Description
【0001】

[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above configuration has the following problems.
Landmine debris remains in the earth and sand because it detonates and moves as it is in the excavated earth and sand. Also, landmines that are not exploded by the rotation of the milling drum are discharged out of the box or milling drum area by reversing the rotation of the milling drum. These debris and unprocessed landmines must be collected again in a separate process, transported to a safe place, etc., and processed, which requires a great deal of man-hours.
Landmines are supposed to explode due to the pressure of earth and sand, but if the pressure due to earth and sand is low, the landmines may not explode. Further, since the milling drum is rotated in the direction opposite to the traveling direction, the mine is dug up, and there is little opportunity to hit the mine, and the mine may not be exploded or destroyed, and the reliability of the processing work is low.
[0007]
The present invention has been made paying attention to the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an antipersonnel landmine disposer having a processing structure capable of processing an antipersonnel landmine efficiently, reliably and safely.
[0008]
[Means, actions and effects for solving the problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided an antipersonnel mine disposer including a work implement for treating an antipersonnel mine buried in the ground in front of a self-propelled vehicle. A rotor that can rotate in the same direction as the traveling direction of the traveling vehicle, and a box-shaped rotor cover that covers the rotor and that is open on the front and below, and in the front open part of the rotor cover, It is configured to have a basket to capture unprocessed landmines.
[0009]
According to the first invention, since the rotor can be rotated in the same direction as the traveling direction of the self-propelled vehicle, landmines and debris in the earth and sand are swept up by the rotor and jumped forward from above in the rotor cover. . These landmines and debris are captured in a basket provided in the front opening of the rotor cover. Therefore, landmines can be blown and destroyed by the rotor, debris and the like can be collected and captured by the basket, and transported by the self-propelled vehicle. That is, a series of antipersonnel landmine disposal operations can be completed in one process, and work efficiency can be improved.
[0010]
According to a second invention, in the first invention, the basket is rotatably attached to the rotor cover, and is configured to be able to open and close a front opening portion of the rotor cover by an opening / closing drive means.
[0011]
According to the second invention, since the basket can be opened and closed by the opening / closing drive means, it is possible to safely and easily transport, drop, and process mine fragments and unprocessed landmines to an appropriate place.
[0014]
3rd invention is an antipersonnel landmine processing machine, It is provided with the work machine which processes the antipersonnel landmine buried in the ground ahead of the self-propelled vehicle, The work machine is the same direction as the advancing direction of the self-propelled vehicle A rotor that can be rotated, a box-shaped rotor cover that covers the rotor, and has a front and lower opening, and a mine fragment and an unprocessed land mine provided at the front opening of the rotor cover. The basket has at least one repulsion plate provided inside the rotor cover that promotes the destruction of landmines.
[0015]
According to the third aspect of the invention, the basket is provided in the front opening portion of the rotor cover, and the repulsion plate is provided in the rotor cover. Therefore, when the landmine passes through the rotor cover and is sent forward, it collides with the repulsion plate, and the destruction is promoted. Moreover, it is possible to easily and reliably capture landmine fragments in the earth and sand, and landmines released to the front of the rotor cover without being exploded or destroyed. Therefore, it is possible to complete a series of anti-personnel landmine disposal operations such as mine blasting, destruction, collection, capture and transportation in a single process, improving work efficiency and ensuring landmine disposal. The degree is improved.
[0016]
According to a fourth invention, in any one of the first to third inventions, a protective member is provided below the rear end portion of the rotor cover to prevent scattering of mine fragments and the like.
[0017]
According to the fourth invention, since the protection member is provided at the rear end and lower part of the rotor cover, it is possible to prevent earth and sand and mine fragments from scattering to the vehicle body side. Will not interfere with the work.
[0018]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0022]
Since the antipersonnel landmine disposer of the present invention has the above-described processing structure, the following effects can be obtained.
Since the basket is provided in the front opening part of the rotor cover, it is possible to capture mine fragments in the earth and sand, unprocessed landmines released to the front of the rotor cover without being crushed. Therefore, it is possible to blast and destroy mines with a rotor, collect and capture debris with a basket, transport them with a self-propelled vehicle, and complete a series of antipersonnel landmine disposal operations in one process, thus improving work efficiency. Can be improved. In addition, since the opening / closing drive means for opening and closing the basket is provided, the dropping operation of the fragments in the basket can be performed easily and safely.
Since the repellent plate is provided in the rotor cover, when the mine passes through the rotor cover and is sent forward, it collides with the repellent plate, so that the destruction is promoted and the mine treatment can be ensured and reliable. The degree is improved.
Since the protective member is provided at the lower rear end of the rotor cover, it is safe to prevent earth and sand and mine fragments from scattering to the vehicle body side. Never come.
[0023]
In the above embodiment, the basket opening / closing drive means is a hydraulic cylinder, but it may be a pneumatic cylinder, an electric type, or a mechanical type such as a winch. In addition, although two repulsion plates are used, one or three or more may be used. Furthermore, the protective member provided at the rear portion of the rotor cover is a warm chain, but may be a strip-shaped steel plate, for example.
