Description

The present invention relates to a head support that is fixed to a top end of a parapet or the like provided on the roof of a building, and to which the head is attached, and more particularly to a head support that is suitable for an inclined top end.

As shown in FIG. 6, as a conventional head supporter, a fixed plate portion 53 having a substantially H-shaped cross section is fixed to a top end surface 52 such as a parapet 51, and uneven engagement is formed on both outer surfaces thereof. There is a plate-like portion 55 that can be engaged with the portion 54 and is fixed by press-fitting with a clamp 56 at an appropriate height so that the vertical position of the headboard 57 can be adjusted (for example, see Patent Document 1).

As shown above, some of the conventional head supporters can be adjusted in the vertical direction. However, if the top end surface of a frame such as a parapet is tilted, the head support surface is directly attached to the top end surface. If it was attached to the headboard, the head support was tilted, and the tip of the side face hit the side of the housing, and it could not be attached. In addition, even if the headboard support can be attached to the top end face, the headboard tilts and the side face of the headboard cannot maintain the vertical plane, but one side spreads toward the lower end and the other end narrows toward the lower end. There is a problem that the housing of the housing is deteriorated, and it is difficult to connect the corners of the housing easily and surely. In any case, there has been a problem that the appearance of the appearance deteriorates.
For this reason, when the top end surface is inclined, as shown in FIG. 7, the head support 72 is horizontally mounted using the bracket 71 or the like and attached to the top end surface 73, and then the head 74 is attached. In addition to the labor and time required for construction, special parts such as specially shaped headboards and special brackets were required according to the inclination.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and when the top end surface of a frame such as a parapet is inclined, without trying to maintain the support or headboard in a horizontal state against the inclination, Adopting the idea of installing while maintaining the inclined state according to the inclination, and maintaining the drooping side surface of the headboard in a vertical state, absorbing the change in angle so that it can be supported accurately, It is intended to provide a cap support that can be installed nicely while maintaining good condition and good fit.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a fixing portion having a fixing surface that can be fixed to a top end portion of a casing on which a cap is attached, and a fixing portion that can be locked to both side locking portions hanging from the cap. And a cap support member that can be mounted at different angles at both ends to form a cap support, and a fitting portion is formed at both ends of the adhering portion. A headboard support is formed by forming an opposing fitting portion that can be fitted to the fitting portion at an arbitrary angle on the inner side of the head.
The fitting portion and the opposing fitting portion form a sandwiching portion and a sandwiched portion that fit in a rotatable manner, and a plurality of parallel engagement grooves or engagements are formed on either one of the fitting contact surface portions. It is also possible to form an engaging strip having a corresponding shape that can mesh with the mating groove and to form an engaging strip or an engaging groove corresponding to the engaging strip on the other side.

Alternatively, the fitting portion of the fixing portion forms a clamping portion or a clamped portion that can be rotatably held at both end portions, and an engagement portion that can lock and fix the rotation to the outside thereof. The opposite fitting portion of the headboard engaging member forms a sandwiched portion or a sandwiched portion corresponding to the sandwiched portion or the sandwiched portion on the inner side and the engaging portion on the outside thereof. It can be set as the structure which formed the opposing engaging part which can be locked and fixed with respect to it.
In this case, the engaging portion has a configuration in which a plurality of parallel engaging grooves or an engaging strip having a corresponding shape capable of meshing with the engaging groove is formed, and the opposing engaging portion is a corresponding engaging strip or It is preferable that the engagement groove is formed.
In addition, the fixing part has a structure having a fixing part at both ends, and the headboard engaging member has an inner end part of the plate material that can be attached to the fixing part, and an outer part is folded at a desired angle. It can be configured.

According to the headboard support tool of the present invention, even if the top end surface of a frame such as a parapet is inclined, the headboard engaging member can be attached to the fixing portion in accordance with the inclination, so that the headboard remains in an inclined state. Moreover, it is possible to realize an installation state that exactly matches the headboard while maintaining the hanging side surface portion of the headboard in a vertical state. For this reason, even if it is a corner | angular part of a housing, the accommodation state of a cap is fixed, and the gap between a cap and a housing does not change widely, and it will look good.

The connecting member 7 has a plate-like flat hollow body, and is formed so that the connecting piece 9 can be fitted into the openings 7a and 7a at both ends. In this embodiment, the connecting member 7 and the connecting piece 9 are fitted in the opening 7a. However, the connecting member 7 and the connecting piece 9 may be formed with holes in the vertical direction and fixed with screws or the like. 7 and the connecting piece 9 may be adjusted so that the length of the fixing portion 2 can be adjusted by opening a long hole along the width direction of the housing and fastening with a bolt nut through the long hole. Although it is preferable that it can be installed according to the width of the top end surface 4a, the fixing portion 2 may not be formed by a plurality of members, but may be formed integrally.
The form of the adhering portion 2 in a state where the adhering members 6 and 6 and the connecting member 7 are connected is configured to be along the inclined top end face 4a.

