Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a lattice panel mounting device disposed on the outer surface of a building frame.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A plurality of spaced lattice panels are attached to the outer surface as a finishing member of the outer surface of a wall surface, ceiling, column, or blindfold structure (for example, a cooling tower) of a building.
A representative example of this structure is disclosed in Utility Model Registration No. 2578298. In this example, a stringer (attachment receiving member) is fixed to the outer surface of a building frame via a locking tool (support material), and a plurality of spacers in the longitudinal direction of the stringer are provided on both side edges of the locking portion. It has a structure that elastically locks the edges of the lattice panel.
[0003]
Both side edges of the locking part of the stringer have a U-shaped opening engaging surface, and the inwardly engaging edge of one edge of the lattice panel is hooked on one engaging surface, and in this state, the other The other inward locking edge of the lattice panel is pushed into the engagement surface, and the lattice panel is fixed to the stringer.
The lattice panel mounting operation is sequentially performed, and the lattice panels are arranged side by side.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
To attach the lattice panel to the stringer, attach each lattice panel to the stringer's locking part manually.
For this reason, when the latching edge of the lattice panel engages with the engaging surface of the latching portion of the stringer incorrectly during the mounting operation, a situation occurs in which a part of the lattice panel is lifted or detached.
[0005]
Therefore, a simple engagement-related grid panel mounting operation makes it possible to maintain the relative positional relationship by securely locking the grid panel to the stringer (mounting receiving member), and the grid panel can be lifted or disengaged from the stringer. The present invention makes it a problem to be solved.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention basically provides a mounting receiving member in a lattice panel mounting apparatus for locking a plurality of lattice panels to a mounting receiving member supported on the outer surface of a building frame. (2) has a plurality of spaced locking portions (10), and the locking portion (10 ) has a guide surface portion (12), a guide surface portion (12), and a corner portion (15) at its side edges. via an inclined surface portion continuous (13), as well as organic and recesses (14) following the inclined surface portions (13), the angle section (15) and ribs (11) or broken edges lower edge thereof intersects ( has 11a), the lattice panel (1) and the engaging surface portion is folded portion engaging edge (17) of that (18) which has a screw hole portion (22) to the inner wall of the base portion (21) ( 19) with leg edges (20), and the locking of the grid panel (1) to the locking part (10) The screw hole portion (22) is opposed to the locking portion (10), and the bent portion (18) engages with the corner portion (15) of the locking portion (10) and the locking surface portion (19). Is in surface contact with the inclined surface portion (13), and the leg edge (20) is engaged with the concave portion (14) .
[ 0007 ]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A plurality of grid panels are arranged in parallel on the outer surface of the mounting receiving member as a finishing member of the outer surface of the wall surface, ceiling, roof, pillar, outer staircase, or blindfold structure (for example, cooling tower) of a building. 1 and 2 show the relationship between the lattice panel 1 and the attachment receiving member 2. The attachment receiving member (for example, stringer) 2 is long and has a substantially H-shaped, U-shaped, hi-shaped or L-shaped cross section. In the illustrated example, the cross-section is substantially H-shaped, and the connecting wall portion 3 is fixed to the outer surface of the base material or the housing 6 of the building using the bolt 4 and the nut 5. Thereby, the attachment receiving member 2 and the housing 6 are made into a fixed relationship.
The attachment receiving member 2 has supporting edges 8 and 8 that face the upper edges of the opposing side wall portions 7 and 7. A plurality of opening notches 9 that are spaced apart from each other are formed in the longitudinal direction of the engaging edges 8, 8, and a locking portion 10 is formed between the notches 9.
The ribs 11 are provided at appropriate positions in the longitudinal direction of the engaging edges 8, 8 inwardly and outwardly, preferably outwardly as illustrated.
Instead of the rib 11, this portion may be a surface of a cut-and-raised piece of a concave portion 14 described later, or a bent edge 11 a having a shallow step on the outside or the inside. The rib 11, the bent edge 11 a, or the surface portion of the cut and raised piece enhances the strength of the locking portion 10 itself, the corner portion, or the inclined surface portion 13.
[ 0008 ]
With reference to FIG. 3, the structure of the side edge of the latching | locking part 10 is demonstrated. The side edge of the locking portion 10 opens outwardly, which is composed of an arcuate guide surface portion 12, an inwardly facing first inclined surface portion 13 and a second inclined surface portion 13a that turns outwardly downward. It consists of a recess 14 and preferably has a symmetrical shape.
The intersection of the guide surface portion 12 and the first inclined surface portion 13 is an obtuse or acute corner 15, and the lower edge of the rib 11 intersects with the corner 15. Reference numeral 16 denotes a bottom edge of the notch 9.
[ 0009 ]
The locking edge 17 at the end edge of the lattice panel 1 has a leg edge 20 having an inwardly bent portion 18 at an appropriate position and a locking surface portion 19 along the inclined surface portion 13. The first locking surface portion 19 that engages with the first inclined surface portion 13 and the second locking surface portion 19a that engages with the second inclined surface portion 13a that turns outward further downward are bent and formed in a dogleg shape. The leg edge 20 that is bent or formed into a vertical edge as shown in FIG. The tip of the leg edge 20 faces the bottom edge 16.
A screw hole 22 for attaching a small palate is provided on the inner side of the lattice panel 1 base 21 on the side of the locking edge 17. The screw hole 22 opposes the locking portion 10, and provides an effect of preventing the lattice panel 1 from being positioned after engagement or from being detached from the locking portion 10 after engagement.
