【発明の実施の形態】
以下、添付図面を参照して説明すると、図示実施の形態は図1で示すように面状アンテナ1をシートバック2の座部面に備えると共に、加圧センサー3をシートクッション4の座部面に備え、人間が着座した時に発生する静電容量を感知することにより、乗員の有無、乗員が大人か,子供か等を判別し、エアーバックの展開,不展開を制御するシステム機構を装備する車輌用シートを例示する。

面状アンテナ1は、図2で示すように静電容量感知用のアンテナ本体10をアンテナ基布11と一体化したもので、座面上部,座面下部並びに車体側部側の土手用1a〜1cに分けて形成されている。また、その面状アンテナ1はアンテナ本体10のターミナル12より導出するハーネス13,カプラー14を付属部品として備えて構成されている。この面状アンテナ1はアンテナ本体10を座部面に取付け配置し、ターミナル12よりハーネス13を座部面に設けた収容空間に組み付けることによりシートバック2のシートパッド20に装備される。

シートパッド20には、図3,図4で示すように収容空間20a〜20cが座部面より段下げさせて設けられている。この収容空間20a〜20cは、面状アンテナ1のターミナル12よりハーネス13を組付け可能な形状に合わせて形成すればよい。例えば、座面上部,座面下部用の面状アンテナ1a,1bに対しては縦長な凹状のものを土手部との臨界部寄りの座部面に設け、また、土手側の面状アンテナ1cに対しては方形のフラットなものをトリムカバーの吊込み溝20dに亘るよう設けることができる。その収容空間20a〜20cには、ハーネス13を含むカプラー14をシートパッド2の背面側に引き出す通し穴20eが内底面に設けられている。

その不織布テープ21a〜21cの他に、面状アンテナ1をトリムカバーを形成するウレタンスラブ等のワディング材の層間に備えるべく、面状アンテナ1を備える面積に相当するワディング材22a〜22cが表皮材と積層される通常厚みのワディング材から分けて別部材に備えられている。このワディング材22a〜22cはシートパッド20の座部面に貼り合わせるもので、個別に形成された面状アンテナ1の座面上部,座面下部並びに車体側部側の土手用1a〜1cを接着固定可能な面積に形成されている。

図示実施の形態では面状アンテナ1の厚み分を除いて、表皮材との積層側は面状アンテナ1の座部表面までの距離を近付けるべく3mm厚み程度に、面状アンテナ1を貼り合わせるワディング材22a〜22cは形態を保持可能な8mm厚み程度に形成されている。この厚み設定は上述した面状アンテナ1を備える面積相当領域のもので、一般面のワディング材は通常通り12mm厚み程度であり、各ワディング材22a〜22cと対応する部分は一般面の面積内を凹状に窪ませ成形することにより薄いワディング層として形成すればよい。