The cap engagement member 3 is formed by forming a downward folded piece portion on both side portions of the fixing portion 2 and locking the both side locking portions of the cap 5, and a clamped portion as an opposing fitting portion from the inside to the inside. 15 is formed so that the tip of the sandwiched portion 15 is formed in a substantially C shape with a longitudinal section opened outward, and the sandwiched portion 15 is pivotably sandwiched by the sandwiching portion 10. In the present embodiment, the sandwiched portion 15 is formed so as to fit in the sandwiched portion 10, but conversely, the sandwiched portion 10 may be formed so as to fit in the sandwiched portion 15.
An inclined surface 3a that is bent in the protruding direction of the sandwiched portion 15 is formed above the headboard engaging member 3, and a bent curved surface 3b is formed by bending the upper surface in the protruding direction. The upper surface 3c of the fold surface 3b is shaped to be slidable on the lower surface 11a of the engagement protrusion 11, and an engagement strip 16a having a substantially triangular cross section is provided on the surface portion along the longitudinal direction of the housing. The counter engaging portion 16 is engageable with the joint portion 14. In this embodiment, the engaging groove 14 a is provided in the engaging portion 14, and the engaging strip 16 a is provided in the opposing engaging portion 16, but the engaging strip is engaged in the engaging portion 14 and the opposing engaging portion 16 is engaged. A groove may be provided. Moreover, the shape of the engaging groove 14a and the engaging strip 16a is not specifically limited, It is good also as a cross-sectional substantially semicircle shape, a cross-sectional substantially rectangular shape, etc.
Moreover, the lower part of the head-shell engaging member 3 is a head-board engaging piece 3d, and a head-side engaging part 3e to which the both-side locking parts 5c of the head board 5 can be locked is formed at the lower end. The length of the cap engagement piece 3d is set to an appropriate length that can cover the casing side surface 4b.

The headboard 5 is a long plate material, and is formed so as to be attached to the top end portion along the inclined top end surface 4a of the housing and maintaining a gap, and both longitudinal side portions thereof are connected to the headboard engaging portion 3e. It can be locked. That is, the curved surfaces 5b and 5b are formed by bending both sides of the inclined surface 5a along the top end surface 4a of the housing 4 in a vertical surface state parallel to the housing side surface 4b. Both side locking portions 5c and 5c that can be locked to the headboard engaging member 3 are formed by bending the lower end portion of 5b inward at substantially right angles.

Hereinafter, a method for attaching the headboard 5 will be described.
The connecting piece 9 of the fixing tool 6 is fitted into both openings 7a of the connecting member 7 to form the fixing portion 2, and a bolt 17 or the like is inserted into the fixing hole 13 provided in the fixing surface 8c, so that the top end surface 4a is inserted. The fixing portion 2 is fixed, and the fixing portion 2 is disposed on the top end surface 4a of the casing 4 at appropriate intervals along the casing width direction.
Next, as the headboard engaging member 3 is slid in the longitudinal direction of the casing, the sandwiched portion 15 is sandwiched by the sandwiching portion 10, and the engagement groove 14 a of the engaging portion 14 is engaged with the engagement line of the opposing engagement portion 16. 16a is locked and it couple | bonds with the adhering part 2. FIG. At this time, by changing the position of the engaging groove 14a with which the engaging strip 16a engages, the angle of the headboard engaging member 3 with respect to the fixing surface 8c can be changed. For example, when the top end surface 4a has a gentle slope, as shown in FIG. 2, the engaging strip 16a of the headboard engaging member 3 on the outer side (left side) of the casing is placed in the middle portion to the inner side portion of the engaging groove 14a. Engage and engage the engaging strip 16a of the right headboard engaging member 3 with the middle or outer side of the engaging groove 14a. When the top end surface 4a has a steep slope, as shown in FIG. 3, the engaging strip 16a of the headboard engaging member 3 on the outer side (left side) of the casing is engaged with the outer side portion of the engaging groove 14a, and the right side Is engaged with the inner side of the engaging groove 14a.

Unlike the above, the headboard engaging member 3 may be connected to both sides of the fixing portion 2 at a predetermined angle in the same manner as described above, and the headboard support 1 may be fixed to the top end of the casing. .
Regardless of which method is used, the distance between the inner wall engaging portion 3e of the inner and outer outer wall engaging members and the side surface of the casing is substantially constant. Then, the headboard 5 may be attached.
As described above, the head support 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention can be attached to the top end surface 4a of the casing 4 at any inclination angle. By changing the mounting angle, the headboard 5 can be attached so that the folded curved surface 5b of the headboard 5 hangs down.

A large number of parallel engaging grooves 26a having a substantially triangular shape are formed, which are rotatably fitted to a sandwiched portion 27 of a headboard engaging member 23, which will be described later, and can be engaged at an appropriate angle.

