Description
【0001】

Evaluation A paper fastener (Fig. 15) (Paper Fastener, Richt) consisting of a single plate-
[0043]
(a) Adhesion resistance experiment All the filing papers are turned over, it is checked whether the paper is fixed on the file mount, and as shown in Fig. 7, the file is swung up and down 10 times (5 reciprocations), and then the paper The fixing condition of the fastener was examined.
[0044]
Further, as shown in FIG. 8, the fixing condition of the paper fastener after opening and closing the file six times (three reciprocations) was also examined.
[0045]
As a result, the paper fastener did not lift from the file mount, and all the sheets were bound and firmly fixed to the file mount.
[0046]
(b) Pendulum / drop experiment As shown in Fig. 7, the file is swung to the left and right 10 times (5 reciprocations) like a pendulum, and then dropped spontaneously once from a height of 80 cm (the height of the office desk in the office). Then, the fixing state of the paper fastener was examined.
[0047]
As a result, the paper fastener was firmly fixed to the file mount with all the sheets bound.
[0048]
(c) When the paper was removed from the sorting experiment file and the paper fastener was further removed, the presence or absence of the sheet waste adhering to the paper fastener or the sheet waste falling around was examined.
[0049]
As a result, in the paper fastener, small thin pieces of the sheet were slightly attached to the corners of the plate-like member, but there was no sheet waste dropped around.
[0050]
Example 2
A paper fastener reinforcing sheet was prepared in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the adhesive layer was formed of a general type double-sided adhesive tape (Nystack, Nichiban Co., Ltd.). (A) Adhesion resistance experiment, (b) Pendulum / drop experiment (C) A fractionation experiment was conducted.
[0051]
As a result, in the (a) adhesion resistance experiment, the paper fastener slightly floated, and Example 1 was superior, but there was no problem in practical use. In (b) pendulum / drop experiment and (c) fractionation experiment, good results were obtained as in Example 1.
[0052]
Example 3
A paper fastener reinforcing sheet was prepared in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the top sheet was made of vinyl cloth (RBA, Dynic), and (a) adhesion resistance experiment, (b) pendulum / drop experiment, (c) fractionation The experiment was conducted.
[0053]
As a result, in the (a) adhesion resistance experiment, the paper fastener slightly floated due to the elongation of the top sheet, and Example 1 was superior, but there was no problem in practical use. (b) In the pendulum / drop experiment, good results were obtained as in Example 1. Further, (c) in the separation experiment, a small thin sheet of the sheet and an adhesive layer were attached to the paper fastener. Therefore, it was found that cloth cloth is more preferable as the top sheet in order to increase the separation efficiency.
[0054]
【The invention's effect】
When the paper fastener reinforcing sheet of the present invention is used, when the paper fastener is fixed to the file mount, the plate-like member of the paper fastener is not exposed on the back surface of the file mount. Therefore, it is possible to solve the problem of catching the plate-like member when the files are arranged on a document shelf or the like and put in and out.
[0055]
Further, the paper fastener can be firmly fixed to the file mount.
[0056]
Further, after the paper fastener is used for filing, the paper fastener can be easily removed from the file mount in a state where there is no adhesion of sheet waste, so that the reuse of the paper fastener can be promoted.
