Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a substantially rectangular parallelepiped storage main body in which articles are stored, and a suspension part having a substantially plate shape extending on the upper surface of the storage main body and having a suspension opening, and an upper opening and a lower opening. The present invention relates to a packaging bag formed of a tube-shaped film having a substantially rectangular section.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention]
When packing an absorbent article such as a disposable diaper or a granular material such as pet food, it is formed from a tubular film having a substantially rectangular cross section having an upper opening and a lower opening, and the upper opening and the lower A packaging bag having an opening sealed is used.
[0003]
In the sealing portion of the upper opening portion of the packaging bag having such a configuration, the left and right side surfaces in the vicinity of the upper opening portion of the tubular film are folded inward, and the front and rear surfaces in the vicinity of the upper opening portion are folded back therebetween. The form which adjoined in the state which interposed the right-and-left side face was used (refer patent document 1).
[0004]
Further, for the convenience of carrying the packaging bag, as shown in the packaging bag 101 shown in FIG. 8, the suspension portion 103 is formed by forming an opening 135 in the upper opening sealing portion on the upper surface of the storage body 102. The packaging bag provided with is used. As shown in FIG. 9A, the suspension part 103 has a left gusset part 133 and a right gusset part 134 folded inward, respectively, and a front plate 131 and a rear plate 132 folded between them. It is formed by providing an opening 135 that passes through the front plate 131 and the rear plate 132 and is adjacent to each other with the gusset portion 133 and the right gusset portion 134 interposed therebetween. Note that heat seal portions H101 and H102 are formed in the lateral direction above and below the opening 135 in the suspension portion 103, respectively.
[0005]
However, in the suspension part 103 having such a structure, when carrying the packaging bag 101 by hooking a finger to the opening 135, the load is supported only by the front plate 131 and the rear plate 132. The surrounding strength is weak. Therefore, for example, as shown in FIG. 9B, a reinforcing film 105 (generally 70 to 100 μm in thickness) separate from the tube-like film is provided on the front plate 131 of the suspension part 103 and suspended. The strength of the hand portion 103 is improved.
[0006]
If such a reinforcing film is not provided, the strength around the opening 135 in the hanging part 103 is insufficient, and when the packaging bag 101 is carried by placing a finger on the opening 135, the hanging part 103 The portion above the opening 135 may extend (see FIG. 10) or may be cut off. Recently, there has been a tendency to reduce the thickness of the film due to demands for reducing the cost of the film, and it has become more difficult to secure the strength of the suspension part. Therefore, a reinforcing film is often required. Yes.
[0007]
[Patent Document 1]

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a packaging bag in which a storage body and a suspension part are formed of a tubular film having an upper opening part and a lower opening part, even if the suspension part is not reinforced with a reinforcing film. An object of the present invention is to provide a packaging bag having a sufficient strength of a hanging part and an article packaging structure in which an absorbent article is accommodated in the packaging bag.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to a substantially rectangular parallelepiped storage main body in which articles are stored, and a suspension part having a substantially plate shape extending on the upper surface of the storage main body and having a suspension opening, and an upper opening and a lower opening. A left side cut line extending from the front surface of the tubular film through the left side surface to the rear surface in the vicinity of the upper opening in the tubular film. [0013]
The packaging bag 1 of this embodiment is explained in full detail.
As shown in FIG. 5, the tubular film F in the packaging bag of the present invention is a tubular film having a substantially rectangular cross section having an upper opening F1 and a lower opening F2.
As a raw material for the tube-shaped film in the packaging bag of the present invention, for example, polyethylene, polypropylene, or polyester can be used. In this embodiment, polyethylene is used.
The length of the tube-shaped film, the circumferential length in the cross-sectional direction, the thickness, and the like are appropriately selected based on the size, shape, weight, physical properties, etc. of the packaging bag to be obtained. For the tubular film, the length is preferably 20 cm to 60 cm, the circumferential length in the cross-sectional direction is preferably 50 cm to 100 cm, and the thickness is preferably 40 μm to 100 μm.
[0014]
The “substantially rectangular shape” of the “tubular film having a substantially rectangular cross section” is not limited to a geometric rectangular shape, and includes a film that can be regarded as a rectangle as a whole. For example, it includes those in which each side and each vertex are slightly bent or slightly rounded, and those having a bent portion and a folded portion. In addition, it may be “substantially rectangular” when the packaging bag is completed or the article is stored in the packaging bag. Before the packaging bag is completed (manufacturing) or before the article is stored, Also included are substantially elliptical shapes (see FIG. 5A), collapsed shapes (see FIGS. 5B to 5D), and the like.
