【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、遊技者から透視できる機内の遊技領域内にパチンコ球を打込んでゲームを行うことができるパチンコ遊技機における窓枠に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
パチンコ機やアレンジボール機に代表されるこの種の遊技機では、外枠の開口前面に、遊技領域を構成した遊技盤、窓枠(ガラス窓ともいう。)、上下の球受け皿、打球発射装置、裏側の機構セット盤等の多くの遊技用構成部材を設置した前枠が開閉及び着脱可能に組付けられて1台単位とされている。このような遊技機にあって、遊技盤の透視保護窓ともされる窓枠については、最も一般的な形態のものとして、前枠の窓枠口内周囲に合せてビス止めセットされる金属製縦長方形の枠本体(金枠ともいう。)の内側に、金属製正方形のガラス枠(支持枠ともいう。)が、その一側縁において蝶番の縦支軸を介して横開き形態で組付けられており、このガラス枠内に前後2枚の板ガラスが挿入されて構成されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、前述した従来の遊技機において、前枠に装備される窓枠は、ガラス枠に装備された板ガラスが前記挿入溝内においてガタついたりズレたりするおそれがあった。そのため、従来は、ガラス枠内への板ガラス挿入後にガタつき等を防止するべく、ガラス枠のフレームと板ガラスとの間に樹脂製コンパウンドを振れ止め材として施したりすることもあったが、その作業には煩雑さが伴い、また製造コストを押し上げる一因ともなっていた。

本発明は、前述した課題を好適に解決するべく提案されたものであって、遊技領域(遊技盤)を透視保護し得る板ガラスのガタつきやズレ等を簡便かつ好適に抑止し得るパチンコ遊技機の窓枠を提供することを目的とするものである

【課題を解決するための手段】
前述した目的を達成するため、本願請求項1の発明に係るパチンコ遊技機は、外枠に組付け整合される前枠の内側にパチンコゲームを展開し得る遊技盤がセットされる一方、前枠の前側に遊技盤のゲーム領域を透視保護し得る開閉式の窓枠がセットされた遊技機において、前記窓枠では、前記前枠の枠体前面に整合し得る方形サイズに樹脂成形されて中央に前記ゲーム領域を透視し得る窓口を形成した枠本体が、前記枠体に対して軸支されて開閉及び着脱可能に組み付けられると共に、この枠本体の裏側に、前記窓口を覆い前記ゲーム領域を透視保護し得る板ガラスを側辺の挿入部から横向きに挿入支持する方形状の支持枠が軸支されて開閉可能に組付けられ、前記枠本体と前記支持枠との相対応する上辺部に、前記支持枠を、閉鎖セット位置に保持すると共に、前記板ガラスの横入れに必要な開放状態に保持する開閉保持機構を装備し、前記開閉保持機構を、前記枠本体の裏側上部に固定された支持部材に可動規制部材の基端部を水平回動自在に支持し、前記可動規制部材の先端部に前方から切欠形成された長溝内に前記支持枠の上辺部に突設されたピンを嵌挿した構成とし、前記枠本体の裏側において前記支持枠を、前記開閉保持機構の前記可動規制部材を前後方向へ揺動させて、前記ピンを前記長溝に沿って摺動案内させることにより、前記板ガラスの挿脱が可能とされる開放支持位置と前記枠本体に重合された状態で前記板ガラスの挿脱が不能とされる前記閉鎖セット位置との間で傾動案内させ、前記支持枠は、前後に板ガラス挿入用の2列の挿入溝を形成した上下及び左の枠杆と、右側の補強支杆とを直角に枠組み連結した方形枠であり、前記枠杆の外面側には、前記2列の挿入溝の中央に1列の凹溝と、該凹溝の側壁の底部分から上部に向かって開口し、かつ前記凹溝と挿入溝内とを連通する前後1対の係合口とが形成され、前記支持枠の前記枠杆に、板ガラスと当接してガタ付き等を抑制するための弾性素材で成形されて両側に板ガラスに対する弾性当接部を形成した振れ止め部材を付設し、前記振れ止め部材は、前記枠杆の外側から前記凹溝の内底面に付設するとともに、前記係合口に係止し、かつ前記弾性当接部が前記係合口を介して前記枠杆の各列の挿入溝内に突出されて各列の板ガラスと当接し得るようにしたことを特徴としている。
従って、本願請求項1の発明においては、支持枠の挿入溝に板ガラスを挿入支持する際において支持枠の枠杆の外側から振れ止め部材を付設し、同振れ止め部材の弾性当接部を、枠杆の挿入溝内に係合口を介して突出させて板ガラスに弾性的に当接係合させることにより、板ガラスのガタつきやズレ等が防止される。また、本願請求項1の発明においては、枠本体と支持枠との相対応する上辺部に開閉保持機構を装備することで、支持枠を傾動開放させることによって挿入部が板ガラス挿入作業をし易い位置に変位させられるとともに、可動規制部材の長溝と支持枠のピンとの係合により支持枠全体が板ガラス挿入に適した傾動開放角度(開放支持位置)に安定保持される。

