Description

【0001】
【0032】

[0013]
A front upper frame 15 and a front lower frame 16 are spanned and assembled between the upper end portions and the lower end portions of the both stands 14, respectively. Further, a side upper frame 17 and a side lower frame 18 are respectively spanned and assembled between the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the vertical frame 14 and the vertical frame 13. Thus, the bay window body 7 is assembled by a plurality of frame members 13 to 18 constituting the bay window body 7, and a sliding-type shoji 19 is attached to the front opening of the assembled bay window body 7, and the side opening is A sliding-type shoji 20 is attached. The frame members 13 to 18 and the shovels 19 and 20 constituting the bay window body 7 are made of extruded aluminum alloy.
[0014]
Between the both ends of the lower frame portion composed of the front lower frame 16 and the side lower frame 18 of the bay window body 7, specifically, between the lower ends of the vertical frames 13, the outer surface of the window base 5 is abutted. A window table facing member 21 is stretched in parallel with the front lower frame 16 and fixed with screws 22 as shown in FIG. A reinforcing bracket 23 having a front end portion 23a extending to the outdoor side and a rear end portion 23b extending to the indoor side is fixed to the window table facing member 21 in advance by factory attachment. Is connected to the front lower frame 16 facing the window base facing member 21, and the rear end 23 b of the reinforcing bracket 23 is placed on the upper part of the window base 5 and is a screw 24, 25 as a fixture. It comes to be fixed with.
[0015]
The window table facing member 21 is made of an extruded shape of an aluminum alloy and is formed in a horizontally long plate shape. On the upper side of the window base facing member 21 is placed on the upper surface of the reinforcing bracket 23 and a fin-like locking piece 27 which is locked to the upper edge of the window base 5 and preferably fixed with a screw 26. An airtight material mounting piece 29 for mounting an airtight material 28 made of a soft resin that seals between the lower surface of the table plate 10 is integrally formed. The upper surface of the airtight material mounting piece 29 is positioned slightly below the upper surface of the reinforcing bracket 23. The window table facing member 21 also has a draining function. A lower frame reinforcing material that reinforces the lower frame portion of the bay window body 7 is mainly constituted by the window base facing member 21 and the reinforcing bracket 23.
[0016]
The reinforcing bracket 23 is made of a rigid metal material having an inverted U-shaped cross section as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, and a base end portion of the reinforcing bracket 23 is attached to the outdoor surface of the window base facing member 21. And are fixed by rivets 30. Further, the rear end portion 23b of the reinforcing bracket 23 extends through the airtight material attaching piece 29 to the indoor side, and the lower surface of the extending portion is riveted on the locking piece 27 via the flange 23d. 31 is fixed. On the lower surface of the extending portion, a flange 23e that is in contact with the window base 5 and is fixed by the screw 24 is also formed. The number of reinforcing brackets 23 is determined by the width of the bay window and is two in the illustrated example, but may be one, or may be three or more.
[0017]
The distal end portion 23 a of the reinforcing bracket 23 is inserted into a groove 32 formed in the front lower frame 16 and is fixed with a screw 33. Thus, by attaching the window base facing member 21 integrally having the reinforcing bracket 23 to the lower frame portion of the bay window body 7, the rigidity or strength of the lower frame portion can be improved. Moreover, the width dimension between the both ends (between both vertical frames) of the bay window body 7 can be regulated by the window table facing member 21.
[0018]
The window base facing member 21 assumes that the lower frame portion hangs down (displacement amount) due to the load of the bay window body 7 or the like in advance, and the front end portion 23a side of the reinforcing bracket 23 has a predetermined angle θ, for example, 0.75 ° from the horizontal. In order to keep it tilted upward, the thickness t is gradually increased downward. The window table facing member 21 has an indoor surface abutting against a vertical outdoor surface of the window table 5, and the outdoor surface of the window table facing member 21 is inclined obliquely downward on the outdoor side at the same angle as the inclination angle of the reinforcing bracket 23. The thickness t is gradually increased downward so as to form an inclined surface. Accordingly, since the tip end 23a side of the reinforcing bracket 23 is inclined obliquely upward at the predetermined angle θ, the tip end portion 23a of the reinforcing bracket 23 is applied when a load is applied to the bay window body 7 or the like. The lower frame portion is bent so that the side is just horizontal, and the lower frame portion is held at a predetermined position, so that the lower frame portion can be sufficiently prevented from sagging.
[0019]

The folded piece of the bottom plate 11 is provided with a notch 39 so as to sandwich the distal end portion of the reinforcing bracket 23 to prevent the bottom plate 11 from shifting laterally. A heat insulating material can be attached between the bottom plate 11 and the table plate 10.
[0021]
The front lower frame 16 and the side lower frame 18 are formed with table plate holding grooves 40 for inserting and holding the outdoor side peripheral edge portion of the table plate 10 having a shape partitioned by these. The table plate holding groove 40 is formed by a fin-shaped upper piece 41 and a lower piece 42, and an airtight material made of a synthetic resin that seals a gap between the upper piece 41 and the upper surface of the table plate 10. 43 is attached, and a taper 44 is formed at the edge of the lower piece 42 so that the table plate 11 can be easily inserted.
[0022]
The table board 10 can be easily set by being inserted into the table board holding groove 40 by sliding along the upper surface of the reinforcing bracket 23 from the indoor side after attaching the bay window body 7 to the housing 1. Further, the strength of the lower frame portion is improved by the window base facing member 21 integrally including the reinforcing bracket 23, and the table plate holding groove 40, the reinforcing bracket 23 and the airtight material mounting piece 29 are partitioned into a plurality of lattice shapes. Since the table plate 10 is placed on the upper surface portion which is made substantially flush and the support strength of the table plate 10 is improved, it is not necessary to use the table plate 10 as a strength member. The thickness of the plate 10 can be reduced and the table plate 10 does not need to be fixed more firmly than necessary.
[0023]
A synthetic resin corner piece 45 is attached to the upper piece 41 of the side lower frame 18 so as to cover the space between the upper pieces 41 of the adjacent table plate holding grooves 40 of the front lower frame 16 and the side lower frame 18. The piece 45 is formed with a condensation receiver 46 that receives the condensation generated on the stand 14. The corner piece 45 is formed with screw holes (not shown) for fixing the table plate 10 with screws 47 so that both side portions of the front edge of the table plate 10 can be fixed easily and reliably. .
[0024]
Further, in order to fix the indoor side rear end portion of the table board 10, a hooking portion 48 is formed to protrude horizontally at the rear end portion 23 b of the reinforcing bracket 23, and the table plate 10 has a hooking portion 48 attached to the hooking portion 48.