The cap engaging member 23 is formed by forming a downward folded piece portion on both sides of the fixing portion 2 and locking the both side locking portions of the cap 5, and a clamped portion as an opposing fitting portion from the inside to the inside. 27, the tip of the sandwiched portion 27 is formed in a substantially C-shaped longitudinal section, and an engagement strip 27a that can mesh with the engagement groove 26a of the sandwiching portion 26 is provided on the outer peripheral surface portion.
Below the headboard engaging member 23 is a headboard engaging piece 23a, and at the lower end, a headboard engaging portion 23b to which the hooking portion 24a of the headboard 24 can be locked is formed. The length of the cap engagement piece 23a is set to an appropriate length that can be covered by the casing side surface 4b.

Like the headboard 5 of the first embodiment, the headboard 24 is formed so as to be attached to the top end portion along the inclined top end face 4a of the housing and maintaining a gap.

Hereinafter, a method for attaching the headboard 24 will be described.
The connecting piece 9 of the fixing tool 25 is fitted into both the opening portions 7a of the connecting member 7 to form the fixing portion 22, and a bolt 17 or the like is inserted into the fixing hole 13 provided in the fixing surface 8c to the top end surface 4a. The fixing portions 22 are fixed, and the fixing portions 22 are arranged on the top end surface 4a of the casing 4 at appropriate intervals along the casing width direction.
Next, as the headboard engaging member 3 is slid in the longitudinal direction of the casing, the engaging groove 26a of the holding portion 26 and the engaging strip 27a of the held portion 27 are engaged with each other. At this time, by changing the position of the engaging groove 26a with which the engaging strip 27a is engaged, the angle of the headboard engaging member 23 with respect to the fixing surface 8c can be changed. For example, as shown in FIG. 4 (b), by engaging an engaging strip 27a provided above the headboard engaging member 23 on the outer side (left side) of the housing with an intermediate portion or an outer side portion of the engaging groove 26a. The headboard engaging member 23 can be tilted inward, and the headboard engaging member 23 can be tilted outward by engaging with the intermediate portion or the inner side portion.
When the cap engaging member 23 is engaged with the fixing portion 22 at an appropriate angle, the both-side locking portions 24a at the tip of the cap 24 manufactured according to the shape of the cap support 21 are engaged with the cap engaging portion 23b. The headboard 24 can be attached to the top end surface 4 a of the housing 4.
As described above, the head support 21 of the second embodiment can be attached to the top end surface 4a of the housing 4 at any inclination angle, and the mounting angle of the head engagement member 23 can be adjusted according to the inclination of the top end surface 4a. By changing, the headboard 24 can be attached so that the gap between the bent curved surface 24b of the headboard 24 and the housing side surface 4b is not conspicuous.

The fixing portion 32 is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment except for the configuration of the outer portion 35a of the fixing tool 35.
On the outer surface 35b of the fixing tool 35, a fixing portion 36 is projected as a fitting portion, and an attachment portion for a cap engagement member 33 to be described later is formed in an opening 36a opened in a substantially rectangular shape of the fixing portion 36. 37 is formed so that it can be attached.

The scab engaging member 33 is formed by forming a downward folded piece portion on both sides of the fixing part 32 and locking the both ends of the scab 34. The inner end part is used as an attachment part 37 as an opposing fitting part. The part 37 is formed so as to be fitted into the opening 36 a of the fixed part 36. In the present embodiment, the attachment portion 37 is fitted to the fixing portion 36 for attachment, but the present invention is not limited to this, and holes are formed in the fixing portion 36 and the attachment portion 37 in the vertical direction, and screws are used. You may fasten.
The outer end portion of the cap member engaging member 33 is formed as a cap member engaging piece 33a that is bent downward at a desired angle, and a cap member engaging portion 33b that can be engaged with the both side engaging portions 34a of the cap member 34 is formed at the lower end. The length of the cap engagement piece 33a is set to an appropriate length that can be covered by the casing side surface 4b.
The cap board engaging member 33 is prepared by bending at various angles.

The headboard 34 is formed so as to be attached to the top end portion along the inclined top end face 4a of the casing and maintaining a gap, like the headboard 5 of the first embodiment.

Hereinafter, a method for attaching the cap 34 will be described.
The connecting piece 9 of the fixing tool 36 is fitted into both openings 7a of the connecting member 7 to form the fixing portion 32, and a bolt 17 or the like is inserted into the fixing hole 13 provided in the fixing surface 8c to be fixed to the top end surface 4a. The portion 2 is fixed, and the fixing portions 32 are arranged on the top end surface 4a of the casing 4 at appropriate intervals along the casing width direction.
Next, the mounting portion 37 is fitted into the opening 36 a of the fixing portion 36, in which the headboard engaging member 33 is formed at both ends of the fixing portion 32. At this time, out of the coping engagement members 33 bent at various angles, the one that fits the top end surface 4a of the casing 4 is selected and fitted. Thereby, the angle with respect to the adhering surface 8c of the headboard engaging member 33 can be changed, and a gap can be appropriately maintained from the housing side surface 4b. For example, as shown in FIG. 5 (b) or (c), when the top end surface 4a of the casing 4 has a gentle slope, the headboard engaging member 33 installed on the outer side (left side) of the casing 4 has a large inner angle. When the top end surface 4a of the housing 4 has a steep slope, the one with a small inner angle is selected and fitted.