また本願請求項2の発明は、前記請求項1の発明において、前記振れ止め部材は、平面形状が略Eリング形に成形されたものであり、中央部下面に前記凹溝の内底面に形成された軸孔に挿入係止される位置決め軸が突設されるとともに、左右両側に外側へ湾曲するように一体成形された弾性片の外側面が板ガラスと当接する弾性当接部として形成され、前記弾性片が内側へ弾性変形するときの逃がし用切欠凹部を有し、前記位置決め軸が前記軸孔に挿入係止され、かつ前記弾性片の弾性当接部が前記係合口から挿入溝内に突出するように前記係合口に嵌った状態において、前記弾性片が前記凹溝の側壁に密着するとともに、前記凹溝の内底面に密着する態様で付設されることを特徴とする。
従って、本願請求項2の発明においては、前記請求項1の発明の作用に加え、振れ止め部材に突設された位置決め軸を支持枠の凹溝内の軸孔に挿入係止することで、振れ止め部材自体のガタつきやズレ等が防止される。また、本願請求項2の発明においては、弾性片の弾性当接部が係合口に係止され、挿入溝内へ突出するように係合口に嵌った状態において、弾性片が凹溝の側壁に密着するとともに、凹溝の内底面に密着することで、振れ止め部材自体のガタつきやズレ等が防止される。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明に係るパチンコ遊技機につき、好適な実施形態を挙げて添付図面を参照しながら以下詳細に説明する。なお、以下において「左」又は「右」は、遊技機の表側から見た場合の「左」又は「右」を示すものとする。

本実施形態のパチンコ機は、その基本的構成の概要として、図1に略示するように、機体の外郭をなす縦長方形の外枠Aの開口前面側に、各種の遊技用構成部材をセットする縦長方形の前枠Bが開閉及び着脱可能に組付けられている。そして、この前枠Bの前面側に、遊技領域となる遊技盤Cの透視保護窓である窓枠Dと、上の球受け皿Eとが個々の連結支持手段等を利用して共に横開き形態で開閉可能に組み付け整合される一方、前枠Bの下部に下の球受け皿F及び打球発射装置G等が装着セットされ、また前枠Bの裏側に各種の球経路及び球処理・払出部等を備えた機構セット盤(図示しない)がセットされている。なお、図中Hは球貸しシステムに利用されるカードユニットを示す。

本実施形態のパチンコ機の搭載枠とされる前記前枠Bは、全体が合成樹脂成形されたもので、基本的には図1,図2に示すように、外枠Aの開口前面域に適合する外形サイズに成形されて内側に正面縦長方形の窓枠口1を開口した枠体2と、この枠体2の裏側に一体成形されて窓枠口1の正面内部に臨むセット口3を開口した遊技盤セット保持用の保持枠4とが前後に連設された内外二重枠形態とされている。そして枠体2においては、窓枠口1の下部に下の球受け皿Fや打球発射装置Gの打球部G2等を設置するための設置盤5が成形されて、その中央部に賞球用の給出口6が開口されている。また窓枠口1の右縁部には施錠装置7が設けられると共に、右縁部と上縁部との隅角部には窓枠Dの開閉状態を検出するための検出スイッチ8が設けられている。一方、保持枠4においては、図2に示すごとく、窓枠口1の下部内側に位置する遊技補助盤9が一体成形されており、この補助盤9の上端縁を基準にして前記セット口3が開口されている。そして遊技補助盤9には、賞球用の給出口10等が成形されると共に、スピーカ11を内蔵した球受けケース12及び発射レール13等がセットされている。なお、前枠Bの枠体2前面(上縁部、右側縁部、及び左側縁部)には、図2に例示するようにリブ30が延設され、これらのリブ30が窓枠D及び上球皿Eの裏側に対向形成された溝(図示しない)と組付け整合時にラビリンス構造でかみ合うことで機台前面側からの異物(針金等)侵入による不正遊技を防止している。また同様に、窓枠Bにおける設置盤5と遊技補助盤9との境界部には水平方向へ溝31が延設され、この溝31に上の球皿Eの下縁が組付け整合時にはかみ合うようになっている。

