【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は使い捨ておむつ用ファスニングテープに関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】
展開型の使い捨ておむつは、図７に展開して示すように、透液性のトップシート３と不透液性のバックシート５と、これらの間に介装される保液性の吸収体４とが積層されてなる略三層構造のおむつ本体１からなる。そして、このおむつ本体１は、大まかには、着用者が装着した際に当該着用者の腹部にあてがわれる前身頃１１と、背部にあてがわれる後身頃１３と、前身頃１１と後身頃１３との間に位置して股間部にあてがわれる股下部１２とに大別される。このうち前身頃１１および後身頃１３は、その両側端から各側方へ延出する左右一対のサイドフラップ１５をそれぞれに備えている。

このような展開型おむつの着用者への装着は、図８に示すように、（１）前記おむつ本体１を着用者の身体にあてがいつつ、（２）後身頃１３の左右のサイドフラップ１５を着用者の脇部を通して腹部へ回り込ませた後、（３）当該後身頃１３のサイドフラップ側端部１５ａのトップシート３面を前記前身頃１１のバックシート５面に止着して行うようになっている。

尚、この止着は、前記サイドフラップ側端部１５ａから突出するファスニングテープ３０と、前身頃１１のバックシート５面に貼着されたターゲットシート１９とを係合させて行っており、このファスニングテープ３０の突出部分３０ａは、面ファスナーの雄材を備えて止着部として機能する。

このように着用される展開型の使い捨ておむつは、通常はコンパクトに折り畳まれて販売されている。このため、前記着用に際してはこのおむつを図７に示すように展開しなければならず、この展開は以下のようにしてなされる。
（１）前記股下部１２上に折り畳まれている前身頃１１および後身頃１３を前後にひらく。
（２）次いで、前身頃１１上および後身頃１３上のそれぞれに、観音開きの扉状に折り畳まれている左右のサイドフラップ１５を左右側方へひらいて、サイドフラップ１５のトップシート３面を露出する。
（３）最後に、図９に示すように、後身頃１３のサイドフラップ１５のトップシート面３上に折り返されている前記ファスニングテープ３０の前記止着部３５を左右側方へひらいて、側端部１５ａから突出させる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、これらの展開作業のうちで（３）のファスニングテープの展開作業は、他の（１）および（２）の作業とは異なり、当該展開前、すなわち使用前のファスニングテープ３０の止着部３５は、自身が備える前記雄材３７によりトップシート３面に剥離可能に仮止めされている。よって、この展開に際しては、止着部３５先端の摘み部３８を摘まんで、前記仮止めによる剥離抵抗力に抗しつつ止着部３５を剥がさなければならず煩わしいものであった。

また、前記止着部３５が前記トップシート３面上に折り返された状態にあっては、前記摘み部３８の先端はトップシート３面とほぼ面一になっているため摘み難く、ファスニングテープ３０を展開し難い場合があった。

本発明はかかる従来の課題に鑑みて成されたもので、簡単に展開して止着可能な状態にすることができる使い捨ておむつ用ファスニングテープを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
かかる目的を達成するために請求項１に示す発明は、使い捨ておむつの後身頃のサイドフラップに固着されて、前身頃のターゲットシートに止着されるファスニングテープであって、前記サイドフラップはトップシートとバックシートとが重ね合わされて構成され、前記ファスニングテープの使用前には、該ファスニングテープは、前記サイドフラップにおけるトップシートとバックシートとの間に、引き出し要素を有して収容されている一方、前記ファスニングテープ先端が前記サイドフラップから突出しており、前記ファスニングテープは、前記トップシート裏面若しくは前記バックシート裏面の少なくともいずれかに貼着された固定部と、該固定部に一端を固定されて他端に止着部を備える前記引き出し要素とから構成され、前記ファスニングテープのテープ基材の一端部は前記固定部として、他端部は面ファスナーの雄材が設けられて前記止着部として、中間部は前記引き出し要素として機能し、該雄材が前記収容時に対面するトップシート裏面は平滑面に形成されていることを特徴とする。
上記発明によれば、ファスニングテープを展開したい時にファスニングテープ先端を摘んで引っ張れば、引き出し要素を介してサイドフラップからファスニングテープを簡単に引き出すことができる。よって、即座に前記展開状態、つまり前身項のターゲットシートに止着可能な状態にすることができる。

