Description
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an underground structure in which underground structures such as foundation footings, underground beams, underground pipes, box culverts and the like can be efficiently constructed by an open-cut method using improved ground. is there.
Conventionally, when constructing underground structures such as foundation footings, underground beams, underground pipes, box culverts, etc. using the open-cut method, the method of excavating after earth retaining work and building the underground structure after installing the formwork Was common.
Specifically, for example, as shown in FIG. 15, the
In addition, to reduce the work of disposing excavated soil generated by excavation as residual soil, the excavated area is backfilled with mud mortar created by mixing cement with the excavated soil, and the hardened mud mortar is excavated again to remove soil. Japanese Patent Application No. 2002-89334 proposes a construction method used as a retaining wall.
However, in the conventional method for manufacturing an underground structure, for example, in a construction method in which an excavation is performed after earth retaining work and a mold is installed to construct the underground structure, an outer mold for the structure is required. There was a problem that a lot of excavated soil was generated. In addition, in the construction method in which the fluidized soil is backfilled in advance after the excavation and the outer formwork of the structure is not necessary, a soil retaining formwork is required for backfilling the fluidized soil.
In addition, in Japanese Patent Application No. 2002-89334 filed by the applicant, the excavation area is backfilled with mud mortar created by excavating the ground and mixing cement or the like with the excavated soil to form an improved ground (hereinafter referred to as wet type). A method of excavating this improved ground again and using it as a retaining wall is disclosed. However, in this construction method, construction equipment that manufactures and transports mud mortar created by mixing cement and water with excavated soil (screening equipment for excavated soil, mixing equipment for soil, solidified material, and water, transport equipment for mud mortar) <Pump car> etc.) were required individually. In addition, a large construction yard was required for installing these facilities and temporarily placing the soil from which excavated soil was screened. In addition, there is a problem that the construction process is long because it takes time to manufacture and transport the mud mortar and solidify it.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is a dry replacement method in which improved soil mixed with soil and solidified material is filled into the ground improvement site, or in-situ agitation in which the solidified material is injected on the original location and stirred and mixed. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing an underground structure that can be used as an outer formwork and a self-supporting earthwork of an underground structure by forming the improved ground by a method and excavating the formed improved ground.
In order to achieve the above object, a method for manufacturing an underground structure according to the present invention is a method for manufacturing an underground structure by constructing the underground structure by an open-cut method, and at least solidifies the ground around the structure with a solidifying material. A step of forming an improved ground, a step of excavating the improved ground after the improved ground is hardened and forming a space for constructing an underground structure using the improved ground itself as a retaining wall, and a surrounding area. In particular, the method comprises a step of flowing water without flowing soil particles and a water-permeable sheet having water retention, and a step of forming an underground structure in the space.
Further, the present invention is characterized in that, in the step of forming the improved ground, the improved ground is formed by filling the excavated portion with improved soil mixed with soil and solidified material.
The present invention is characterized in that, in the step of forming the improved ground, the improved soil is sprinkled with water during or after filling.
Further, the present invention is characterized in that, in the step of forming the improved ground, the soil constituting the improved soil is a soil generated by excavating the improved ground portion before the improvement.
Further, the present invention is characterized in that in the step of forming the improved ground, a solidifying material is mixed and solidified in the soil of the ground at the original position.
Further, the present invention is characterized in that in the step of forming the improved ground, the ground soil and the solidified material are agitated and mixed using a trencher.
Further, the present invention is characterized in that in the step of forming the improved ground, water is added to solidify the ground soil and the solidified material.
Further, the present invention is characterized in that, in the step of forming a space for constructing the underground structure, the improved ground is excavated using a bucket having an edge on a side surface.
Further, the present invention is characterized in that, in the step of forming the underground structure, concrete is cast using the earth retaining wall surface of the improved ground as an outer mold.
The present invention is characterized in that cement is used in the solidified material.
As described above, the method for manufacturing an underground structure according to the present invention is a method for manufacturing an underground structure by constructing the underground structure by an open-cut method, and at least the ground around the structure is solidified with a solidifying material to improve the ground. A step of excavating the improved ground after the improved ground is hardened to form a space for constructing an underground structure using the improved ground itself as a retaining wall , and a soil selectively around the space. Since it consists of a process of flowing water without flowing particles and installing a water-permeable sheet with water retention, and a process of forming an underground structure in the space, build the underground structure after improving the ground Therefore, it can construct without using a formwork. Further, the side surface when excavating the improved ground can be used as a retaining wall, and the side surface earth pressure can be reduced to reduce the influence on the structure. Moreover, the excavated bottom surface can reinforce the foundation ground, and the influence on the upper structure can be reduced. Furthermore, since the ground improvement is performed using the solidified material, a reliable improved ground is formed. In addition, the amount of cement to be used is small compared to the case of making a conventional mud mortar (wet replacement method).