前述した前枠Bにおいて、窓枠口1は、前面側から出入れ(着脱)される遊技盤Cのセット面域及び出入れ口ともされ、その下部開口面域に合せて上の球受け皿Eを組付けセットし得るようになっている。そして図2に示すように、窓枠口1の開口前面側の3周縁(上縁及び左右の側縁)の前面全体が後述する窓枠Dを整合収容し得るセット面域14とされている。一方、前記保持枠4のセット口3の内周4箇所の隅部に成形された遊技盤用の係合部15には、図示しないが回動式の施錠具(特願平3−157875号参照)がセットされている。なお外枠Aに対する前枠Bの組付けについては、正面左側縁の上、下部にそれぞれ配設された従来より公知の開閉着脱用支持手段と、右側縁に装着された前記施錠装置7を利用して、左右方向の開閉及び上下方向の着脱が可能に組付けられている。ちなみに施錠装置7については、基本的には図8,9に略示するように、前枠Bの枠体2の右側に設置されて共通の合鍵(図示せず)で解錠操作される錠機構部16と、外枠Aに対する前枠Bの施錠具としての第1施錠機構部17と、前枠Bに対する窓枠Dの施錠具としての第2施錠機構部18とを備えて、夫々の機構部17,18には錠機構部16の時計方向、反時計方向への回動操作により解錠される昇降施錠杆19,20が組付けられている。そして、外枠Aに対する前枠Bの閉鎖整合状態において、第1施錠機構部17の昇降施錠杆19の上下の掛止片21と、外枠Aの右枠杆(図示しない)の上下に配設された受け片22が係合するようになっている。

前述した前枠Bに組付けられる前記窓枠Dは、従来の金属製窓枠とは異なる合成樹脂製の横開き形態のものであって、その基本的な構成は、図3,5に示すように、前記セット面域14に整合する外形サイズの方形状に構成されて中央部に窓口23を有する扉枠用の枠本体24と、この枠本体24の内側(窓口23の裏側)に着脱及び傾動開放可能に組付けセットされるガラス支持用の支持枠25とが主体とされている。そして枠本体24に遊技稼動状態を表示する後述の電飾表示部80を配設すると共に、前記支持枠25に方形の透明板である板ガラス26(2枚)を挿入して、全体が1つに取扱い可能なのフレームレス透視窓として構成されると共に、1つの窓部材として容易に取扱い、保管、移送ができるようになっている。そして、窓枠Dは後述する支持・施錠技術を利用して、前枠Bに開閉及び着脱が可能に組付けセットされるようになっている。

そこで、この窓枠Dの具体的な構成を図1〜図13を参照して説明する。まず枠本体24は、外郭全体がほぼ方形箱蓋状に合成樹脂成形されて外周囲及び内部各位にリブ状の補助部を有して、適正な強度を有する軽量な扉枠状部材に構成されている。そしてこの枠本体24では、図1,3に示すように、正面右側縁中央に凹部27を形成し、また中央部に前記窓口23を成形している。この窓口23については、前記遊技盤Cのゲーム(遊技)領域に適した広さのほぼ円形状とされており、その内周囲のリブ28を奥向き方向に斜状(勾配)に形成して、ゲーム領域全体を好適に見通し得るようになっている。なお、この枠本体24の表面には装飾効果を図るために、所要の色彩や図柄等を印刷した樹脂フィルム状の装飾膜(図示しない)を利用して、熱転写加工又はインモールド加工に基づいて貼付することも可能とされる。また、前記凹部27については、前記施錠装置7の前面側を覆うように前枠Bの右側縁に取着された鍵飾り29が枠本体24の閉鎖時に嵌合係止する形態とされ、その嵌合係止状態において前記鍵飾り29が枠本体24を施錠前において仮支えし得るようになっている。

