lower mesh and the upper mesh (see, for example, the above-mentioned Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 3-119335). However, if the distance is 1 cm or more, the distance from the heat source such as the solid fuel to the foodstuff becomes long, so that the way of heat transfer to the foodstuff becomes insufficient.
[0019]
On the other hand, if the net is brought closer to the solid fuel in an attempt to reduce the distance from the heat source to the foodstuff, incomplete combustion occurs and formalin is generated, which is a problem. From this, it is necessary to make the distance between the two nets as close as possible in order to give an appropriate burn to the ingredients as in grilled crab dishes.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, there is no unevenness in baking even with large foods, and if the broth comes out, it is less likely to evaporate and fall downward. It is possible to obtain a burner for solid fuel that can be safely held without coming off from the stove.
[0021]
Further, since the two nets 10, 20 or 20 'are closest to each other when the combination is set, a large number of them can be stacked one on top of the other, and the space for storage can be reduced. Furthermore, since the lower net 20 or 20 'and the upper grill net 10 are detachably attached, they can be easily removed and cleaned without being removed from each other.