Further, in the method for manufacturing an underground structure according to the present invention, the process of forming the space for constructing the underground structure and the process for forming the underground structure in the space are selectively performed around the excavated space. Since it has a process of flowing water without flowing soil particles and installing a water permeable sheet with water retention capacity, even if rainwater permeates the earth retaining wall and soil particles flow out, the water permeability Only the water is discharged by being selectively stopped by the sheet. For this reason, collapse of the retaining wall can be suppressed. Moreover, since there is no outflow of soil particles, there is no possibility that the formed structure construction space is soiled. Moreover, in concrete placement, surplus water accompanying breathing is discharged from the water-permeable sheet, and concrete strength is ensured. Further, the water-permeable sheet serves as a heat insulating material and a cold / warm material by interposing air. Also, unlike the construction within the retaining wall, it can prevent overheating and overcooling of the concrete and can serve as a curing material. In addition, when water is sprayed, water can be retained for a long time. In addition, if water is sprayed onto the water-permeable sheet when placing the concrete, it is possible to prevent the moisture necessary for the hydration reaction in the concrete from being absorbed by the improved ground when the improved ground is dry. .
Further, in the step of forming the improved ground of the present invention, the improved ground is formed by filling the excavated portion with the improved soil obtained by mixing the soil and the solidified material, so that it can be applied to all kinds of ground. Moreover, it can improve to the ground surface. Furthermore, compared to the conventional wet replacement method, less equipment is required and the equipment yard can be made smaller. Therefore, the construction cost can be reduced. In addition, the work process can be shortened by the number of processes reduced.
Further, in the process of forming the improved ground of the present invention, water is sprinkled and rolled during or after filling the improved soil, so that it is possible to prevent the unmixed cement from being generated due to insufficient moisture in the mixed soil. . For this reason, waste of material can be omitted. Moreover, since it can modify | reform uniformly, required quality, such as intensity | strength, can be ensured.
Moreover, in the process of forming the improved ground of the present invention, the soil constituting the improved soil uses the soil generated by excavating the improved ground before the improvement, so the amount of residual soil generated during construction is greatly increased. Can be reduced. Moreover, since materials necessary for ground improvement can be obtained from the nearest place, transportation costs and the like are unnecessary. Furthermore, since the nature of the material is immediately known, the amount of cement mixed can be determined appropriately.
Also, in the process of forming the improved ground of the present invention, since the solidified material is mixed and solidified in the soil in situ, unlike the method of excavating and creating mud mortar and improved soil, the process of drilling is not necessary. . Therefore, the excavated soil transport and processing steps are unnecessary, and facilities such as the excavated soil processing yard are not required. In addition, in the method of excavating and creating mud mortar and improved soil, a slope is formed by excavation and a wasteful improvement range occurs. On the other hand, the in-situ improvement of the present invention can be improved vertically and waste can be omitted. Further, it is not necessary to improve unnecessary portions for the above reasons. Furthermore, since it improves using a solidification material, a reliable improvement ground can be formed.
Moreover, in the manufacturing method of the underground structure of this invention, since the ground soil and the solidification material are stirred and mixed by the trencher in the process of forming the improved ground, it can be constructed at a relatively low cost. Moreover, it can improve reliably to the ground surface. Furthermore, since the solidified material is mixed with the soil by stirring, a more reliable improved ground can be formed. In addition, since the ground can be improved by freely adjusting the depth, even if the depth of the improved bottom surface is different, it is possible to cope.
Moreover, in the manufacturing method of the underground structure of this invention, since the ground soil and the solidification material are solidified by adding water in the process of forming the improved ground, it is fluidized and the workability is improved. Further, since the solidifying material reacts with water and solidifies without waste, necessary quality such as strength can be ensured.
Moreover, in the process of forming the space for constructing the underground structure of the present invention, the improved ground is excavated using buckets having edges on the side surfaces, so that the hardened improved ground can be excavated reliably and cleanly. In addition, side shapes such as a vertical wall, an overhang, and an arcuate wall can be reliably formed only by the bucket operation. Further, the combination of the bottom surface and the side surface can surely form the CAD.