また、図1,3,4に示すように、前記枠本体24の窓口23の周囲前面側の各部には窓枠Dの装飾模様を構成し得る前記電飾表示部80が装備されている。この電飾表示部80は、パチンコ機の稼動状態(球払出し、発射作動等)や遊技状態(入賞、図柄変動、大当たり、V入賞等)を表示するものであり、本実施形態では第1電飾表示部81、第2電飾表示部82、第3電飾表示部83、及び、第4電飾表示部84により構成されている。まず、図中左側の第1電飾表示部81と図中右側の第2電飾表示部82について説明すると、これら両電飾表示部81,82は、例えば大当たり用又は権利発生用の表示に使用されるものであり、ガラス管に不活性ガス(キセノンガス)を注入してなる光源としてのキセノン管85,86が照明用基板としてのランプ基板87,88上に実装され、各ランプ基板87,88が窓口23の上周囲の左右両側に形成された各設置部89,90にそれぞれ取着されている。

また図中中央の第3電飾表示部83は、例えば球貸し用の前記カードユニットHとの接続不良を報知表示するものであり、光源としてのLED91が照明用基板としてのランプ基板92上に実装され、同ランプ基板92が窓口23の上周囲のほぼ中央に形成された設置部93に取着されている。さらに図1等に示すように、前記左側の設置部89には第4電飾表示部84が前記第1電飾表示部81の下方に設けられて、例えば稼動状態の表示等をし得るようになっている。この第4電飾表示部84は、賞球検知を例とした発射停止表示をなすLED(光源)94aが図中一番上の第1ランプ基板95a上に実装され、10個〜15個例の賞球払出し表示をなすLED(光源)94bと1個〜9個例の賞球払出し表示をなすLED(光源)94cが図中真ん中の第2ランプ基板95b上に実装され、払出し不良(エラー)時には点滅又は点灯の切換えをするようになっている。また図中一番下の第3ランプ基板95c上には窓枠Dの開放表示を前記検出スイッチ8の検出結果に基づき表示するLED(光源)94cが実装されている。

そして、前記第1〜第4の各電飾表示部81〜84においては、第1,第2,第4の三つの電飾表示部が配設された左右両設置部89,90の前面に亘って、左右対称形態をなす1つの大型ランプレンズ(照明用透光部材)96が着脱交換可能に取着されている。このランプレンズ96は前記左右両設置部89,90と対応する部位において前方への膨出部96aを含む2連山形状に有色(例えば赤色)樹脂成形されたものであり、その組付け時には裏面側縁に形成された複数のフック96bが図5に示すように枠本体24に形成された各係止穴97と弾性的に係合するようになっている。また第3電飾表示部83にあっては、その設置部93の前面に亘り前方への膨出部98aを含むように有色(例えば黄色)樹脂成形された小型ランプレンズ(照明用透孔部材)98が各フック98bを枠本体24側の各係止穴99に弾性係合させて着脱交換可能に取着されている。

前記前枠Bに対する窓枠Dの枠本体24の組付けについては、正面左側縁の上下部に配設された開閉着脱用の支持手段32,33と、右側縁に装設された施錠部が利用される。すなわち、図4,図6,図11に示すように、上の支持手段32では、前枠Bの枠体2の左上端部に設けられた支持片34の軸孔34aと、窓枠Dの枠本体24の左上隅部に設けられた上の開閉連結支持具35の支軸36とが嵌挿連結され、また下の支持手段33では、前記枠体2の左中段部に設けられた支持片37から突出する支軸37aと、前記枠本体24の左下隅部に設けられた下の開閉連結支持具38の軸孔39とが嵌挿連結されて、枠本体24が枠体2に対して左右への回動及び着脱が可能に支持されている。また、施錠部では、図5,8,13に例示するように、枠本体24の右縁裏側の上下に固定された施錠受け具40の係合部40bが前記施錠装置7における第2施錠機構部18の昇降施錠杆20と係脱可能に係合して、窓枠Dの枠本体24を閉鎖状態で施錠するようになっている。なお、前記施錠受け具40は、図5,10,11,13に例示するように所定形状をなす金属板から成形された受け具本体40aの一側に前記係合部40bが形成されると共に、他側に補強部40cが縦方向に延設されて、受け具本体40aが枠本体24の右側縁部における補強部材を兼用している。