また、上記発明によれば、雄材が収容時に対面するトップシート裏面を平滑面にしているので、引き出しに伴って前記雄材がトップシート裏面に対して摺動した際に、雄材が前記裏面に引っかかることを防止できて、もって雄材を速やかに引き出すことができる。
請求項２に示す発明は、請求項１に記載の使い捨ておむつ用ファスニングテープにおいて、前記サイドフラップからの前記先端の突出長さが４〜２０ｍｍの範囲であることを特徴とする。
上記発明によれば、前記ファスニングテープ先端の突出長さを４ｍｍ以上にしているので、摘み易くなる。一方２０ｍｍ以下にしているので、左右のサイドフラップを後身頃側へ観音開きの扉状に折り畳んだ状態での、前記先端の不本意な折れ返りを確実に防止することができる。

請求項３に示す発明は、請求項１若しくは２のいずれかに記載の使い捨ておむつ用ファスニングテープにおいて、前記引き出し要素は、ファスニングテープ自体を伸縮材として構成されることを特徴とする。
上記発明によれば、おむつを着用した際に、当該ファスニングテープ自体が伸縮自在であるため、ウエストバンドとしても機能することができる。よって、おむつのウエスト部におけるフィット性を著しく向上できる。

請求項４に示す発明は、請求項１若しくは２のいずれかに記載の使い捨ておむつ用ファスニングテープにおいて、前記引き出し要素は、ファスニングテープに伸縮材を設けて形成されることを特徴とする。
上記発明によれば、おむつを着用した際に、当該ファスニングテープの一部が伸縮自在であるため、ウエストバンドとしても機能することができる。よって、おむつのウエスト部におけるフィット性を著しく向上できる。

請求項５に示す発明は、請求項１若しくは２のいずれかに記載の使い捨ておむつ用ファスニングテープにおいて、前記引き出し要素は、ファスニングテープを折り畳んで構成されることを特徴とする。
上記発明によれば、ファスニングテープは、折り畳んで構成されているので、伸長状態から短縮状態への自己復元力を弱くすることができる。よって、ファスニングテープを引き出した後に、引き続き引っ張り続けなくても伸長状態を維持することができ、もって装着作業者は、摘んだファスニングテープ先端から自由に手を離すことができて、装着作業の自由度に優れる。

請求項６に示す発明は、請求項１乃至４のいずれかに記載の使い捨ておむつ用ファスニングテープにおいて、前記収容時にあっては、前記引き出し要素は短縮される一方、前記止着部の先端が前記サイドフラップから突出していることを特徴とする。
上記発明によれば、引き出し要素の一端に固定部を、また他端に止着部を設けてなるため、引き出し要素の全長を無駄なく有効に用いることができる。

請求項７に示す発明は、請求項５に記載の使い捨ておむつ用ファスニングテープにおいて、前記収容時にあっては、前記引き出し要素は短縮される一方、前記止着部の先端が前記サイドフラップから突出していることを特徴とする。
上記発明によれば、引き出し要素の一端に固定部を、また他端に止着部を設けてなるため、引き出し要素の全長を無駄なく有効に用いることができる。

請求項８に示す発明は、請求項７に記載の使い捨ておむつ用ファスニングテープにおいて、前記中間部は伸長可能に折り畳まれて前記引き出し要素として機能することを特徴とする。◎
使い捨ておむつの後身頃のサイドフラップに固着されて、前身頃のターゲットシートに止着されるファスニングテープであって、前記サイドフラップはトップシートとバックシートとが重ね合わされて構成され、前記ファスニングテープの使用前には、該ファスニングテープは、前記サイドフラップにおけるトップシートとバックシートとの間に、引き出し要素を有して収容されている一方、前記ファスニングテープ先端が前記サイドフラップから突出しており、前記ファスニングテープは、前記トップシート裏面若しくは前記バックシート裏面の少なくともいずれかに貼着された固定部と、該固定部に一端を固定されて他端に止着部を備える前記引き出し要素とから構成され、前記収容時にあっては、前記引き出し要素は短縮される一方、前記止着部の先端が前記サイドフラップから突出しており、前記ファスニングテープは帯材をテープ基材とし、該テープ基材の一端部は前記固定部として、他端部はサイドフラップから突出して摘み部として、中間部はＺ状に三つ折りに折り畳まれて引き出し要素として機能する一方、該中間部における三つ折り時の重なり面のうち、引き出された際にサイドフラップから突出してトップシート側に位置する面には、面ファスナーの雄材が設けられて前記止着部として機能し、前記帯材は、不織布と平滑なフィルムとを貼り合わせてなる二層構造であり、前記面ファスナーの雄材はフィルム面に設けられ、前記三つ折り時には前記雄材が前記フィルムに対面することを特徴とする。
上記発明によれば、ファスニングテープはＺ字状に三つ折りに折り畳まれているので嵩張ることはなく、折り畳み状態のファスニングテープの実質厚みを薄くできる。よって、当該ファスニングテープ収容時のサイドフラップの厚みも薄くなって、未使用の使い捨ておむつをコンパクトに折り畳むことができる。