[0015]
The packaging bag 1 of this embodiment is provided with the storage main body 2 and the suspension part 3 as shown in FIGS. The storage body 2 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape including a front surface 21, a rear surface 22, a left side surface 23, a right side surface 24, an upper surface 25 and a lower surface 26, and an upper end portion (sealing portion) 27 and a lower end portion (sealing portion) 28. Is sealed and formed.
The “substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape” of the “substantially rectangular parallelepiped storage body” is not limited to a geometrical rectangular parallelepiped shape, and includes an object that can be regarded as a cuboid as a whole. For example, each surface, each side, and each vertex are slightly bent or slightly rounded, or includes a contact portion, a bent portion, and a folded portion.
[0016]
The storage main body 2 can store various articles. Examples of the stored articles include disposable diapers, compressible absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins, pet food, and granular materials such as rice. It is done. In the packaging bag 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of the disposable diapers A are provided between the left side surface 23 and the right side surface 24 of the storage main body 2, and the abdomen and back sides thereof. The parts are stored in series in a compressed and aligned state with the left side surface 23 and the right side surface 24 parallel to each other, and constitute the article packaging structure of this embodiment.
[0017]
As shown in FIG. 1, a substantially plate-like suspension part 3 extends upward on the upper surface 25 of the storage body 2. As shown in FIG. 2, in the hanging part 3, the left gusset part 33 and the right gusset part 34 are located inside the tubular film F from the left side surface 23 and the right side surface 24 of the storage body 2, respectively. It is folded in. In addition, a left gusset portion 33 and a right gusset portion 34 in which a suspension front plate 31 located on the front surface 21 of the storage body 2 and a suspension rear plate 32 positioned on the rear surface 22 of the storage body 2 are folded. Are in close proximity to each other. The left gusset portion 33 and the right gusset portion 34 overlap each other between the hanging part front plate 31 and the hanging part rear plate 32.
Note that the “substantially plate-like” of the “substantially plate-like suspension part” is not limited to a complete plate-like one, but also includes those that can be regarded as a plate-like as a whole. For example, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2A, the front plate 31 and the rear plate 32 are close to each other, but include those that are not completely joined in the thickness direction.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 2, a suspension hole 35 is formed in the suspension portion 3. The suspender opening 35 is formed through the suspender front plate 31 and the suspender rear plate 32 together with the folded left gusset 33 and right gusset 32.
In the present embodiment, the folding top line 33 a of the left gusset portion 33 and the folding top line 34 a of the right gusset portion 34 are both located inward of the both sides of the suspension opening 35. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2 (a), the front plate 31, the right gusset portion 34 (two pieces), the left gusset portion 33 (two pieces), and the rear plate 32 are provided around the central portion in the width direction of the suspension hole 35. These six films are penetrated. Further, the left side periphery of the suspension hole 35 is formed so as to penetrate through four films of the front plate 31, the left gusset portion 33 (two sheets), and the rear plate 32. Further, the periphery of the right side portion of the suspension hole 35 is formed so as to penetrate the four films of the front plate 31, the right gusset portion 34 (two sheets), and the rear plate 32.
[0019]
Each dimension of the hanging part 3 is appropriately selected depending on the circumference of the tubular film F, the lengths of the left cut line C1 and the right cut line C2, the degree of folding of the left gusset part 33 and the right gusset part 34, and the like. The width L1 of the hanging part 3 (see FIG. 3, the same applies hereinafter) is preferably 120 mm to 180 mm, and the width L2 of the hanging hole 35 is preferably 100 mm to 120 mm. The distance L3 from the side end of the hanging hole 35 is preferably 10 mm to 30 mm.
[0020]
Further, the lower ends 3a and 3a (see FIG. 2 (b)) of both side edges of the suspension part 3 are respectively widened toward the upper end edge (sealing part) 27 of the upper surface 25 of the storage body 2. If the lower ends 3a and 3a on both side edges of the suspension part 3 are formed in such a divergent shape, the suspension part 3 in which the lower ends on both sides are formed at right angles as shown in FIG. While there is a risk of breaking easily from the right-angled lower end, the concentrated load on the lower ends 3a and 3a on both side edges of the suspension part 3 is reduced, and such breakage is unlikely to occur.
[0021]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a cutout 41 for cutting the storage body 2 is formed on the upper end (sealing part) 27 of the storage body 2 so as to avoid the suspension part 3. Has been. Further, two perforations 42, 42 are formed through the upper surface 25 of the storage main body 2 to the front surface 21 and through the upper surface 25 to the rear surface 22 so as to extend downward from the tip of the notch 41.
As shown in FIG. 3, when the cutout portion 41 is provided, the storage body 2 can be easily broken from the cutout portion 41 when the storage body 2 is opened. In addition, when the perforation 42 is provided, a cutting line cut from the notch 41 easily extends along the perforation 42.