このような枠本体24の組付け技術において、前記上の開閉連結支持具35は、図7に例示するように、金属板から成形された支持具本体41が、枠本体24の裏側左上隅部にネジ止めされている。そして図12に示すように支持具本体41の上部には前記支軸36を嵌挿支持するための軸筒部42が形成されると共に、支持具本体41の下部には、後述する支持枠25における支持片59の軸孔59aと対応する支軸(ピン)43が、受け部として、枠本体24の内方側に位置して前記支軸36とは異なる縦中心線上に設けられている。即ち、前記上の開閉連結支持具35は枠本体24に対する支持手段と支持枠25に対する支持手段を兼用しており、又、枠本体24の左側縁部における補強部材を兼用している。なお前記軸筒部42に嵌挿支持される支軸36は、軸筒部42から下方に突出する基端部が内方に曲折されており、その基端部に前記裏板24bに上端がネジ止めされたバネ44の下端が係着されている。これにより、前記支軸36は前記バネ44の付勢力により常には先端部が前記軸筒部42から上方へ突出するように構成されている。

一方、前記下の開閉連結支持具38は、図7に例示するように、金属板から成形された支持具本体45が枠本体24の裏側左下隅部にネジ止めされている。そして図12に示すように支持具本体45の下部には前記軸孔39を穿設した支持片46が折曲形成されると共に、支持具本体45の上部には、後述する支持枠25における支持片60の軸孔60aと対応する支軸(ピン)47が、受け部として、枠本体24の内方側に位置して前記軸孔39とは異なる縦中心線上に設けられている。即ち、前記下の開閉連結支持具38は枠本体24に対する支持手段と支持枠25に対する支持手段を兼用しており、又、枠本体24の左側縁部における補強部材を兼用している。このような組付け構成にあって、本実施形態では、前記軸孔34aと支軸37aにより前枠B側の連結部が構成され、同連結部と対応する窓枠D側の連結支点部が前記支軸36と軸孔39により構成されている。また同様に前記軸孔59aと軸孔60aにより支持枠25側の連結部が構成され、同連結部と対応する窓枠D側の連結支点部が前記支軸43と支軸47により構成されている。

また前記窓枠Dにおいて枠本体24の裏側に組付けセットされる前記支持枠25では、軽量金属材により組立構成された例を示し、図8,9に例示するガラス横入れ形態にあって、前後2列の挿入溝48を有するレール枠状に成形された上下及び左の枠杆49,50と、右側の補強支杆51とを直角に枠組み連結して方形のガラス枠に構成されており、そして補強支杆51側、つまり、2列の挿入溝48の右端を開放して挿入部48aを形成し、この挿入部48aから前記板ガラス26を挿入セットし得るようになっている。また前記各枠杆49,50及び支杆51がなす開口面(ガラスの透視面)は前記枠本体24の窓口23より適宜広く形成されている。

このような支持枠25において前記上下の各枠杆49の外面側には、図12〜図16から理解されるように、前後2列の挿入溝48のほぼ中央に位置するように1列の凹溝52が形成されており、この凹溝52の内底面の所定部位に軸孔52aが形成されると共に、凹溝52内と前記挿入溝48内とを連通する前後一対の係合口53が設けられている。そして、この係合口53に対して比較的軟質の弾性素材や樹脂材からなる振れ止め部材54が、各枠杆49の外側から取着可能になっている。即ち、図14〜図16に一例として示される振れ止め部材54は、平面形状が略Eリング形に合成樹脂成形されたものであり、その中央部下面に前記軸孔52aに対応する位置決め軸54aが突設されると共に、左右両側に外側へ湾曲するように一体成形された弾性片55の外側面が、内外の板ガラス26に対する当接部56とされている。これにより、前記振れ止め部材54の係合口53に対する取着状態では、前記位置決め軸54aが軸孔52aに挿入支持されて振れ止め部材54の移動を規制する一方、前記弾性片55の各当接部56が、係合口53から各挿入溝48内に適宜突出して各板ガラス26の表面に弾性変形しながら当接し、挿入溝48内において板ガラス26がガタ付いたりズレたりしないようにしている。なお、図14,15において、54bは前記弾性片55が内側へ弾性変形するときの逃がし用切欠凹部である。