また、前記三つ折り状態では、前記雄材は平滑なフィルム面と対面するため、前記雄材は引き出し時に引っかかることはない。よってファスニングテープの引き出し性を更に良好にすることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明に係る実施形態を添付図面を参照して詳細に説明する。
図１は本発明の第１実施形態に係るファスニングテープ４０の拡大図であり、図１（ａ）にファスニングテープ４０の展開前の平面図を、図１（ｂ）に、図１（ａ）中のＢ−Ｂ線矢視の断面図を、図１（ｃ）にファスニングテープ４０の展開状態の前記矢視断面図をそれぞれ示す。尚、前記平面図にあっては、サイドフラップ１５におけるトップシート３の一部を破断して示しており、これは、以降で参照する全ての平面図について同様とする。

図１（ａ）および（ｂ）に示すように、展開前、すなわち使用前のファスニングテープ４０は、後進頃１３のサイドフラップ１５内に、側方へ引き出し可能に引き出し要素を有して収容されている一方、当該引き出しを容易にすべく前記ファスニングテープ４０の先端がサイドフラップ１５から突出しており、もって、前記おむつ展開時におけるファスニングテープ４０の展開作業を容易にしている。

前記サイドフラップ１５は、後身頃１３のトップシート３およびバックシート５が、それぞれに連続して側方へ延出形成されたものであり、つまりトップシート３とバックシート５とが重ね合わされて形成されている。そして、これらシート３，５間にはシート状のものを収容可能な隙間６が形成されており、この隙間６に前記ファスニングテープ４０が収容されている。尚、このサイドフラップ１５におけるトップシート３に関しては、前記後身頃１３から延出形成したトップシート３の代わりに、立体ギャザーシートの起立部外側のシート部をバックシート５に重ね合わせても良い。

前記ファスニングテープ４０は不織布の帯材をテープ基材４３とし、このテープ基材４３は全長に亘り同幅に形成されている。そして、このテープ基材４３の長手方向の概ね中間部は、前記引き出し要素として機能し、多数の上下方向の山谷に折り畳まれて蛇腹状の伸長部４５が形成され、当該テープ基材４３はその全長を伸長可能となっている。このテープ基材４３の一端部は、前記サイドフラップ１５のトップシート裏面３ａ若しくはバックシート裏面５ａの少なくともいずれかに貼着されて固定部４４として機能する一方、他端部は、面ファスナー４７が貼着されて、前記ターゲットシートに止着するための止着部４９として機能する。また、他端部先端は、前記引き出し時に摘むための摘み部４８として機能する。

このテープ基材４３の不織布としては、スパンボンド不織布、サーマルボンド不織布、メルトブローン不織布およびスパンレース不織布等が使用でき、これを構成する繊維としては、ポリエチレン（ＰＥ）やポリプロピレン（ＰＰ）等のオレフィン系繊維、ポリエステル系繊維等が用いられる。また、前記貼着はホットメルト型接着剤等によりなされる。

そして、このファスニングテープ４０がサイドフラップ１５の前記隙間６に収容された状態にあっては、前記伸長部４５は折り畳まれている一方、前記止着部４９の面ファスナー４７は前記トップシート３の裏面３ａに面している。また、この時、前記摘み部４８は、サイドフラップ１５の側端部１５ａから突出しており、前記ファスニングテープ４０を容易に引き出せるようになっている。

このような構成の第１実施形態に係るファスニングテープ４０によれば、これを展開したい時に、前記摘み部４８を摘んで側方へ引っ張れば、図１（ｃ）に示すように、前記伸長部４５が伸びて簡単に止着部４９をサイドフラップ１５から引き出すことができる。よって、即座に展開状態、つまり前身項１１のターゲットシートに止着可能な状態にすることができる。

また、ファスニングテープ４０は、多数の山谷に折り畳まれてなる蛇腹状の伸長部４５を備えているので、その伸長状態から短縮状態への自己復元力は弱い。よって、前記止着部４９を引き出した後に、引き続き引っ張り続けなくても伸長状態を維持することができ、もって、装着作業者は、摘み部４８から自由に手を離すことができて、装着作業の自由度に優れる。