[ 0010 ]
In the example shown in FIG. 1, the engaging portions 10 of the attachment receiving member 2 have the same height in the longitudinal direction, and the attachment of the lattice panel 1 for this example will be described.
The grid panel 1 is slanted, one locking edge 17 is inserted into the notch 9 and the leg edge 20 is moved toward the recess 14 while the tip of the leg edge 20 is in contact with the bottom edge 16, and is bent at the corner 15. The portion 18 is seated and the locking surface portion 19 is brought into contact with the inclined surface portion 13. In this state, the other locking edge 17 is located obliquely above the locking portion 10, but the leg edge 20 of the other locking edge 17 is guided to the guide surface portion while the one locking edge 17 is in the state shown in FIG. 12, the corner portion 15 and the bent portion 18 are brought into contact with each other, and the first or second inclined surface portions 13, 13 a are placed on the upper and lower portions of the concave portion 14. Make surface contact. The back of the recess 14 has a slight gap between the leg edge 20 of the lattice panel 1 or between the tip of the leg edge 20 and the bottom edge 16 and is locked in the direction toward the back of the recess 14. The edge 17 can be moved, and thus fine adjustment is possible, and the bent portion 18 is reliably guided and seated on the corner portion 15.
Therefore, the refractive leg edge 20 is also locked to the recess 14 while maintaining the relative positional relationship correctly.
[ 0011 ]
As described above, the lattice panel 1 can be easily attached to the attachment receiving member 2 by inserting one locking edge 17 into the notch 9 and pushing down the other locking edge 17.
At this time, in the example of (a) or (b) of FIG. 4, the screw hole portion 22 faces the locking portion 10, the corner portion 15 intersects with the bent portion 18, and the first or second inclined surface portion 13, Four points of reliable support are provided such that 13a comes into surface contact with the first or second locking surface portions 19 and 19a, and the bent leg edge 20 locks into the recess 14. As a result, a strong engagement in which the relative positional relationship in the fixed positioning state is maintained can be secured. After the engagement, even if an external force such as wind force is applied to the lattice panel 1 from the vertical direction or the horizontal direction, the relative engagement relationship is maintained. Is maintained, and the floating and detachment of the lattice panel 1 with respect to the attachment receiving member 2 can be prevented.
[ 0012 ]
In the example shown in FIG. 4A, the shape of the recess 14 is a flat bottomed groove opened to the left, and the first inclined surface portion 13 is in surface contact with the first locking surface portion 19, In this example, the vertical edge is not in contact with the recess 14.
In the modification shown in FIG. 4B, the inclined surface portions 13 and 13 a associated with the recess 14 in the leg edge 20 can come into surface contact with the locking surface portions 19 and 19 a associated with the leg edge 20. The bottom of the recess 14 is a partial space when the locking edge 17 is attached to the locking portion.
[ 0013 ]
The example shown in FIG. 5 is an example in which the shape of the notch portion 9 is changed and the locking portion 10 having the bent edge 11a indicated by the broken line is arranged in an angle instead of the rib. 17, except for the shape of the side edge of the attachment receiving member 2, is substantially the same as that shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 with the same reference numerals, and the attachment method is also as described above.
In the example shown in FIG. 6, the locking portion 10 is formed in a mountain shape so that the grid panel is arranged in a mountain shape, and the mounting structure for the locking edge 17 of the grid panel 1 is shown in FIGS. 1 to 4. Almost the same as the example.
[ 0014 ]
In the example shown in FIG. 7, the gap between adjacent lattice panels 1 is covered with a decorative edge 23 so as to allow ventilation. The horizontal decorative edge 23 is extended from the locking edge 17 of the adjacent lattice panel 1 to the outside of the side with changing its height.
In the example of FIG. 7, the decorative edge 23 extends horizontally. However, as in the example of FIG. 8, the decorative edge 23 extends outward from the upper surface of the base portion 21 of the lattice panel 1 along the same arc. You may make a front-end | tip part oppose.
As shown in FIG. 9, one decorative edge 23 extends laterally outward from the upper surface of the base 21 along the same arc, and the other decorative edge 23 extends horizontally laterally outward from the lower part of the locking edge 17. You may let them.
The example shown in FIG. 10 has a decorative edge 23 arranged on the example shown in FIG. 6, extends outwardly with the same arc as the outer surface of the base 21 of the lattice panel 1, and the front ends thereof face each other.
The combination of the decorative edges 23 of the adjacent lattice panels 1 may be a modified example other than the illustrated example.
[ 0015 ]
In the examples shown in FIG. 5 to FIG. 10, the lattice panel 1 or the attachment receiving member 2 is partially deformed, and the decoration on the surface of the entire attachment is changed so that it can be used for various applications.
Further, instead of the rib 11 described above, for example, the rib may intersect with the inclined surface portion 13, and a bent edge 11 a having a shallow step outward or inward is formed on the inclined surface portion 13. May be. The surface portion of the bent edge 11a or the cut and raised piece increases the strength of the locking portion 10 itself, the corner portion, or the inclined surface portion 13.
Further, the base 21 of the lattice panel 1 may constitute a decorative surface in which the base 21 itself has an uneven surface wall shape or a large number of rib surfaces on the upper surface of the base.
7 to 10, the same components as those shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 are denoted by the same reference numerals.