そして、枠本体24に対する支持枠25の組付けについては、左側の上下部に配設された開閉着脱用の支持手段57と、右側上部に設置された開閉保持機構58が利用される。即ち、支持手段57では、図12に示されるように、左の枠杆50の外面における長手方向のほぼ中間位置に上下一対の支持片59,60が水平方向へ突設され、各支持片59,60に前記上下の支持具本体41,45の各支軸43,47に対応する軸孔59a,60aが形成されている。このため、図7及び図12から理解されるように、支持枠25は前記各支持片59,60の軸孔59a,60aを前記各支軸43,47に嵌挿連結することにより、前枠Bに対して窓枠Dの枠本体24を開閉連結支持する前記開閉連結支持具35,38を組付け時における開閉連結機構として兼用し、同開閉連結支持具35,38を介して前記枠本体24の裏側に前後への横開き傾動及び上下への着脱が可能に支持される。

また前記開閉保持機構58では、支持枠25の傾動案内及び開放規制を許容する形態として、図5,11,13に例示するように、枠本体24の右裏側上部と支持枠25の右端部との間に傾動規制手段61を配置している。即ち、枠本体24の裏側右上部に固定された支持部材62に金属材より成形された可動規制部材63の基端部を水平回動自在に支持し、この可動規制部材63の先端部に前方から切欠形成された規制案内部としての長溝64内に支持枠25における上枠扞49の右端に突設された係合子及び第1ロック部材としてのピン65を嵌挿している。そして、前記可動規制部材63の先端部に上方へ折曲形成した操作片63aを指先で摘んで可動規制部材63を前後方向へ揺動させると、前記ピン65が長溝64に沿って摺動案内され、これにより枠本体24の裏側において支持枠25は、前記挿入溝48への板ガラス26の挿脱が可能とされる開放支持位置(図9参照)と枠本体24に重合された状態で板ガラス26の挿脱が不能とされる閉鎖セット位置(図8参照)との間で傾動案内されるようになっている。

また前記開閉保持機構58では、支持枠25を前記閉鎖セット位置に保持する形態として、図5,9,11,13に示すように、枠本体24の右裏側と支持枠25の右側との間にロック手段66を配置している。即ち、前記支持部材62の右端部に合成樹脂等の弾性素材からなるフック67が第2ロック部材として設けられ、前記ピン65と弾性的に係止することにより前記支持枠25を閉鎖セット位置に保持し得るようになっている。また同様に、枠本体24の裏側右下部には前記フック67と同形状のフック68が第2ロック部材として設けられ、同フック68に対応して前記支持枠25の補強支扞51の下端部にはピン69が第1ロック部材として設けられている。即ち、支持枠25では、前記開放支持位置側から閉鎖セット位置側への回動変位に伴い、第1ロック部材としての各ピン65,69が、枠本体24側に設けられた第2ロック部材としての各フック67,68に干渉し、これら各フック67,68を弾性変形させ、その変形後の弾性復帰により両者65,69,67,68が互いに係止することにより、枠本体24に重合した閉鎖セット位置に閉鎖保持される。

次に、本実施形態のパチンコ機における作用について説明する。

先ず、窓枠Dにおいては、枠本体24を図7に示すような前枠Bに対する開放状態の向きにして、その左上隅部の上の開閉連結支持具35の支軸36をバネ44の付勢力に抗して軸筒部42内に没入させ、その状態において前記支軸36と左下隅部の下の開閉連結支持具38の軸孔39を、前枠Bにおける枠体2の左上端部に固定された支持片34の軸孔34a及び左中段部に位置する支持片37の支軸37aにそれぞれ整合させる。そして図7に示すように、左上隅部の前記支軸36を軸筒部42内の没入状態からバネ44の付勢力により上昇変位させて前記軸孔34aへ嵌挿する一方、左下隅部の軸孔39に前記支軸37aを嵌挿する。これにより、窓枠Dの枠本体24は、前枠Bのセット面域14よりも前方域において外枠Aに対する前枠Bの開閉連結支点と同一縦中心線上に整一されて横開き可能に組付けされる。