尚、前記摘み部４８は、サイドフラップ側端部１５ａから４〜２０ｍｍ突出しているのが望ましい。これは、この摘み部４８が４ｍｍ以上突出していると摘み易くなる一方、２０ｍｍ以下にしていれば、左右のサイドフラップ１５を後身頃１３側へ観音開きの扉状に折り畳んだ状態での、前記摘み部４８の不本意な折れ返りを確実に防止できるからである。

また、前記面ファスナー４７として雄材を用いているので、前記収容時に雄材４７が対面する前記トップシート裏面３ａは平滑面に仕上げられている。これは、このファスニングテープ４０を引き出す際には、前記雄材４７の表面がトップシート裏面３ａと摺動して、この雄材４７表面の多数のフックが不織布製のトップシート裏面３ａに引っかかる虞があるからである。この平滑化処理方法としては、図１（ｂ）に示すように、裏面にナイロンフィルム３ｂを貼着すること等が挙げられる。そして、このように裏面３ａを平滑化しておけば、引き出し時に前記雄材４７がトップシート裏面３ａに対して摺動しても引っかかることはなく、当該雄材４７を速やかに引き出すことができる。

図２は第２実施形態に係るファスニングテープの拡大図であり、図２（ａ）にファスニングテープ５０の展開前の平面図を、図２（ｂ）に、図２（ａ）中のＢ−Ｂ線矢視の断面図を、図２（ｃ）に、前記矢視の断面図であって、ファスニングテープ５０の展開状態の断面図をそれぞれ示す。

第１実施形態では、前記伸長部４５は上下方向の山谷にて折り畳まれて形成されているため、折り畳み状態でのファスニングテープ４０の実質厚みは厚くなっている。このため、これをサイドフラップ１５に収容した際にはサイドフラップ１５が分厚くなってしまい、未使用の使い捨ておむつをコンパクトに折り畳めない。

本第２実施形態ではこれを改善すべく、前記引き出し要素としての伸長部４５をＺ状に三つ折りすることにより、ファスニングテープ折り畳み時の前記実質厚みの薄厚化を図っている。尚、以下では、第１実施形態と同様の構成には同じ符号を付して詳細には説明しない。

このファスニングテープ５０は、三つ折りに折り畳まれて略Ｚ字状の外観を呈する不織布製帯材をテープ基材５３とし、その三つ折りの折り重なり部５５を開くことにより全長を伸長可能になっている。このテープ基材５３の一端部は、前記トップシート裏面３ａ若しくは前記バックシート裏面５ａの少なくともいずれかに貼着される固定部５４として機能し、他端部は、面ファスナーの雄材４７が貼着されて止着部５５として機能する。また、他端部先端に摘み部５８が形成されるのは第１実施形態と同様である。

この略Ｚ字状の折り畳み方には以下の２通りがある。第１の折り畳み方は、図２（ｂ）に示すように、前記三つ折り状態において固定部５４がバックシート５側に、摘み部５８がトップシート３側に位置するように折り畳むケースである。一方、第２の折り畳み方は、図２（ｄ）に示すように、前記第１の折り畳み方とは逆に、つまり、前記三つ折り状態において固定部５４がトップシート３側に、摘み部５８がバックシート５側に位置するように折り畳むケースである。

そして、いずれの折り畳み方にしろ、このような構成の第２実施形態によれば、ファスニングテープ５０は略Ｚ字状に三つ折りに折り畳まれているので嵩張ることはなく、折り畳み状態のファスニングテープ５０の実質厚みは薄くなる。よって、当該ファスニングテープ５０収容時のサイドフラップ１５の厚みも薄くなって、未使用の使い捨ておむつをコンパクトに折り畳むことができる。

前記第２実施形態にあっては、前記テープ基材６３として不織布製の帯材を用いたが、望ましくは、図３に示すように、前記不織布６３に平滑なフィルム６７を貼り合わせてなる二層構造の帯材６３’をテープ基材として用いて、更にそのフィルム面に面ファスナーの雄材４７を設けるのが良い。このようにすれば、前記三つ折り状態では、前記雄材４７は平滑なフィルム６７面に対面するため、前記雄材４７はフィルム６７面に全く引っからず、もってファスニングテープ６０’の引き出し性を更に良好にすることができる。また、引き出し時にトップシート裏面３ａと摺動するファスニングテープ６０’の面には、フイルム６７側の面が向くため、引き出し性は更に良好となる。尚、前記フィルム６７としては、ＰＥ、ＰＰ等の合成樹脂フィルムが使用され、前記接着貼り合わせはホットメルト接着剤や熱融着等によりなされる。

