Description
The present invention mainly relates to a life reaction determination apparatus for watching a resident in a private room of a care facility, and relates to a life reaction determination apparatus for efficiently determining abnormal or normal behavior in a short time for each watching item.
For example, there are devices described in
In the conventional apparatus, the daily life rhythm of the cared person or the like is judged, and a problem remains in the means for judging whether or not it is normal. That is, as in the prior art, the means for determining whether or not the information is normal based on information such as no action or a decrease in action cannot be determined until an arbitrary set time has elapsed.
For example, in the determination method in which it is determined that there is no action when there is no action throughout the day, an abnormality is determined only after it becomes clear that there is no action in 24 hours, so this determination takes at least 24 hours. . On the other hand, in the determination method in which action history information is stored in advance and this information is compared with the current action for determination, the accuracy of the determination depends on the action history information. However, it is difficult to accurately determine whether the action history information can be the basic information of a highly accurate determination criterion because there are individual differences in the stability of the action. In addition, the current behavior to be compared with the behavior history information requires a comparison with a series of behavior patterns because information is insufficient for a single behavior. As a result, it is difficult to combine action patterns necessary for accurate determination, and there is an inconvenience that requires time for determination.
Further, according to the monitoring system described in
On the other hand, in the monitoring device described in
Furthermore, in
That is, the system of
As described above, in the conventional apparatus, a lot of time is required for a preparation period for collecting data, and a lot of time is also required for data analysis for combining and comparing a plurality of types of data. As a result, many problems such as difficulty in accurate determination remain.
Therefore, the present invention was created to solve the above-mentioned problems, enabling a quick preparation by shortening the preparation period, enabling quick determination without taking time for data analysis, and a plurality of types of data. It is an object of the present invention to provide a life response determination apparatus capable of accurate determination without combining the above.
In order to solve the problems of the art, the first means of the present invention is to set the watching items divided into items such as waking up, washing, eating, cleaning, resting, restroom, bathing, sleeping etc. The life reaction detection means 1 for detecting the start time and end time of the action for each watch item and the number of actions by the sensor installed for each watch item, and the output from the life reaction detection means 1 is input and stored for each watch item. The input information storage means 2 and, on the other hand, determination information consisting of a sensor number of a sensor installed for each watching item and a processing symbol indicating the action content for each watching item as the presence or absence of action or the excess or deficiency of action. When the determination information input means 6 to be input in advance, the determination information storage means 3 for storing the determination information input by the determination information input means 6, and the input information from the input information storage means 2 are shared. , An item-by-item
The item-by-item determination means 5

An action input variable that leads to two kinds of judgments with different judgment timings: a judgment that is judged to be normal when there is an action, and a judgment that is judged to be abnormal when there is no action ;
Judgment comparison reference variable consisting of the number of times of over- or under-action judgment for each watch item ,
A determination correction variable that makes the determination result of life response positive when abnormal, negative when normal ,

