Description
The present invention is a wind power generator that generates power by causing wind power to act on a windmill and rotating a windmill shaft, and accumulates surplus energy and uses this when shortage keeps the power generation amount in a steady state. It relates to what has a mechanism.
In

In order to solve the above object, the present invention has the following configuration.
(1) The wind turbine generator according to
(A) The first side gear and the second side gear facing each other, the first pinion gear and the second pinion gear meshing with the first and second side gears and facing each other, and the revolution of the first and second pinion gears. A differential gear device comprising a main gear;
(B) a generator (30) driven by the main gear (19);
(C) An air compressor (40) driven by the main gear (19) via the rotational motion transmission means (43) and a compression for storing the air discharged by driving the air compressor (40) An air tank (52),
(D) an air motor (60) driven by compressed air delivered from the compressed air tank (52),
(E) The first side gear (14) is rotationally driven by the wind turbine (11), while the second side gear (15) is rotationally driven by the air motor (60), and (f) the generator When the power generation amount by (30) is in a steady state, the main gear (19) drives only the generator (30), and when the power generation amount is in an excessive state, the main gear (19) is compressed by the air compression. The compressor (40) is driven to store the compressed air in the compressed air tank (52). When the amount of power generation is insufficient, the air motor (60) is driven to rotate the second side gear (15). Thus, it has control means for controlling to keep the rotation speed of the main gear (19) constant.
(2) The wind turbine generator according to
With the differential gear device having the above-described configuration, the main gear always rotates at the average rotational speed regardless of the rotational speeds of the first side gear and the second side gear. When the power generation amount is in a steady state, only the first side gear driven by the windmill rotates to rotate the main gear, and the main gear drives only the generator to generate power.
When the power generation amount becomes excessive from the steady state, the rotation of the main gear is transmitted to the air compressor via the rotation operation transmitting means. When the main gear drives the air compressor in addition to the generator, the load increases, the rotational speed of the first side gear decreases, and the rotational speed of the main gear returns to the steady state. Thereby, the power generation amount also returns to the steady state. On the other hand, the air compressed by the air compressor is stored in a compressed air tank.
When the power generation amount becomes insufficient from the steady state, the air motor is driven by the compressed air in the compressed air tank to rotate the second side gear. By adjusting and controlling the rotation speed of the second side gear according to the decrease in the rotation speed of the first side gear, the rotation speed of the main gear can be returned to the steady state, that is, kept constant. Thereby, the power generation amount also returns to the steady state.
It is preferable that the rotational motion transmission means between the main gear and the air compressor is a clutch mechanism capable of gradually transmitting the rotation. This is to prevent damage to the component due to a sudden transmission of a large force.
In the wind turbine generator of the present invention, the power generation amount of the generator can be maintained in a steady state with a simple structure. In addition, a cost reduction of about 20 to 30% can be realized as compared with the conventional wind power generator. Conventional wind power generation devices were about 20-50% more expensive than thermal power generation and nuclear power generation, but according to the present invention, the cost can be as high as these other power generation methods. It can promote the spread of wind power generation and contribute to environmental protection.
Hereinafter, an actual embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a configuration diagram schematically and schematically showing an example of a mechanism of a
In a general wind power generator, the rotation of the
The
Such a
The rotation of the
On the other hand, the rotation of the
The
The air discharged from the
The outlet of the
The opening / closing and / or flow rate control of each of the
In the illustrated example, the
The
In the steady state of FIG. 1, the
FIG. 2 is a configuration diagram similar to FIG. 1 showing a case where the power generation amount of the generator 30 is in an excessive state. If the wind power is sufficient, the power generation amount of the generator 30 may exceed the target value range. When detecting an excessive power generation state based on the output of the power generation amount sensor 31, the
As a result, when the clutch 43 is in the connected state, the
As described above, the rotational force of the
FIG. 3 is a configuration diagram similar to FIG. 1 showing a case where the power generation amount of the generator 30 is in a shortage state. If there is not enough wind power, the power generation amount of the generator 30 may not reach the target value range. When the
Thereby, compressed air is sent to the
At this time, the rotation speed of the

Step 115: Following

(E) The first side gear (14) is rotationally driven by the wind turbine (11), while the second side gear (15) is rotationally driven by the air motor (60), and (f) the generator When the power generation amount by (30) is in a steady state, the main gear (19) drives only the generator (30), and when the power generation amount is in an excessive state, the main gear (19) is compressed by the air compression. The compressor (40) is driven to store the compressed air in the compressed air tank (52). When the amount of power generation is insufficient, the air motor (60) is driven to rotate the second side gear (15). Accordingly, the wind turbine generator has control means for controlling the rotation speed of the main gear (19) to be kept constant.