[0022]
Next, one manufacturing method of the packaging bag of this embodiment is demonstrated with reference to FIG.
First, as shown in FIG. 5 (a), a tubular film F having a substantially rectangular cross section having an upper opening F1 and a lower opening F2 (as described above, it may not necessarily have a substantially rectangular cross section at the time of manufacture). In the vicinity of the upper opening F1 in (good), from the front surface of the tubular film F ("front surface" when the cross section of the tubular film F is substantially rectangular or "front surface" when the packaging bag is completed. The same applies hereinafter) 21 The left cut line C1 extending through the left side surface 23 through the rear surface 22 and the right cut line C2 extending from the front surface 21 of the tubular film F through the right side surface 24 through the rear surface 22 are substantially the same height along the cross section of the tubular film F. To form.
[0023]
Next, as shown in FIG. 5B, the portion 23 (the portion that will eventually become the left side surface 23 of the storage body 2) between the left cut line C1 and the lower opening F2 in the tubular film F is inward. The portion 24 between the right cut line C2 and the lower opening F2 in the tubular film F (the portion that eventually becomes the right side surface 24 of the storage body 2) is folded inward.
Further, the left gusset 33 between the upper opening F1 and the left cut line C1 in the tubular film F is folded so as to be located inward of the portion 23, and the upper opening F1 and the right in the tubular film F are The right gusset portion 34 between the cut line C2 is folded so as to be located inward of the portion 24.
[0024]
Further, as shown in FIG. 5 (c), a left gusset in which a suspender front plate 31 positioned at the upper part of the front surface 21 and a suspender rear plate 32 positioned at the upper part of the rear surface 22 of the tubular film F are folded. The part 33 and the right gusset part 34 are placed in close proximity. Here, the left gusset 33 and the right gusset 34 are overlapped.
Moreover, the notch part 41 and the perforation 42 are formed in the predetermined position of the left cut line C1.
[0025]
Then, as shown in FIG.5 (d), it heat-rolls to the upper edge part and lower edge part of the hanging part front board 31 and the hanging part rear board 32 in the horizontal direction, respectively, and heat roll part H1 and H2 are made. Then, the suspension part 31 is formed. Further, heat sealing is performed laterally below the left and right cut lines C1 and C2 on the front surface 21 and the rear surface 22 of the tubular film F to form a heat seal portion H3. An edge portion (sealing portion) 27 is formed.
[0026]
Thereafter, a plurality of disposable diapers A are disposed between the left side surface 23 and the right side surface 24 of the storage body 2 from the lower opening F2 of the tubular film F, and the ventral side portion and the back side portion thereof are on the left side surface. 23. Store in series in a compressed and aligned state parallel to the right side surface 24 (see FIG. 3). Thereafter, the lower opening F2 is sealed.
Thus, the packaging bag 1 of this embodiment in which the disposable diaper A is stored in a compressed and aligned state, that is, the article packaging structure of this embodiment is obtained.
[0027]
In the packaging bag of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 6 (a), the suspension opening 35 penetrates at least the vicinity of the folding vertex 33a of the left gusset portion 33 and the vicinity of the folding top line 34a of the right gusset portion 34. It needs to be formed. By forming in this way, at least the strength of the outer portion from both sides of the suspension hole 35 in the suspension portion 3 is increased.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 6B, in order for the suspension part 3 to be formed of at least four films over the entire width direction, at least the folded top line 33a of the left gusset part 33 and the right gusset part. It is necessary that the folding top line 34a of 34 is in contact.
[0028]
Further, as in the embodiment shown in FIG. 2 (a), in order that at least a part of the suspension opening 35 is formed through six films, the suspension portion front plate 31 and the suspension portion rear portion are formed. It is necessary that the left gusset portion 33 and the right gusset portion 34 overlap with the plate 32.
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 6C, in order for the suspension opening 35 to be formed through the six films over the entire width direction, the folding vertex 33a of the left gusset 33 is formed. Is located on the right side of the right edge of the hanging hole 35 and the folding apex 34a of the right gusset portion 34 needs to be located on the left side of the left side edge of the hanging hole 35.
[0029]
According to the packaging bag of the present embodiment, the suspension part 3 extends over the entire width direction by effectively utilizing the vicinity of both side edges of the suspension part that has not been effectively utilized in the conventional packaging bag. In particular, since at least a part of the suspension hole 35 is formed so as to penetrate through the six films, it has sufficient strength without using a reinforcing film. A suspension part 3 is formed. Moreover, the suspension part 3 is stronger than the suspension part (see FIGS. 8 and 9) in a conventional packaging bag reinforced with a reinforcing film.
Moreover, according to the article packaging structure of the present embodiment, a large amount of disposable diapers can be efficiently stored in a packaging bag having a strong suspension part.
[0030]