Moreover, in the process of forming the underground structure of the present invention, the concrete is placed using the earth retaining wall surface of the improved ground as the outer mold, so that the outer mold for the structure becomes unnecessary. Therefore, waste of materials and waste of processes can be omitted. In addition, the application of fluidized soil eliminates the need for a backfill earth retaining form as in the conventional example.
Moreover, in the manufacturing method of the underground structure of this invention, since cement was used for the solidification material, acquisition is very easy. Moreover, since it is solidified with cement, it is possible to achieve ground improvement with a certain quality. Therefore, the collapse of the ground during excavation work can be reliably prevented.
The improved ground was formed by the dry replacement method or in-situ agitation method, and the improved ground was excavated and constructed in a formless frame, and a method for producing underground structures with little generated residual soil was realized.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Drawing 1 is an explanatory view showing the ground improvement process by the dry substitution method in the manufacturing method of the underground structure which is one embodiment of the present invention. Here, the
Next, as shown in FIG. 2, the
Next, in the process of forming a space as shown in FIG. 3 to FIG. 5, after the
Backhoe excavation can be applied to the in-situ agitation method where the improved ground is relatively soft. Further, the
Drilling with a hard launcher is suitable for improved ground that is hard and consolidated by rolling pressure such as dry replacement. A hard launcher is a machine that can excavate soft rocks and the like, and its blade width is usually 28 cm. In the case of a wide groove, it is excavated in several times. In addition, wide grooves can be excavated by attaching enlarged wings.
Regarding the diversion of the improved ground excavated soil, it can be diverted as a backfill material because it is the soil generated by excavating the improved ground. In particular, soil with a high water content is effective because it can be diverted if it cannot be diverted normally. For example, as shown in FIG. 14, when a precast material such as a box culvert or a fume tube is used, the improved ground can be excavated and one to several precast materials can be backfilled immediately after installation. In addition, in FIG. 14, 30 shows an underground structure and 31 shows concrete. Thus, since the improved ground excavated soil can be diverted, the amount of generated residual soil can be reduced. In addition, it is possible to reduce the number of operations such as stock yard of remaining soil, off-site transportation, and on-site transportation.
FIG. 7 is an explanatory diagram showing a process of installing the water
Further, when the concrete after casting keep watering permeable sheet, it is possible to prevent the water necessary for hydration reaction in the concrete such as when the ground improved is dry it is absorbed in improved ground side .
FIG. 8 shows a state in which the
FIG. 9 is an explanatory diagram showing a state in which the reinforcing bar support frame 15 is removed and the underground
Next, the in-situ stirring method will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 11 is an explanatory view showing a state in which soil and solidified material are mixed in situ in the process of forming the improved ground of the present invention, and FIG. It is explanatory drawing which shows a state. First, while adding a solidifying material to the
1) Agitation and mixing method This method is to stir by the stabilizer method that improves the surface layer of the ground or the trencher method that improves the middle layer of the ground, and mixes the soil and the solidified material.
2) Deep Stir Mixing Method, Jet Stir Pour Method, etc. This method stirs and mixes the deep layer of the improved ground, or jets and injects solidified material to stir and mix.
3) Injection method This method is to improve the ground by inserting an injection pipe into the improved ground and injecting solidified material. As the solidifying material, cement milk, powder cement, resin or the like is injected. Other additives include water glass, lime, starch, and epoxy resin.
Among these, the trencher method is an application of a machine that originally excavates a trench to improve the ground.
The machine used in the trencher method is equipped with an endless track (caterpillar) 24a having a backhoe, which is an excavating machine, as a main body and a blade for excavation attached to the tip of the boom (arm) (see FIG. 13). The soil can be improved by excavating the soil, pouring cement milk, mixing with stirring.
Whereas a stabilizer method such as a tiller can only improve the surface layer of the ground, the trencher method can improve the depth to about 6 m and deep into the middle layer of the ground. It is also possible to change the depth of improvement by raising and lowering the boom (difficulty with the stabilizer method).
As a specific example of the trencher method, there is a power blender of Kato Construction, which can be improved to a depth of 6 m.
Onoda Chemico's trencher can be improved to a depth of 5m.
By using this construction method, the ground can be improved in-situ to a predetermined depth of the middle layer, and the ground can be improved in conformity with a structure having a different bottom height.
In addition, since there is no excavation process or mud mortar improved soil filling process as in the wet replacement system and the dry replacement system, relatively low construction costs are sufficient. Moreover, the compounding ratio of the solidifying material is 50 to 300 kg /
