Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a water-stopping structure to which a water-stopping material incorporated in a building exterior structure is attached .
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in constructing the upper edge of the opening of a building, the water-stop structure has been proposed in, for example, Japanese Patent No. 3237009 and Matsushita Electric Works catalog P213 (2001). An example of the water-stopping material on the upper edge of the opening that forms the outer wall surface of the conventional building and its mounting structure will be described with reference to FIG. (A), (b) of FIG. 5 has each shown the conventional water stop structure. As shown in the figure, in these water-stop structures, a gap 5 is formed between the upper edge 2 of the opening and the upper edge 2 of the exterior material panel 1 at the lower end of the exterior panel 1, and a rectangular parallelepiped shape such as 51a or 51b is provided. After the round-shaped backup material shown in the figure is intervened in the back, the sealing material or the like 6 is usually filled to improve the appearance and prevent intrusion of rainwater or dust from the gap 5.
[0003]
A drainage space may be partially provided in the gap 5 in case rainwater enters from a connecting portion of the space 4 provided between the exterior material panel 1 and the base material 7.
As described in FIG. 1 of the above-mentioned Japanese Patent No. 3233709, the waterproof sheet may be inclined so that rainwater or the like flows down to the front side.
[0004]
However, in these shapes, when rainwater or the like enters the space 4 between the exterior material panel 1 and the base material 7 from the connecting portion of the exterior material panels 1 or the like, the upper edge of the opening is parallel to the ground surface. Therefore, the rainwater that has flowed down is not only likely to stay in the space 4, but also has a high possibility of causing problems such as water leakage to the indoor side. These problems are likely to occur even in a structure that does not have the space 4.
[0005]
Although the drainage space may be provided in order to prevent the rainwater from staying in the above-described waterstop material configuration, the above-described problem is not completely solved as long as the backup material shape is the rectangular parallelepiped shape 51a or the round shape 51b. Not only that, the blowing of wind and rain from the drainage space has led to the amplification of the problem.
Even in the configuration in which the waterproof sheet 61 described in FIG. 1 of the aforementioned Japanese Patent No. 3233709 is inclined (FIG. 6A), as long as the backup material 51a or 51b is present at the lowermost part, rainwater is appropriately discharged. Not only is it impossible to discharge, but since the waterproof sheet 61, which is a material that is easily torn, is floated in the space, when the hole is opened or broken in the waterproof sheet 61 (FIG. 6B), Further problems arise.

[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of studying the water stop structure at the upper edge of the opening, the inventor of the present application has obtained knowledge of a simple water stop structure that can appropriately stop and drain rain water and the like and prevent the rain water from being blown from the drainage space. And the present invention was completed. That is, the present invention is as follows.
1. A waterproof structure that seals and waterproofs the gap between the lower end surface of the exterior material panel and the upper edge of the opening located below the exterior material panel, and the opening of the exterior material structure having a space between the back surface of the exterior material panel and the base material The stretchable waterproofing material placed in the upper space of the upper edge has a gradient in which the height on the exterior material panel side is lower than the height on the base material side, and the exterior material panel is located under the exterior material panel. A water stop structure, characterized in that the end face is installed so as to be close to the slope portion of the water stop material, and a drainage space is partially provided in the gap.
2. 1. A decorative member having a drainage groove is installed in the drainage space. The water stop structure described in 1.
[0009]
Moreover, the water stop structure which concerns on this invention is a structure which uses the water stop material of the simple structure which has a gradient in the front side (exterior material panel side) for an opening upper edge upper part, and performs water stop easily.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail mainly focusing on preferred embodiments thereof.
The water-stopping material used in the water-stopping structure of the present invention is a simple structure having a gradient on the front side (exterior material panel side), and the material preferably has moderate stretchability. Moreover, it is preferable that the double-sided adhesive tape and the release paper are stuck on the bottom surface side of the water stop material.
With the above configuration, the exterior panel is damaged even when an error occurs when the exterior panel is mounted, or when a vertical displacement occurs in the exterior panel due to vibration such as an earthquake. It is possible to maintain the performance without causing it.
[0011]
Further, the water stop structure of the present invention is a structure in which the above water stop material is used, and a gap between the lower end surface of the exterior panel and the upper edge of the opening is filled with a sealing material, but a space is partially provided. A part that is not filled with a sealing material is secured, and a drainage space is secured.
As a result, rainwater that has entered the back side of the exterior material panel can be reliably discharged outside from the drainage space due to the gradient of the water-stopping material, and there is no problem such as water leakage. In addition, even when wind and rain blowing occurs, if the height on the base material side is secured to an effective height against blowing, the intruding water is stopped by the slope of the water blocking material without entering the indoor side, It is configured to drain again along the gradient when the wind and rain has calmed down.
[0012]
In addition, the construction of the water-stopping structure is carried out by installing the exterior material panel after installing the water-stopping material, and filling the sealing material in the gap between the exterior material panel lower end surface and the upper edge of the opening after the construction of the exterior material panel (partial It is preferable to provide a gap portion that is not filled), and the gap portion generated at that time may be provided with a decorative member having a groove that can be drained from an aesthetic point of view. Moreover, it is preferable that the decorative member has a double-sided adhesive tape and a release paper attached.