The determination result is obtained by a determination calculation formula based on .
The second means is provided with a determination result output means 7 for notifying the outside of the result determined by the item determining means 5 as means for solving the problem.
According to
In addition , by the item-by-
Further , the item-by-item determination means 5 obtains a determination result by a determination calculation formula based on an action input variable, a determination comparison reference variable, a determination correction variable, and a polarity reversal variable, and therefore combines many different types of data. An accurate determination can be made without any problem. Moreover, it is possible to know not only abnormal or normal two choices but also abnormal and normal levels from the result of the judgment calculation formula.
In
As described above, according to the present invention, the preparation period can be shortened to enable early use, data analysis can be performed quickly without requiring time, and accurate determination can be performed without combining multiple types of data. It produces various effects that have never been seen before.
The best mode of the determination apparatus of the present invention sets watching items that divide the state of living behavior into items such as waking up, washing up, eating, cleaning, resting, toilets, bathing, sleeping and the like. Moreover, the living reaction detection means 1 which detects the start time and end time of action for every watch item, and the frequency | count of action with the sensor installed for every watch item is provided. Furthermore, an input information storage means 2 is provided for watching and outputting the output from the life reaction detection means 1 for each item. On the other hand, determination information in which determination information including sensor numbers of sensors installed for each of the watching items and processing contents indicating the action contents for each watching item, the presence / absence of the action, or the processing symbol indicating the excessive or insufficient action is input in advance. Input means 6 is provided. A determination information storage means 3 for storing the determination information input by the determination information input means 6 is provided. Furthermore, an item-by-item
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In the device according to the present invention, watching items are set by classifying the state of living behavior into waking up, washing up, eating, cleaning, resting, toilet, bathing, sleeping, and the like. And it is an apparatus which judges whether action is normal or abnormal for every watching item. This determination is made by comparing input information obtained from actual behavior with determination information input in advance for each watching item.
The input information is data obtained by a sensor installed for each watch item in the life reaction detection means 1, and detects the start time and end time of the action and the number of actions for each watch item. Install at least one sensor for each watch item, and install multiple sensors as necessary. The input information storage means 2 stores these data as input information.
On the other hand, the determination information is information input in advance by the determination information input means 6. As this determination information, each sensor number and processing symbol of the sensor installed for each watch item is input and stored in the determination information storage means 3. This processing symbol is obtained by quantifying the action content for each watch item. For example, the presence of behavior is processing
Table 1 shows the relationship between processing symbols and determination methods.
In Table 1, the action shortage indicates that the number of actions is less than the number of determinations. On the other hand, “being excessive” indicates that the number of actions is larger than the number of determinations. In addition, the association between items means that if an action is detected within the overlapping time zone of other items with overlapping judgment time zones, it is considered that there is also an action in that item. When the action is not detected in the item and the action is detected in another item, the result is reflected in the item determination. The watching item having the inter-item association function is set as the
In order to make a determination by comparing the input information obtained from the actual action with the determination information input in advance for each watching item in advance, the item-by-item
In the item-by-item determination means 5, the determination time is different between a determination that is determined to be normal when there is an action and a determination that is determined to be abnormal when there is no action between the start time and the end time in the input information for each watch item. Make two judgments. Then, when either one can be determined first, the determination is terminated and the result is reported. For example, if wake-up confirmation is selected as a watch item, it is not possible to determine whether or not it is abnormal unless it is determined that there is no action (no wake-up) and wait until the watch end time. However, when two determinations are performed with different determination timings: a determination that is determined to be normal when there is an action and a determination that is determined to be abnormal when there is no action, it is determined that there is an action (wakes up) and is normal. When the determination is made, there is no need to wait until the watching end time. As a result, the notification timing can be shortened.
E=(a‐b+c)×d
E… a…比較値a(行動入力変数),b…比較値b(判定比較基準変数),c…
To make a determination by comparing the input information and the determination information, the determination result is obtained by the determination calculation formula of the item-by-item determination means 5. This determination calculation formula is as follows.
E = (ab−c) × d
E: As a result of judgment of life reaction, the numerical value indicates the degree of polarity whether it is abnormal or normal. E is a positive value (0, 1, 2,...) When abnormal, and E is a negative value (−1, −2,...) When normal. a ... comparison value a (behavior input variable), b ... comparison value b (determination comparison reference variable), c ... determination correction variable, variable for processing purpose that makes the result of E a positive value when abnormal and a negative value when normal . d: Polarity reversal variable, polarity variable for calculating the presence / absence of action and excess / insufficiency with the same formula.
In Table 2, Ni is the action input count value of the watching item, Nr is the determination count value of the watching item, and Nx is the action input addition value of each item in a time zone where the monitoring item and the determination time overlap.
E=(2−0−1)×−1=−1
E=(4−0−1)×−1=−3
E=(10−6+0)×1=4
Table 3 shows an example in which the determination result is obtained by the determination calculation formula.
In this table, the determination of watch item No. 0 (wake-up) is as follows.
E = (2-0-1) × −1 = −1
This results in normality and
Similarly, the determination result of watch item No. 1 (washing surface) is as follows.
E = (4-0-1) × −1 = −3
This results in normality and
Similarly, the determination of watch item No. 2 (rest) is as follows.
E = (10−6 + 0) × 1 = 4
As a result, the degree of abnormality is 4. According to this determination, the rest is abnormal due to excessive behavior.
FIG. 1 shows elements of processing that is determined from input information and determination information. Input memory information is not stored in chronological order, but when there is a sensor input, the sensor No. specified in the corresponding item in the watch time zone matches the sensor No. that has been entered. The input storage information is updated. If the determination information of the item includes a processing symbol for performing determination processing with sensor input action detection, the determination processing is performed subsequently. In addition, even when the current time is the last watching time, a determination process determined by the processing symbol of the item is performed.

FIG. 5 shows a flowchart of processing in the determination apparatus of the present invention.
In the figure, between the “end time?” To “life reaction determination”, two determinations are performed: determination based on action detection and determination based on end time. In the figure, a symbol “;” indicates a comment of the process described on the left. The comment on “Life Activity Count” indicates that if there is a sensor input that is behavior detection, the sensor No. specified in the corresponding item in the watch period matches the sensor No. that has been entered. The input storage information is updated. In “life reaction determination”, determination is made by a processing method determined by a determination symbol of determination information. In “Determination end?”, The determination ends when either normal or abnormal determination is made. In “determination result output”, a determination signal is output to the outside, and the determination result is displayed. In the “release process”, the count information is erased and initialized.