また、前記第２実施形態に係るテープ基材６３の固定部６４は一つであったが、引き出し時のファスニングテープの安定性を増す目的で、図４に前記矢視の断面図で示すように、前記固定部７４を二つにしても良い。この構成は、前記摘み部６８から第２折返し部までは、第２実施形態と同じにして、前記第２折返し部６３ｂにて、帯材を二股分岐してそれぞれの分岐帯材に対して前記第１折返し部６３ａを設け、これらの端部を前記固定部７４としてそれぞれトップシート裏面３ａおよびバックシート裏面５ａに貼着することにより得られる。

第１実施形態では、前記引き出し要素としての伸長部４５が蛇腹状に折り畳まれることで伸長可能になっていたが、当該第３実施形態にあっては、ファスニングテープ自身がゴム等の伸縮材から形成されていて、自身の伸縮性によって伸長可能であり、伸長部１４５は蛇腹状には形成されていない点で主に相違する。

つまり、このファスニングテープ１４０はゴム製の帯材をテープ基材１４３とし、このテープ基材１４３は、一端部のみ広幅に形成された略Ｔ字状の帯材であり、全長に亘って平坦に形成されている。そして、このテープ基材１４３の長手方向の概ね中間部は、ファスニングテープ自身が有する伸縮性によって伸縮自在な伸長部１４５となっており、もって前記引き出し要素として機能する。また、このテープ基材１４３の広幅の一端部は、前記サイドフラップ１５のトップシート裏面３ａ若しくはバックシート裏面５ａの少なくともいずれかに貼着されて固定部１４４として機能する一方、他端部は、面ファスナー４７が貼着されて、前記ターゲットシートに止着するための止着部１４９として機能する。また、他端部先端は、前記引き出し時に摘むための摘み部１４８として機能する。

そして、この第３実施形態のファスニングテープ１４０によれば、おむつを着用した際に、当該ファスニングテープ１４０は伸縮自在であるため、ウエストバンドとしても機能することができる。よって、おむつのウエスト部におけるフィット性を著しく向上できる。

図６は第４実施形態に係るファスニングテープの拡大図であり、図６（ａ）にファスニングテープ２４０の展開前の平面図を、図６（ｂ）に、図６（ａ）中のＢ−Ｂ線矢視の断面図を、図６（ｃ）に、前記矢視の断面図であって、ファスニングテープ２４０の展開状態の断面図をそれぞれ示す。

第３実施形態では、ファスニングテープ１４０の全体が伸縮材で形成されていたところ、本第４実施形態にあっては、伸長部２４５のみが伸縮材で形成され、その一端および他端に設けられる固定部２４４および止着部２４９は不織布で形成されている点で相違する。

つまり、このファスニングテープ２４０は、長手方向の一端部および他端部が不織布製で、これらの間の中間部がゴム製であるような帯材をテープ基材２４３としている。前記一端部は、前記中間部および他端部よりも広幅の略Ｔ字形状の帯材であり、全長に亘り平坦に形成されている。そして、前記中間部が伸縮自在な伸縮部２４５となっており、もってこの中間部が引き出し要素として機能する。一方、前記一端部は、前記サイドフラップ１５のトップシート裏面３ａ若しくはバックシート裏面５ａの少なくともいずれかに貼着されて固定部２４４として機能する一方、他端部は、面ファスナー４７が貼着されて、前記ターゲットシートに止着するための止着部２４９として機能する。また、他端部先端は、前記引き出し時に摘むための摘み部２４８として機能する。

以上、本発明に係る実施形態について説明したが、本発明は、かかる実施形態に限定されるものではなく、その要旨を逸脱しない範囲で以下に示すような変形が可能である。
（ａ）本実施形態においては、面ファスナー４７の雄材に関して特に詳細に説明していないが、前記雄材として、一般的に用いられる釣り針型、Ｔ型、キノコ型等のフック部材が使用可能であるのは言うまでもない。
（ｂ）本実施形態においては、テープ基材として全長に亘り同幅の帯材を用いて、固定部、伸長部、止着部、および摘み部を同幅に形成したが、これに限るものではない。例えば、テープ基材に、一端部が広幅に形成された外形Ｔ字形状の帯材を用いて、伸長部や止着部に対して固定部を広幅に形成しても良い。尚この場合は、固定部の貼着面積が広くなるため、ファスニングテープを確実にサイドフラップに固定することができる。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、本発明によれば、使用前のファスニングテープを簡単に展開して止着可能な状態にすることができる使い捨ておむつ用ファスニングテープを提供することができる。
